Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Troia, Wonder Woman

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy is already seated at one of the tables with a glass of wine in front of her. There's no tournament tonight but she enjoys coming here for the atmosphere. An empty soup bowl rests pushed foward to signal that she's done with it. The place isn't bustling tonight which is just how she likes it, because a room full of people isn't how she wants to see her sister after having been away for so long.

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana tends to arrive in public places with a bit of fanfare, its not that she likes it, its that it just sort've follwos her wherever she goes and since her arrival here was expected... due to people already knowing Donna was here and likely mistaking Donna for Diana regularly, there's a certain amount of emotion in the air when Diana does come inside. There are quiet exchanges between the Princess and those who are here to help guide her to where Donna is, but it only takes a few moments for her to arrive at Donna's table and her red hued lips turn upward into a very strong smile. "Hello!" She says in short to her mirror twin, moving to embrace her whether she stands up or not!

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy is embraced! "I've missed you my sister!" She notes the people coming in now, "Well the quiet was nice while it lasted! I did get quite a few stares on my way here, being mistaken for you and all, but I'm used to it. I'm sorry that the only thing you've heard from me in a while was that text about you know who.. not sure how he's doing now but he didn't look well that night. I think he's not as emotionless as he likes people to think. Have you spoken to him?"

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana moves then to sit across from Donna and get comfy in the chair before she folds her hands together in front of her lap. She's wearing a simple white dress with a black jacket over it, her hair is tied back in a ponytail to complete a lovely but casual look. "He is human after all. Try as he might he cannot hide his emotions as well as he would like to think he can." She says in her accent which fits far more in here in Greece than it does in America. "And I do not fault you for being busy, I welcome it, sister!" She says then, smiling once more. "I want to hear all about what you have been up to as well. You are still doing the photography work, yes?"

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy nods, "Yes of course! Mostly in New York, competing with what's his name.. Parker? Peter Parker? I hear about him a lot from Jameson. His photos of Spider-Man are.. impressive. Maybe I should move to Gotham. Clark has Metropolis already so that doesn't leave a lot of big cities in the US, at least none that have big name heroes running around. I guess I could always try to go out west and try to document The Flash but.. I don't think even my camera can handle that." She laughs.

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana just keeps her eyes on her sister across from her and a soft smile on her red painted lips. "Do not let the presence of other heroic individuals keep you from offering your services and your abilities to help make their lives a little easier." She advises. "We often face challenges that are sadly more than we can handle, and with all the nefarious activities that unfold in these large cities that we reside in..." She inhales and slowly releases it again. "We just are not enough to always be... everywhere that crime is happening." She softly shakes her head then. "I have not heard of this Peter Parker. But Spider-man is an impressive hero who has done much to help others... except for window washers." She shows a light grin then, of course referring to Spider-man's webs on skyscrapers.

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy smiles, "Yes of course! I am literally referring to the journalism aspect though. It's not that I don't enjoy a bit of competition but no one's ever photographed the Flash in action to my knowledge. Superman and Spider-Man are the most photographed heroes now. I think Supergirl is slowly catching up though. It's what's "in" these days, photographing and interviewing heroes, it's what sells. Jameson especially is bent on it."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana smirks then at the mention of Jameson. "I know him." She says softly then. "I have run into him at a number of social events. He is quite friendly to my face, then says dastardly things when on a radio podcast or some such other interview. Strange little man, obsessed with trying to paint members of the Justice League, or the Avengers in whatever narrative he has dreamed up." She exhales again and shakes that thought away. "Well, I am eager to help you, sister, however I am able to do so. Which I have told you many times before, and probably will continue to say it many more to come." She shows a little grin then. Are you coming back to the States soon then?"

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy smiles again and nods, "Well I definitely appreciate it Diana! And yes I am returning to the States soon. Photos do not take themselves and while I might find much in Greece worth photographing, like I said it's the hero images that sell. It would be nice to publish a photographic tour of Atlantis one day now that I think about it.. do you think.. Aquaman would allow it?"

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana nods her head two small times to what Donna says. When she has a glass of water brought to her by a member of the staff she accepts it and thanks them softly before she takes a sip and sets it down on the edge of the table. "It is a strange time we live in now. With movies and comic books pushing the 'Hero' agenda even further. It is... nice to have so many others looking to help us in our causes, but it seems every day there are fifty new masked crusaders attempting to carve out a piece of the 'action'. Which is a crass way to put it, even if still applicable, I think. But for every one of them, there seems to be a bad person who rises up to try to use what powers they have acquired to put them to foul play. I guess it is this chaotic back and forth that makes the people caught in between so fascinated by it..." She shakes her head then. "I will be happy to have you back in Manhattan though. Your apartment still awaits you." Diana had helped set Donna up with a midtown apartment when they'd first reunited.

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy smiles again, "Yes we are needed in the States more than anywhere, both for mundane and other reasons, and Jameson has probably already tried to strangle one of my friends without me there to calm him down." She laughs, "I brought him an Irish Coffee once and he didn't fire me. It was a risk but I had a feeling he'd thank me. I mean you know how he is.. one eye twitch away from a heart attack. And that apartment.. how I've missed it! It will be good to be back. I also want to meet that attorney, Jennifer Walters? She doesn't even hide that she's She-Hulk.. brave of her.."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana just softly shakes her head at this talk of JJJ. "I believe he described the United States as the 'toilet bowl of all Super Heroes and Super Villains', but I am paraphrasing." She gives a faint grin. "The man is blustering for his own personal gain, he is not the only one, he is just the loudest and most popular. But, to each their own. I am glad he did not fire you too! Irish coffee can be quite tastey if made properly." Another sip of her water is had and Diana glances around their immediate area before she regards Donna once more. "She Hulk... I have heard the name but I have not seen her in action, is she related to the one who is a member of the Avengers? I can reach out to Arthur to ask about Atlantis as well, I have not seen him in quite awhile now, to be fair. I would say its far past due that I try to."

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy nods, "Yes I believe she is related to him but I am not certain. They both have the same.. condition. And I would appreciate it! Atlantis should be a place that people are familiar with, not somewhere that is spoken of as an alien world. After all Atlanteans are part of the Earth the same as everyone else." She drinks from her wine, "My eighth glass. I drink solely for the taste. Nothing in.. this world can get us drunk." She smiles, "I've heard claims of drinks that can though. They're all alien."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana draws in a breath and nods a single time. "I have been to Atlantis. But, I did not take any photos of it. Its beauty is without comparison. There is a wide range of color down there amongst the under water flora, I had not expected that. The architecture is just awe inspiring as well." She shows a little smile then as the memories roll through her mind. "I would very much like to see some photos from it as well, so I will eagerly reach out to him with that request." Diana reaches for her water again and then smiles at the wine. "I will have to ask Thor for some Asgardian brew for you, it will do the trick. I actually experienced a little of it before I decided it best I not indulge much further. I have never been 'drunk' and its likely best that it stay that way. You know... for everyone's safety." She holds her grin then.

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy smiles yet again, "I would greatly appreciate that!" At the mention of the mead, she looks even more interested, "I've never been drunk before. I am not sure what would happen if one of us did indulge that much but.. I am curious. What do Olympians drink then? I've never spoken with our parents about it honestly."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana shakes her head softly. "It is not necessarily a bad thing, by any means. One can be drunk, they just need to do it in a responsible way. Such as at home... far away from any public scenarios that might make their drunken actions cause grief, or worse, unto others." As for Olympians, Diana just laughts a little light moment. "Ambrosia, or Nektar. Though there are many types of both and some of it is even used as a perfume. I had some, a long time ago. Never enough to feel any effects of it, but enough to know that it was sweet like that wine you have now, only... a little softer. Lacking that alcoholic aftertaste that lingers in the back of the throat." She then shrugs her shoulders lightly. "It was good. As the legends describe it? Maybe not -that- good. But still, enjoyable all the same."

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy nods, "Yes I think I would like to experience it at least once. Both the mead and the Ambrosia. Most of my existence I lived successive past lives, none of which were pleasant. Even as old as I am I feel like I haven't lived at all. Maybe it's time I start.. this soup was really good too honestly. I'm sure you've had it before!"

Wonder Woman has posed:
"I plan to have some myself." Diana responds then with her eyes looking to the bowl and the moving back up to Donna's own. She nods once toward her then. "I will see if I cannot acquire both of them for you. Maybe a welcome home gift for when you do return to your place in New York? That is a very customary gift, a fine drink, yes? Maybe not those two precisely, but still!" She smiles brightly then before she looks to the server who comes to get her own order. "I will have the same as she has had." Diana simply tells them before she looks back to her Sister then. "I want you to meet someone when you do get home, a guest who has been staying at the Embassy in Manhattan. A young girl who has had a troubled up bringing. I am hoping to help her, I think you may be able to as well."

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy raises a brow, "Oh! Well I would love to meet her and help if I can! Who is she? Is she like us? Different in some other way?" She grins at Diana, "I hope you love minestrone soup!"

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana smiles lightly then and sighs just a little at thought of the girl. "Her name is Laura, she's a mutant in trouble. She has lead a... controlled life. Someone... some 'group' attempted to raise her as a weapon. To turn her into an assassin of sorts. She has... a very powerful regenerative healing ability and they have grafted a nearly indestructible metal alloy to a set of claws that she can pop out of her hands." Diana says all of this while they are alone at their table of course and no wait staff is near by. "She does not have... much in the way of social skills? And I found her attacking men, killing them, for a burglary. She has been attending a school for mutants where her father is, but he apparently wants nothing to do with her. So I have offered her a place to stay at the Embassy for the time being. She needs our help, Amazon training might help her know when best to fight, and when best not to."

Troia has posed:
Donna Troy smiles, "Yes of course.. it certainly helped me after everything. I can relate to her in some ways.. I am sure that I can find common ground. It sounds like she was desperate, just wanting to survive, not the mark of a villain. It sounds like she just never got the support she needed, especially with a father like hers."

Wonder Woman has posed:
"Yes." Diana replies quietly then and nods once. "I have not had a chance to communicate with him, I am afraid I may not be able to keep my temper down if he were to suggest that that is how he feels toward his child." When her order arrives though, Diana shakes those thoughts away. "It smells delicious." She says to the soup before she grins once more up to Donna. "So, tell me all that you have been up to."
