Date of Scene: 14 November 2018
Location: Unknown
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Beryl, Professor Zoom

Beryl has posed:
Exactly on schedule, a tiny starship, which looks like some kind of missile made of green metal - very small, almost only enough to hold one person with no chance for life-support, was entering Earth's atmosphere, drawn to the potent signature of Wakandan vibranium. Unfortuantely, her ship was in bad shape, the patch job done on it was insufficient to survive an atmospheric re-entry and it goes way off course, spiraling out of control - it'd look like a meteor to those as it slams down in the savannah in Kenya, nowhere near a particular city, creating a large crater. It was quite dark, and the light of the 'falling star' could be seen for miles.

Professor Zoom has posed:
Historical records were vague on this one. It would be later understood that the droid originiated from this crash site, and the 'meteor' was in fact a spaceship. Eobard wouldn't be sure of the agencies that would get involved, but he had a rough estimate of the time and place, and has tasked the Future Solutions satellite to keep an eye on the general region. So, when the crash appeared and Eobard was notified, he was out of his seat in his office and inside the yellow suit by the time the initial shockwave has ruined the local savannah scape.

A minute later, and a red trail of lightning can be seen in the night as Professor Zoom comes into range, stopping about fifty meters behind the ship. The blurred visual and red eyes prevent his identity from being revealed... and right now, Zoom just stands there, watching. Waiting.

Beryl has posed:
The crater is quiet, the glow fading. The fuselage of the 'missile' is mostly intact, though there are some cracks - the fins are gone, the nosecone's broken, and the engines are finally dying. There doesn't appear to be any activity in it. If there was someone or something there, they don't appear to be moving. There doesn't appear to be any radiation issues at least.

Professor Zoom has posed:
A Futuretech radiation sensor was already out and scanning for anything incredibly bad. Zoom might be able to heal through most things... but that doesn't mean he wants to push his healing factor. He superspeeds from one end, to the other, and back, testing from various angles and distances. Once he's sure nothing untoward is happening... he puts the device away in a utility pouch, and does a few superspeed circles around the craft, inspecting it from all angles instantly and getting a feel for it.

Most technology of this sort operates on universal principles... especially in this era... so Professor Zoom moves right for the nearest hatch looking structure on the outside, and goes for an emergency release.

Beryl has posed:
There is such a hatch on the fuselage, written in alien script. And opening it - what is inside is... not of this world. A frame holds a metallic spherical object suspended in the middle of the fuselage, cradling it on all sides, with cables attaching to it in a few spots. There's a scorch mark on it, and there's a few lights blinking on it. There is also a body laying there, secured for travel, female, with green skin and red hair; an inert red gem in her forehead. A large hole is in her torso, apparently the exact size of the core, and positioned exactly under the core. Several cables are attached to the body at regular intervels. There are a few operating lights inside the very small vessel - which are fading.

Professor Zoom has posed:
No one here, and the unit is powered down. The blurring is dropped along with the red eyes. The yellow black and red suit is visible to anyone incoming as Eobard steps inside the ship, and begins to inspect everything carefully. Anything potentially useful first... then Minoke itself. He knows that's a gynoid that's powered down or at least inert, and he isn't in any hurry to reactivate it.

He can do that when he gets back to Future Solutions.

Beryl has posed:
The suspended core in the cradle suddenly lights up, spinning slowly, the cables disconnecting (apparently just attached magnetically) as it turns to orient a tiny red light at you. It emits a questioning beep as it studies you. There's almost no room inside the fuselage for a person - it appears custom-designed to transport this... computer core... and a body to house it. It wiggles a bit, and then emits an unhappy beep, rattling against the frame. It appears to be stuck.

Professor Zoom has posed:
Professor Zoom has more than enough reaction speed to tell the droid is reactivating on it's own, and both his blurring visage and red glowing eyes come back as Zoom looks right at Minoke. Zoom moves around to the side, inspecting the chair and the gynoid itself... assessing if he can get it out easily or not.

Beryl has posed:
The gynoid appears to be made of solid titanium and weighs over five hundred pounds. The core is struggling in the cradle - the broken ship isn't disengaging as it starts emitting panicked beeps. The clasp is easy to see but the core can't do it. It almost sounds pathethic in its panic.

Professor Zoom has posed:
"Nice to see some things never change." Comes the distorted voice from the speedster. Red lightning starts to arc around his form a moment before he superspeeds Minoke out of the chair... and immediately goes to one side of the ship, out of reach. He waits to see what Minoke does with the new freedom.

Beryl has posed:
The core beeps happily as it rolls along and up the gynoid body and slides into the socket. And then.... something really strange happens. The core sinks into the body, as some kind of liquid green ooze closes over it. And with that, the entire gynoid body begins to activate. And then she opens her eyes and sits up. She turns her head to look at you. Her eyes areglowing faintly.

Professor Zoom has posed:
"Do you understand my language?" Eobard asks of the gynoid in his distorted voice, his eyes already inspecting the new form of the thing. Alien technology wasn't one of his majors... but it's not like it'd cost him anything to try. As he stands there, red electrical arcs flow over his body as he draws on the Negative Speed Force to keep obscuring his identity.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke makes a beeping noise in response, but her eyes widen as she sees those red electrical arcs. She slowly emerges from the ship, showing no comprehension - she is struggling to move - but that electrical aura is of much interest as she is slowly moving towards you, her eyes darting over those lightning bolts.

Professor Zoom has posed:
The man stands there, waiting as Minoke gets closer. When it becomes clear Minoke's trying to /touch/ him though, he sidesteps with superspeed, and moves around to the other side of the ship in a trail of red lightning, instantly, "You produced audible toned in response to my words. I can only assume you have the capability to understand the concept of language." Eobard reasons out aloud. That red lightning continues to spark and arc around his form.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke frowns as you're suddenly elsewhere as she moves to where you were standing - then she sinks to her knees, swaying. She hears your words, still looking at that electricity, then softly beeps when you finish speaking. She is listening to you. And learning. But is apparently trying to learn. "'Language'." she echoes finally. She doesn't comprehend the words yet, but repeats the word in a obviously-synthesized word - but in a definite female voice.

Professor Zoom has posed:
Now that he's had time to watch Minoke, it's pretty obvious the droids attention isn't on him, but rather, the visible byproducts of Speed Force use. He looks to his right arm, lifting it slightly into the air. Then, he focuses, channeling Negative Speed Force energy through the arm like a conduit. Not expending, but simply grabbing energy. The sparks and arcs of lightning double... then triple, on that arm, and he watches the reaction, "You want this?" Zoom asks.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just stares at that arm, her eyes widening as the electricity wraps around your arm - and again - and brighter. She actually licks her lips as she watches it, reaching in vain for it - the glow of her eyes is already dimmer than it was. Apparently she doesn't have much energy right now as she lowers her arm, slumping, barely able to stay upright on her knees.

Professor Zoom has posed:
"Interesting." He stares a moment longer... then, he's gone, disappearing in a red lightning trail out of the ship. It takes about fifteen seconds for him to find the nearest city, and another fifteen seconds to find a car battery, along with conduit cables.

Another ten seconds, and he's back at the ship in front of Minoke in a red lightning trail. He tosses the battery in front of her, the cables attached and ready to be fed from, "energy." Eobard states, pointing to the object, before he goes back across the ship, back to where he was.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke blinks as she looks at the car battery, and the cables. "Energy?" she echoes, inflecting it as a question, hoping that that's a word for what she needs. She glances up at you, as she can figure this out - she puts one finger in each cable clamp and aaaaahs happily as electricity crackles over her fingers and up into her arms, fading. Soon it's gone. She sucked it dry. "Energy!" she chirps happily as she rises back up. She then gestures all around you, then mimes waves of energy crackling off of herself, eyebrow raised. She then points at herself, and in a voice that sounds more 'normal', she says "Minoke."

Professor Zoom has posed:
Machines need fuel. Easy enough to figure out. This one can apparently directly take energy... which explains the interest in the by-products around his body. "I'm Professor Zoom. You're on Earth." Eobard watches her, "are you here on purpose?"

Beryl has posed:
Minoke pokes the battery, then pulls her fingers free of the clamps. She looks over at you, understanding you better. "Professor Zoom," she states, rcongizing that as your name. "Earth?" she asks, eyebrow raised, then grins widely. "Earth..." She then looks around, frowning, at the entiretly of NOTHING in a large radius - she can't even see signs of civilization.

Professor Zoom has posed:
"This is the english language. We're in a space ship that's crashed. We're very far away from the civilized portions of the planet. Earth is mostly dominated by humans. I myself am an enhanced human." He gestures over himself with his left hand, "Most humans don't wear suits like this, but I have to." Eobard offers. It's going to learn language on it's own regardless... and he needs an interface with it as soon as possible.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke is understanding you quickly. And she is starting to speak on her own. "I come from Knowhere. Earth... sounded... interesting." She smiles. "You... make... energy around you?" she asks, gesturing again to your aura. "Thank you... Professor Zoom." She finally connected the words you were speaking with what she heard back on Knowhere from some Earth-based people, and is compiling a matrix. "No people around?" she finally asks, looking all around.

Professor Zoom has posed:
"It's a side effect of using the Negative Speed Force." The right arm is brought up again, and he once again channels energy through it, "I'm connected to it, and can manipulate and control it at will. It makes me the fastest human alive. There's only one other man nearly as fast as I am on Earth." Eobard explains, "it's an energy field that's all around us, but only a privileged few ever get to feel it."

Eobard looks outside, then back to Minoke, "you crashed far away from most civilization. It'll be about an hour before anyone who isn't as fast as I am gets here."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke nods. "Detected... some kind of... super-metal... tried to go for it..." She sighs. "Ship couldn't do it... bad shape... ion storm." She pats the fuselage of the ship - it's basically even more shattered than before. "This place..." She trails off, trying to find the right word. "Boring."
