Date of Scene: 15 November 2018
Location: Unknown
Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Beryl, Ant-Man (Lang)

Beryl has posed:
So much metal. So much electricity. It was almost a bit overwhelming. A green-skinned girl with red hair wanders into the park - there's still some metal and some electricity, but it's not all around her as she just walks along, on the hard passageways. She blinks as she just looks at the tree, walking up to it, poking it curiously and making an odd beep noise.

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
Call Scott Lang naive for cutting through the park on his way home from 'work' at the Avengers Mansion. Maybe he should've shrunk down or something, but sometimes he just feels like going for a walk. He keeps his costume on because, you know, secret identity and all. Nobody stops him but that's not unusual either. As he spots the unusual lady looking at the tree, he peers at it: "This one of those evil trees? Need me to smite it?"

Beryl has posed:
Minoke blinks. "I don't know. What's a tree?" she asks softly. "I've never seen something so big that was apparently alive..." She glances back at you, eyebrow raised as you have her full attention. "That's a lovely suit of armor you are wearing there," she muses. "I can smell the titanium from here."

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
"Thank ... you ... ?" Scott says hesitantly, raising his eyebrows at the perfectly pleasant but entirely strange young lady, "I guess that's what it's made of, yeah. Doctor Pym never really told me." He turns his attention to the tree fully, "You don't have trees where you're from? Where is that, exactly?"

Beryl has posed:
Minoke blinks. "My first memory was waking up near Knowhere. It's... some kind of robot head or something. Then I came here." She smiles faintly. "My name is Minoke."

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
"Nowhere, huh?" Scott asks, clearly misunderstanding the word, "I'm from around there, too. Little place called Coral Gables in Florida." He extends a hand politely, "I'm Ant-Man. The, uh, the other one."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke blinks. "Knowhere is a space station." She blinks. "What's a Florida?" She ponders. "Hello, Ant-Man, the Other One." She smiles faintly. "A long name. Can I just call you Ant-Man?" she asks softly. "And can I see your suit? I promise I won't eat it."

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
"Oh, you don't know Florida? Probably best to keep it that way." Scott grins behind the mask at his own joke, "And sure. Ant-Man is fine." The question causes him to furrow his brow a little, though, and he just sort of extends his hand towards her to be examined: "Uh, you can if you like. It's the only one I have so, yeah, please don't eat it. I'm afraid I can't take it off. They arrest you for walking around Central Park in your underwear."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke smiles. "I was joking. I am at full size - I don't need to eat right now," she muses, as she gazes at you. "What is underwear?" she finally asks, tilitng her head and beeping. She definitely isn't acting very normal. "People keep looking at me weird..." Perhaps the green-skinned alien who was acting weird, had a glowing gem on her forehead, and kept beeping wasn't weird enough?

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
"You're, uh, unusual, I guess," Scott admits, looking around at the gathered ground who for once aren't curious about the guy in the hi-tech shrinking suit, "You don't look like anyone we might normally see here, so they're curious. I mean, we have green people - we have a couple of green people - but they're different." He makes a mock angry face to illustrate his point, "And don't go telling people you don't know what underwear is - you'll end up getting a hell of a lot of dates but not the good kind."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just blinks. "So... if I looked like people here, I wouldnt' draw as much attention?" she finally asks, hmmmmmming softly. "What species are the other green people?" she asks, her voice rising as she sounds excited.

Ant-Man (Lang) has posed:
"They're humans too, I guess," Scott answers, realising he's not all that sure, "I mean, one of them is human most of the time. He just, you know, turns green when he neeeds to break stuff." At the part about looking like people here, Scott holds up his hands, "Hey, nobody is saying you need to change. You be you. I mean, so you're green with a beeping little gem in your head? So what! Different isn't bad."
