Lucky Day has posed:
Tom has been working to follow the breadcrumbs about what is going on with his curse and has been getting a bit too close. As such an agent for one of the three that has cursed him has left a false trail at a warehouse by the waterfront with a dash of chaos and order magic combined to make the magical equivalent of a matter anti matter explosion. Tom is about to open the door to it and trip the trip wire.

Beryl has posed:
Blissfully unaware of magic - or the existence of magic - a green-skinned young woman is walking along, apparently sucking on what looks at first like a lollipop or something. She glances around, seeing someone about to open a door. She continues walking - little is of interest to this strange character.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom is about to open the doors but stops out of curiosity. He blinks twice and then looks again. No, it is exactly as it appears. He had been told this place was unguarded but now he is cautious and wonders if she might be a civilian who could be caught in the cross fire. Before he opens the door, he goes to investigate just to be sure. "Excuse me miss, my name is Tom. Do you work in that building?" He points to it.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke turns to look at you. "Ummmm... this building?" she asks, no longer sucking on her 'lollipop' which looks suspiciously like a chunk of rebar. "I've never been here before. I'm new to town. Oh right, the green skin." She takes a deep breath and her body shimmers, as her skin tone changes to be similar to a normal human's. "It's so tricky to keep the effect up - I'm so forgetful these days. Is there a problem with that buildign?"

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom is impressed but can't show it lest he curse the girl. "I understand memomry problems. I have them for a whole life that doesnt exist. Well, I was mainly finding out if you were securit. I'm about to do something insanely dangerous and unless you can also shift away damage you might wanna stand clear. It is magical in nature.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke ponders. "I know nothing of magic... but I am very resilient. I am far tougher than I appear." She smiles. "What's the problem with the building? I might have some unique insights into the problem... but I have to know what I'm looking for....." Her voice suddenly cuts out but her mouth keeps moving.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom looks concerned, "I'm not that good at lip reading. If you're resistant to damage, then you can probably stay. I am cursed, so bad luck and bad things happen around me. If you are resistant to damage you can likely for a s hort time but keep an eye out.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just nods as she tries talking... but sighs. Slumping, she taps her throat, and closes her eyes. Then her voice restarts, but it sounds staticky, like a barely-received radio statoin. "My voice... is... erratic..." She frowns. "Bad... luck? My heart... is damaged..." She then walks over to the door. She then kneels down and frowns. "There is a..." She frowns. "A wire. Attached to this door..." She glances down. "I believe it will trigger some mechanism if the door is opened, but I can't tell what."

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom says, "oh...well there is a lot I can't really help with but try a dose of magic...with any luck your heart will not work at peak performance for a day..." a SURGE of powerful magic seeps into Minoke...but its a trap because if she becomes grateful it will become a curse. "I KNEW this lead was too good to be true. I really REALLY need to stop trusting that guy. But it might be worth checking out even as a trap..." he begins looking at the building, looking for other entrances."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke beeeeeeeeeeps as some unknown energy affects her. "Error... error... unknown energy..." she states in an artificial monotone. She points at the door and blasts it with an energy blast - it's a twisted version of the very magic you pumped into her. Apparnetly it isn't 'digesting' well and she's trying to blast it out of her.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom is curious and blinks. Cursed reverse magic is probably not a good thing for a highly complicated organism and he tries to figure out how to deal with that, but as she blasts the door, chaos and order magic explode and send the following five things onto the street.

A mammoth made of logs that looks quite pissed.

Two Velocoraptors with ray guns. Also pissed.

A petunia with solid gold petals.

A dead whale that looks very surprised.

A large box of tea.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just stares at the circumstances. "I am hallucinating again..." she mutters as she glances at the whale, then the raptors with ray guns. "I cannot fathom what I am seeing..." She frowns as she looks at the five things - and she can't process what she sees. Her voice sounds more normal at least - but a residual of the magic in her - she appears to be much bustier with longer red hair. The only thing nonhuman about her is a glowng green gem on her forehead, but her skin is normal-colored for a human.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom is a bit distracted by Minoke, which isnt good for her because that is going to cause the glitches to increase despite his active magic actively causing her to 'work better' which might create paradox.

The Raptors and Mammoth both do NOT like Tom on general principal and shoot at him. Tom pulls a rapier from seemingly nowhere and charges the raptors but is hit by the ray guns despite his nimble dodging setting his hair on fire.

Neither the whale, the petunia or the tea do anything.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just sighs softly. She carefully aims and disables the rayguns with a pinpoint electrical strike as she slumps. "Need a recharge..." she mutters softly as she sighs softly. She trembles softly as she studies the mammoth - and the now-disarmed raptors.

Lucky Day has posed:
The Raptos seem put out about the loss of their ray guns and charge at Minoke. They are smart but...not that smart. Tom smiles and is happy to oblige, "Well with any luck you will not get a charge..." unaware that given her current appearance how that might work but....not the ideal way. A power line begins to fall....end dangling.

Tom reaches the raports and leaps around one, hair still on fire as he tackles and disables one but the other is still charging her....the Mammoth plows into Tom and the Raptor and knocks Tom back into the building, scattering the raptor...though it is now on fire....

Beryl has posed:
Minoke nods as she moves to the lightning bolt, and sighs softly as it cracklse into her. She grins. "Ah... that's the stuff..." She then draws powerfully on that electricity. Lights in the entire block go out as she fires blasts at the raptors and mamoths... and these are FAR more powerful than before.

Lucky Day has posed:
The power fries the mammoth and the other raptors. Of course, the vampire ninja clows that appear immediately afer as the second wave are not yet fried. Tom throws the rapier down in protest and looks upward, "OH COME ON."

Then he spots one of the Raptor's ray guns...and picks it up.

Beryl has posed:
Perhaps Minoke didn't hit the gun in teh right spot to disable it. She sighs softly as she stays at her power-line as she starts sniping the clowns with charged energy blasts... and after she gets two, the powerlien dies. "Awwww..." She just walks towards the clowns - not sure waht they have in mind, but she punches them with fists of steel.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom opens fire with the ray gun. He isn't a good shot but when he tries not to hit them he starts doing pretty good. These things are pernoiciously indestructable but fire is their one weakness and between the raygun and the blast half are down. The flamable mammoth falls on two as well. Tom has forgotten that his hair is on fire though and the pain conveniently reminds him as he hads towards a nearby trashcan filled with water from rain.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke just continues to punch out the clowns. They tried biting her and broke their teeth. Soon tehy were all defanged and went away. "So... why did all this... chaos... happen?" she asks blankly as everything seems to be calming down. The whale seems to have vanished, still surprised. She sighs softly as she slumps down, just holding the bowl of petunias - as she plucks a leaf and chews on it thoughtfully.

Lucky Day has posed:
Tom is busy screaming before he answers and then dips his head in the bucket of water for a solid minute and then takes it out. "Trapped, by whoever sent the curse."

One of the vampire clowns sinks its fangs into Tom just as he comes out, having a lovely helping fo blood. That is until Minoke punches. out. their. fangs. and they run shrieking away.
