Doctor Strange has posed:
In that instant, the world became more vulnerable than it has in an eon or greater. Not because Strange was such a powerful wizard, but because he wasn't afraid to play by his own rules.

The wizard floated in blank empty nothingness as the portals around him closed shut one after the other, the windows to other realities and portcullis into the unknown and unknowable, and yet the only way back into the world that is his home. The time was short but aroud his neck flew away the red cloak that granted the wielder access to such incredible reserves of magic along with the abilities of flight and levitation. The garment slips through the exact portal alone not because it wanted to, but because it had a new duty. The man who wore it last was no longer the Sorcerer Supreme, or even a wizard of the most novice order.

It had a new master to serve, new shoulders to cover, and new feet to carry off the ground. The cloak flapped through the portal to that of the earth and instantly knew its new master by some sort of mystical sense and sped to that very person post haste.

Raven has posed:
Raven lives at Titans Tower. Rarely does she leave it willingly for anything other than heroic action, rarer still is something able to -make- her leave it. Floating some few feet off of the ground in quiet meditation, Raven is taking time in darkness and silence to center herself as deeply as possible. The other Titans are giving her a moment of peace, and she is taking it- as serene and happy as it could possibly be, she means to take full advantage. There is little now that could disturb her- indeed, it would take a significant dilemma to do so...

Or, in fact, a tapping at her window that is persistent enough to disturb her meditation. She worries for a moment that this is some childish prank- as her window is covered inside and out, and requires a measure of button-pressing and machinery to free... Though for Raven, now bothered intensely, it is an easier matter to simply pass through the material, strolling onto the balcony after pulling on her sweater in anger. When she arrives outside, however, she has calmed. Especially as she sees the cloak floating there, waiting for her.

    "Shit."

Doctor Strange has posed:
The Cloak itself seems to be hovering on some invisible mannequin waiting for the titan to appear before it and it slowly bows its shoulders while also curling one side of it's hem as though there was a wrist there in the motion of an invisible formal bow. Then with a fluidity only available in old clothes, the thing flaps back to its 'standing' shape and extends part of its hem to 'shake' Raven's hand. It is trying to announce to its new owner that she is in fact, the owner.

Raven has posed:
Raven 'gets' it sort of immediately. She's a clever girl. After all, Strange isn't exactly -not- a public figure of some kind, especially to the mystical community. He doesn't -send- the cloak to deliver messages. The cloak only shows up without Strange if you're supposed to wear it- or take the mantle, as it were. She shakes its hand for a moment, and then directs her attention to New York proper. "Right." she states, before extending the shape of her soul-self, to envelope both herself and the cloak. There should be more answers at the Sanctum. That's where she's taking both herself and the cape.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Oddly enough she would arrive but feel a sort of 'guiding' feeling, as though she was landing in a runway with lights and a control tower telling her wear to land. It's not forceful, but it's a potent suggestion. If she should take it, Wong would be standing in the upper level of the Sanctum, beneath the large ornate circular window desinged to look like the Eye of Agamotto which, is not here, it still is wrapped around Doctor Strange's neck.

"Ah. I knew we had a new Sorcerer Supreme." Wong says, lowering his hands and dispelling witch craft from his fingers as he does so. "I did not expect someone so, young." The bald man says before turning around and starting to walk with a motion of his hand over his shoulder towards Raven in a 'follow me' motion.

Raven has posed:
Raven seems... Nonplussed. This is all rather ill-timed, but to be honest... When was it a good time for Strange to be lost? Would a Tuesday have been better, or should he have waited for the weekend to make sure that everyone was free? This thought floats through her mind, and guides the fact that she enters the Sanctum as directed. Compulsions are not exactly... Useful, for Raven, but they're noted. It's a good suggestion regardless of its potency.

There is a silence there that punctuates Wong's greeting. Following it is the statement, "I am an old soul." she states, before following along. For the moment, her hands are in the pockets of the sweater she has yet to remove. "I am going to address the elephant in the room. What happened to Strange?"

Doctor Strange has posed:
"You are not the oldest." Wong says with an odd sort of smile, he did work with and under the Ancient One, whose literal name was The Ancient One. "But you will be a good Sorcerer Supreme." Wong notes before he starts to walk again at the mention of Strange's name.

He doesn't go too far as he enters the next room, a room that looks identical to the one they just left. Wong takes a moment to pull a curtain off a sphere in the middle of the room revealing to Raven the Globe of Agamotto, "A tool used by the Sorcerer Supremem that reveals the use of magic anywhere on the globe. I was viewing it during the battle against the Shadow King that the Avengers were waging in Mexico and suddenly, Strange was no longer on the Earth. Where he has gone I do not know, but I fear the worst." Wong says with a motion to the cloak hovering just behind Raven, waiting for the okay to be worn.

Raven has posed:
"I would never claim to be." she counters- though she doesn't entirely need to counter, and doesn't mean it aggressively. "I would hope that I am. If nothing else, I can help you fix whatever caused this." Raven, for her part, figures that something bad has happened. That Strange is either dead or disappeared, and that something that is a part of that will need to be corrected.

She spends time staring at the orb, taking one delicate hand from her pockets and using it to operate the magical apparatus while Wong explained. "This will be useful." she praises, looking at the nexuses of magic occurring over the globe- though nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. There is another silence when Wong finishes, but Raven is merely being pensive.

"Okay then. Let's get to work."
