Synopsis:	Green Arrow reaches out to the Justice League for membership, and is accepted

Green Arrow has posed:
It had been a long time coming. Alpha Flight was a decent organization, but Green Arrows efforts were more global these days... and Alpha Flight was Canada and Space centric.

Green Arrow needed more presence and backup globally... and the Justice League wasn't under the UNs thumb.

The message was brief -and encrypted- when it was received at the Watchtower; "Need a meeting with a representative. Meet on the tallest rooftop on Bowen Island, Metro Vancouver at midnight."

If the Watchtower employed spy satellite imaging at the coordinates and time, Green Arrow and his Skybike could easily be seen on the southern center on that rooftop, his bow out as he watches the city.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    An emerald streak in the sky, getting slightly larger as it approaches, signals the arrival of Green Lantern. Moving fast, but not so fast as to cause a commotion with a bang, Hal Jordan pulls up as he gets close to the rooftop where Green Arrow was located. Hovering slightly above the rooftop, Hal waits a second before descending, to land without a sound.

    "Beautiful day for a get together, huh, Green Arrow?" Hal says with a smile. "I got your message. What did you need to see me about?" Hal says, walking over to Ollie and letting his emerald shield drop without a sound. "Do you need Justice League help for something?"

Green Arrow has posed:
"You could say that. I'm looking to expand, and the Justice League seems like it could fit my needs." Green Arrow says, without turning his head. Did he notice the Lanterns approach? Probably. That Emerald streak wasn't exactly subtle.

Eventually, he turns his head to glance at Hal from just behind the hood, "From what I gather, your organization doesn't have a sharpshooter, and could use someone who can ground them a bit more in reality. I'm looking to join." Green Arrow turns fully to Hal then, the domino mask eye lenses looking directly at the Lantern, "Consider this my application."

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    Hal Jordan nods, and crosses his arms across his chest. He wills the light of his ring to dim, wanting the darkness to prevent any nosy onlookers from seeing them. "I can appreciate that. I've been keeping up to date on things up here, and with Alpha Flight. Anything the JL can do to help, and I'm there." Hal Jordan looks out over the city, and shakes his head.

    Looking back at Ollie, Hal smiles, and says, "Absolutely. We could always use your help. You know that. You were always welcome, Green Arrow." Sticking to code names was always the best. Offering his hand, Hal says, "Consider this your porbationary welcome aboard. I'll have to clear it with the rest of the team, but I wouldn't worry about that."

Green Arrow has posed:
"It's long past time I reached out to groups with more global outreach." Green Arrow confirms as he moves to shake Hals hand, "So how do I get up to your Watchtower? I don't want to presume your methods."

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    Hal Jordan nods, and says, "It is quite easy. We use teleporters that Batman set up. I'll send you the details in an encrypted communique so you can get caught up with the latest. We'll set you as a Probationary member at first, but once the team okays it, you can be a full member. Welcome to the team!" Hal smiles, and claps Ollie on the shoulder.

    "We have a few intermittant meetings, but Bats can hook you up with any toys you need. I'm sure that our relationship with your other teams will improve as well. If you need anything else, just give me a shout." Hal starts to hover above the roof once more. "Anything else?"

Green Arrow has posed:
"I can handle my own equipment, unless there's something hard to build." There's a pause, "relying on others for gear is always a bad idea if you can avoid it." Green Arrow notes, before he starts to head for the bike in the center of the rooftop. "I have to handle a couple things before I head up to the Watchtower, but I'll be in touch." With that, Green Arrow taps a button on the control console, and the bike starts to convert. The wheels go horizontal as it starts to hover, and the controls modify themselves for 3D control. "See you around."

The engine is silent as Green Arrow flies with the Skybike back to Starling proper.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    Hal Jordan salutes, watches Ollie depart, and then floats above the building. WIth a final nod, and a smile, Hal says, "See you around!" And with that, Hal heads up and away, back towards the Watchtower without a second look back.
