Samuel Guthrie comes knocking on the door to talk to the other southern. He has brought a Gallon of ice tea as a gift since he might be bothering the man a bit.

Gambit has posed:
The other man answers the door, looking relaxed in a pair of sweats and a Saints sweat shirt. He glances at the jug in the younger man's hand and grins slightly, "Mon ami, if dat's what Ah t'ink it is, Ah c'n only assume yah need someone dead." He opens the door wider, "Come on in, Ah was just watchin' tv." The big screen is paused on the image of a grown man with short blonde hair apparently play fighting with dinosaur dolls. The closed caption reading "Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!" Remy heads to the area of the boat house he uses as a kitchen to get a few glasses. "Seriously, what c'n Ah do foh yah?"

Samuel Guthrie chuckles and says "Na, if Ah needed that, it would probaly come in a mason jar, and take a trip home to get." He jokes a bit with the other man. "Ah actually am in need of you to teach a special class of one for me to one of the new mutants.

Gambit has posed:
Remy LeBeau chuckles at the first comment and then tilts his head at the second. "Ah 'ave a very select set of Skills. C'n Ah assume dat yah don' wan' me teachin' 'er ow ta make Tatte MAttie's 'omemade cornbread?" he hands Sam a glass of the golden liquid and gestures to the sofa..

Samuel Guthrie will take the glass and move to have a seat, and says "Ah am looking at Erika's powers, and from talking to her recently, found out she has some minor pick pocketing skills. Ah would like to see her improve those skills. While Ah am not looking to see her making a living at it, with her abilities ah believe it maybe usefull for her to be able to aquire items without those she aquires them from knowing she has done it.

Gambit has posed:
Remy LeBeau nods slightly and sips his tea, considering. "Ah'm gonna assume dat yah not run dis idea past Scott... which makes me very proud. Dare may be 'ope foh yah yet." He grins slightly and considers, "Ah c'n see what Ah c'n do, if she got raw talent dat's a good start. Yah not t'inking of pickin' up de trade yahself are yah Sam?"

Samuel Guthrie shakes his head, and says "ah aint really made for sneaking, Ah don't see it being alot of use for me, and as for the whole talking to Scott, Ah am taking responibility fr them, and Ah see it as sometihng that would benifit her.

Remy LeBeau tips his glass in SAm's direction in a bit of a salute and nods slightly. "Alright, Ah'll do what Ah c'n foh 'er. All t'ings considered, not sure it's somet'ing Ah want on de books as it were. An' if Ah can' teach 'er, den Ah'll walk away. Ah wan' yah ta understand dat personally. If she too 'ard 'eaded, if she jus' can' get it... Ah'm not gonna give 'er skills dat she gonna turn around misuse an' get 'erself killed.

Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "From what ah understand, her parents have some history of being fences, and she does not seem to approve. Ah still need to tak to her and let her know Ah asked you to teach her and why.,

Remy LeBeau nods and sips his drink. "Alright den, yah set up de meet, an' we see 'ow t'ings progress from dare, non?" he asks simply.

Samuel Guthrie looks over to the man and says "Also this may sound a bit of a wierd question, but who would you say our best detective type around the scool is? Ah know we have tackers, but Ah am thinking finding clues and figuring things out

Remy LeBeau shrugs a bit and considers the question seriously for a few moments. "Me or Scott Ah suppose." he says honestly. "Obviously Logan our best tracker, but if yah looking foh deductive reasoning, someone who c'n put de pieces toget'er... yeah Ah'd say Cyclops or mahself. Mind if Ah ask why?"

Samuel Guthrie nods a bit and says "Training again, Erika, gains skills from items she touches that others have touched, and Ah believe one being able to aquire them would be good, but also think with her skill gaining it might give her a unique look on figuring out who had them item and what they were planning on using it for besides what they actualy did. it could open her abilities up in a new way for her.

Remy LeBeau nods a bit and considers for a moment. "Ah know a guy. He's not 'ere, but Ah trust 'im. And 'e is a professional private detective. Aftah Ah meet wit' 'er, if Ah t'ink it's a good idea, Ah'll see if Ah can' arrange a meet?"

Samuel Guthrie says, "Anyone Ah might know?" He wil ask as he sips his tea. "Trying to help the kids out few need costume ideas, gotta find someoen for that too."

Remy LeBeau grins a bit, "Well Ah suppose yah could ask Betsy foh advice on dat score." He doesn't answer the younger man's first question, dodging around it effortlessly.

Samuel Guthrie nods his head a bit to this and will say "Ah will chat with her on it, might ask Rogue who designs the Avengers outfits. Alot of them seem to change often. Just let me know who the PI is before you introduce Erika to him for teacing please.
