Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild It's daytime so where is Caitlin , Well in her favorite bakery especially since saving the owner she gets a discount! She's sitting at a table enjoying some rather lovely tea or coffee and of course cupcakes.. but if you count the papers in front of the very very tall girl she's clearly eaten half a dozen already! . Right now she's got a strange very alien looking device that she seems to be trying to figure out how it works!

     The other funny thing is despite the fact she's so tall and well supermodel looks nobody seems to be paying that much attention to her.

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Usually Wong is out on these sort of basic trips out into the muggle world, but Strange has been recovering from his time in the astral plane where he sacrificed his own memory for the sake of humanity. But that's in the past and Strange is taking time to smell the roses and kiss babies. So he finds himself in a bakery that likely knows Wong's face more than his own, but the wizard with the goatee isn't exactly unknown around.

    He walks in and smiles, a hand lifting out of his dress slack's pocket and he takes his hat off to put on the coat rack. "How is everyone?" Strange asks the staff with a grin as he walks past Caitlin but he pauses mid step as he looks over at her closer, and squints his eyes. "That... what is that?" The wizard asks as he pulls the chair out from the table and casually takes a seat with a woman he's never met before while looking at the device she possesses with a curious gleam in his grey eyes.

Caitlin Fairchild Caitlin who is the middle of eatting cupcake (death by chocolate one ) and is checking a laptop is semi-distracted so she doesn't really notice! She's gotten used to her magic belly chain's glamor making it so ordinary people can see her, but she's easy to forget /pay attention to like a perception filter. She Doesn't even look up " Not sure thinking it's kree or Kryptonian but there is this strange element that seems to indicate worship I can't seem to figure out". She stops a moment and those big green eye's look up, Crumbs falling onto her big chest as she looks at the man sitting across from her " ummm? ".

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "New to eating?" Stephen asks with a smirk on his face as he motions towards the crumbs and the fact she's consumed roughly half a dozen cupcakes. "Mind if I take a look?" The wizard asks, a hand reaching out, scared and shaking softly as he invites the object to be handed over. While at the same time, one of the staff members comes by the table with a box of cupcakes and hands them to Stephen with a kind smile. "Oooh, Wong loves these." Stephen says in a bout of small talk.

Caitlin Fairchild Turns rather red and quickly tries to wipe them off her impressive cleavage as she shakes her head. She's a bit struck surprised, and of course, Caitlin isn't the best with people, so she lets him touch the item. She knows anybody who can see her past the glamor isn't normal or very very strong-willed. She blinks and again answers without thinking " My calorie intake is huge and cupcakes here are awsome ".

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen takes the device and holds it in both of his injured hands and turns it over, examining it closely with his scrupulous eyes. "Interesting." He whispers and then he looks back to Caitlin, as if she was more interesting than the alien device. "They are good cupcakes, but why do you need to take in so many calories? You seem normal enough to me."

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Turns pink when he looks at her like that! Maybe that's why she has the glamor up! She looks down " I'm super tall? " She says frowns and thinks fast " I also work out ." Yep, that answer works not lame at all. She Did like the normal comment she doesn't get that a lot since she's 6ft 5 and built like power girl just slightly slimmer. Stange would also notice the Starr labs symbol on her laptop. Though she looks at those hands a little bit " Degenerate nerve damage? "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Extreme." Stephen says idly as he realizes quickly she's talking about his hands, but he ignores it and goes back to looking at the device. "Do you have any ideas? I think I've seen something similar before, but I can't exactly remember where." Then Stephen looks back to Cait and cants his head slightly to one side, "I mean you could eat a bit more than normal yes, but just cupcakes, that can't be healthy." Seems he still wants to help people one way or another.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Nods her head but she moves on since he wants to. She looks it over " It alien that much is confirmed, Carbon dating makes it over a million of year old, Found in a meteor landing seems to have mystical or religious meaning from what I've been able to translate.. there are some Kree and Kryptonian markings on it beyond that " she shrugs Yep she's avoiding the food thing or trying to !

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen catches onto the subtle hint and smirks, "How could something be both Kree and Kryptonian in origin?" The wizard asks, "Also being million of years old unless they both worshiped it at different times?" The frown on his face appears again as he looks closer at the device. "Do you have any wild ideas you'd like to explore about this thing?" Stephen asks, holding it back towards Cait.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blinks " Honestly anything that's been touch by two super-advanced races and is this old, is most likely dangerous and some kind of key or lock or something. I for one am just trying to figure out if it's dangerous before I do anything stupid like trying to open it". Yep she's smarter than most!

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "I think I have an option for trying to open it if you're interested." Stephen says, handing the device back towards Cait and smirking still, twisting his goatee softly with the motion. Then he looks down at the box of cupcakes and frowns at it, before he passes it towards Cait. "I can't have any of these, would you like them instead?"

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blinks " I thought you got them for a wong fellow? " She asks as she cocks her head " I'm almost at my limit anyways ' she smiles. She frowns " And what option is that? "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Wong usually gets them, but I can't eat these. Wizard physiology you see." The former surgeon says with a pat of his stomach before passing the cupcakes forward to his new friend.

    "So, My idea is we take the thing some place safe and then, simply open it. If it's bad, we leave it, if it's not dangerous, then no worries. Right?" Stephen asks, with a shrug of his shoulders and a soft grey gaze landing on Caitlin's face, as if she was the only person in the room that matters, his focus is so extreme.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blinks and frowns " I dunno if that's a good idea a lot of these things aren't the whole easy open and close kinda deal " . she says simply as she looks it over. Then stops " Wait you're a wizard? " She lifts an eyebrow if this was like 2 weeks ago she'd call bull but not anymore

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Like I said, someplace, 'Safe'." Stephen says with a sharp wink to the woman who is still taller than him, but not by too much. "I mean it's your device, if you'd rather keep it secret and hidden, that's entirely up to you." Strange adds, trying to be friendly and helpful, while not being invasive.
Still the cupcakes are left on Cait's side of the table.

Caitlin Fairchild Looks at the device and frowns then back up at him then the device. She's a scientist so of course, she's curious mega curious, but she's also a hero who's seen stuff go soooooo wrong. She sighs "Okay you win lets go check it out "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen stands up and tucks the device under his arm and holds it to his side safely before he extends his free hand to Caitlin to help her up out of her chair. "We're not going too far, and yet, we're going farther than you could possibly imagine." Stephen says, waiting for Caitlin to join him.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Slowly stands with almost supernatural grace as she dusts herself off " Were gonna teleport aren't we? " . She claps her hands " I love teleporting.. so umm side note if you're a wizard I'm kinda hero well sorta .. I try? "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Using a single hand, Stephen gestures a few motions and then he taps the ground with a single finger and instantly, the whole of reality seems to break from that point, like glass shattering, but it's not glass, it's the tile floor, it's the table they were just sitting at. It's like everything is seen through a layer of broken glass. "There." Stephen says with a look to Caitlin, "A true hero, it's nice to meet you then. We need more good people in the world." Strange says, giving Caitlin praise and looking at her with a sense of admiration before he extends the box back to the woman.

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks and takes the box "Right not gonna get out of that " She says with a sigh before she follows along but stops " WOAH " She says spreading her long legs as if trying to get stable footing when everything breaks like that " That.. is wow "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "You're not going to fall, we're perfectly stable. We aren't however in the same place. We are in a place called the mirror dimension." Stephen explains with a lifted eyebrow. "One dimension over to be exact, so whatever we do here, wont affect our home."

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Moves and looks over the surface as it moves and crackles observing it as if trying to figure it out, she frowns " Kinda like a ghost realm or Phased seems still connected to our realm but disconnected".

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Precisely." Stephen says, letting go of Caitlin's hand and turning to face her square, his feet spread apart to help him focus. "You should be the first to try to open it. I'm quite curious myself to know what it might contain." The wizard remarks, seeming excited for something for the first time in a long time.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blinks and nod her head as she starts to try and tap and twist the various buttons and symbols on the device trying to open it up .. though she's been working on it for a while "Well I'll be honest I dunno how to open it yet.. I can only guess " .

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "You're strong aren't you?" Stephen says with his hand finding his chin as he ponders this dilemma. "You could try and pry it open, or ..." Stephen trails off on his thought before he looks back to Caitlin and sighs as he keeps going, "I could make a mystical matrix to place the device in that could try all possible combinations of buttons in an instant and brute force our way into the thing."

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks " I could rip it open I mean I can trade punches with power girl and super man.. but " she looks at the device " It's so old.. it would be a shame to destroy it . " When he gives his suggestion she beams and claps " yes let's try that. I don't wanna destroy it we can still learn from the outside of it . "

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen thought that would be the answer, and so he's already begun casting a spell. Various circles and mandalas appear in the air bentween Stephen's palms. He makes several movements in a ballet of magic acts as the spell continues to be crafted. After a few moments, there's an orange apparatus floating in the air between the two and Strange nods softly. "Place it there. It shouldn't take too much longer to activate the spell."

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks, as she peeks at the Cage " Okay the scientist in me, is like Squee " she says with a huge smile the real kinda smile that can melt ice. Before she carefully places the item into the circle.. then she looks down" ahh crap if this goes bad my clothes are gonna get wrecked again ".

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "I haven't ruined any clothes, on accident." Stephen says with a coy wink towards Cait before he looks back to the device held between his hands and then he pulls his hands away, the artifice holding the alien substance and it spins in the air, even over end. The whole orange spell collapses onto the device and then sprays out and away in a shower of sparks in all directions. Stephen is left holding the device and passes it towards Caitlin, "Here you go. it's all yours."

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blushes a bit and coughs " No just, it's like my luck stuff goes bad something evil shows up I end up with my clothes wrecked.. nothing I wear can take the punishment that's sent at me". She trembles a bit and slowly takes the device and slowly so slowly opens it up..Allowing a single crystal to slide out. But by her face, she's in awe " holy " .

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen slowly sits down crosslegged, but he's floating three feet in the air. "That sounds rather annoying." Stephen says with a raised eyebrow at Caitlin in regards to her ruining her clothes and his eyes curiously glance across the woman, but returns to her face. "What did we have in the box?" Stephen asks with a soft smirk on his lips.

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Smiles " If it's what I think it is meaning a Kryptonian info crystal anything from something that can be built along with a tremendous amount of information.. The Kryptonians were able to fit all the knowledge of her race into a single crystal-like this". She shivers " the Kree can do something similar, as for my clothes seems my lot in life thankfully a friend made me a magic item to help" .

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Interesting." Stephen says with a lifted eyebrow flitting up to join the other one on his forehead. "That's very interesting." Stephen continues. "A crystal that containes the whole of knowledge of an entire species." Stephen says, looking at the crystal in Cait's hand but he doesn't let his eyes linger. That kind of thirst for knowledge has been dangerous in the history of mortals since the dawn of written language, and even before. "What are you wanting to do with this?"

Fairchild has posed:
Caitlin Fairchild Blinks " Well it could be a key to I dunno study it to start, " she says brightly " Figure out if it's got a build matrix.. maybe have Superman or Power girl check it out, " She says as she's clearly excited herself and clearly can't wait to check it out.

Doctor Strange has posed:
    Stephen smiles with a pop of his neck before he snaps his fingers and the broken glass effect disappears and the two are suddenly back on earth as if they'd never left. "There you go. Glad to help." Stephen says before he starts to turn towards the door he came in through earlier.

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks ' Ummm got a phone number? " she asks softly blushing a touch it's sooo awkward asking a guy that but she's doing it . " So I can update you " . She blurts out.

Doctor Strange has posed:
    "Not a traditional one." Stephen says, grabbing his hat off the hat rack and starts to put it back on his head before he pulls a card from within a pocket and hands it towards Caitlin. She should flip it over it says his name. A black card with less black ink. On the other side it's an address. On the first side it's a phone number, and on the back side this time is an email address. How does that work? "Anything else I can do for you?" Stephen asks as he waits with his hand on the door, the cupcakes are still on the table, waiting for Caitlin to claim them for herself.

Caitlin Fairchild Blinks and shakes her head "Umm no " She says softly as she blinks " thanks for the cupcakes? "She says looks down at the crystal " And the help! " She beams. BEfore she quickly grabs her purse that to Strange's eye's is clearly more than it appears! Putting his card inside.

    "Make sure you ask your friend about the price of that magic clothes. Magic always comes with a price, I don't want you to get caught having to pay for it." Stephen says with a smile and he slips out the doorway.
