    It's another day in New York City! The weather just passed about ten minutes ago and what was a dreary drizzle of rain is rapidly evaporating into a far too humid and miserable late spring day. Kitty is currently perches on a stool inside a small Czech coffee shop and cafe. The girl idly hums and she rocks out to her tunes.
    Currently clad in a pair of black yoga pants, a simple red tee shirt and a long black cardigan; Kitty is currently grooving on her own music piped in through a pair of earbuds. In front of her is a monstrous looking cup of industrial black coffee and a simple pastry. The girl picks at the honeyed sweet and slips a hand down to skip to the next track. Her little MP3 player doesn't seem to want to respond. Another tap and nothing, a harder tap and suddenly her finger is phasing through the device! The girl lets out a little shriek as as a massive feedback whine threatens to burst her eardrums.
    Looking a little abashed, Kitty pulls out her earbuds and sighs. "Not again," the girl considers the slightly smoking piece of electronics and tucks it into a pocket. Finally she considers the crowd and where she actually is. It's a small shop, one of those hole in the wall eateries that line the busy streets of New York. The crowd is mostly younger, teens and twenty-somethings almost universally eyes glued to their tablets or laptops. A massive window shows the unispiring street outside and lets natural light filter over the aged fixtures of the venue.

Black Queen has posed:
Selene walks into the coffee shop because the rain picks up a little, though not by much. She's drizzled, but not overly wet and she slinks past several tables until she sights one in the corner by its lonesome. She walks in that direction, passing those in the coffee shop, and her powerful mind reaches out to random people at the tables, as if poking at them, considering them, and investigating them for evil intentions. She purses her lips as doesn't find much interesting, perhaps feeling bored with it all.

Selene finally passes where Kitty is sitting and her aura reaches out to the girl playfully, sending her goosebumps after hearing a good song, and it's another one of her teases. Does it work? She slinks past to her table and sits down, crossing her legs idly. A coffee shop girl puts an overly large mug down in front of her. Selene smiles just a little, "Thank you miss," she says slowly.
