Eva (170) has posed:
Outside it's a rainy day. The type of day where you just don't want to go out and do anything. Eva needed to make a run to the Safe House but sadly that wasn't going to happen. So, she is just hanging out at the mansion. Her feet have carried her into a classroom where she will likely be teaching soon.

Quietly she walks through the room... Well... when i say walk, she was actually moving at what looks like a leasurely running pace but, to her it's walking. She's taking in what it's like. She moves to the front of the room, in front of a podium that happens to be there. "Position of power much?"

David Akenda (207) has posed:
David knows what his sword is supposed to be able to slay demons, or at least cause them terrible harm. So having managed to take it from his room where it was on the stand he asks Eva whne she passed by as he asks. "Ms Wilde, you have time to talk about my problems with the demons?" he asks concerned for his well being. As he swallows he doesn't want to pus the issue but she has had time to settle in now.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva smiles and nods, "Sure. Come in." She states as she motions him into the classroom. Quietly she moves to a seat. Then... She vanishes for all of a second only to return and sits down with a few thing. "Okay so whats the question? I just needed to grab a few things.

David Akenda (207) has posed:
AS he comes in and says, "Well you might have heard I have some people hunting me, well long story short 700 years ago my ancenstors discovered a family interbreeding with demons in japan. We were ordered to wipe them out douwn to the last child. One survived now I am paying the price. I think they still have the demon taint in them. And then there is this." he says and shows her the Black Dragon Katana as he unsheaths it as the magical blade seems dark and gritty but "This sword was said to be enchanted to never break, never dull, and inflict terrible injuries upon demons."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva listens carefully to David. "A sword that can harm demons? That is amazing. Seriously! I've not heard of anything that can really damage them. I do know of a few things though that can help you." She hands him a very ratty looking book. "Here. Return it when you are done with it. This has a lot of information on various demons around the world. It should help. When I am hunting, I usually start with the lore books, Internet, Learn your enemy. Like it or not, if these enemies of yours are bred with demons, that means that you are going to be doing some hunting."

David Akenda (207) has posed:
Rubbing the Back of his head after he resheaths his sword and says. "Well It glowed in Illyana's presence. So I haven';t actually used it. against any demons." he says taking the book and swallows. "I'm uh... The demon bred, have caused me no end of pain and greif, and I do not think that the other staff would encourage me to go out hunting. And I am trying to honor their desires to put my desire to slaughter the Kaji clan down to every last child myself behind me." he says.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva smiles, "So what we need is a means to protect you until you are able to do that sort of thing. I do have a means to do that." She then takes one of the objects and sets it in front of him. A bag of rocksalt. "This will be your saving grace. This Line your window sill with it. I do that myself. I've made a few enemies. Evil sons of bitches can not cross it. Ghosts, Demons, Hellhounds, I am pretty sure even half demons would be blocked off. And you're right. It would be awkward for you to be out hunting. I may do some though. Sounds like you could use a hand with that."

David Akenda (207) has posed:
Here is a Teacher encouraging him to do it and he nods as he takes the rocksalt and smiles. "I will thank you. Hopefully if only the protective measures till help me rest better at night." he says swallowing hard. "Perhaps we can talk to the other staff about it. If the Kaji clan assassins are indeed part demon as family history suggests. Maybe... I do not know." he says. "I'll read this for sure. Maybe If we could obtain some of the clan's blood we could find out if it is just humans or they are indeed demon bred."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods, "I am sure we could get some. Might I see the sword?" She asks with a smile. "I do have one other thing. For a full demon, it sends them back to hell. I am pretty sure if you were to use this on a half demon like that... it would be some nasty results." She thinks a moment. "Because of those nasty consequences I think maybe, it would be best if I didn't give that one to you. It could turn messy but I do leave the choice to you."

David Akenda (207) has posed:
As David listens to her, "let's avoid causing blood shed. The teachers are very adamant on me wanting to let go of the vengence I have." He doesn't go into details and he smiles. "IT was said to have been forged from the metal of a God's Chariot, Fired int he Sacred fires of Mount Fuji, and blessed with strength to never break, never dull. and be harmful to creatures of darkness. Presented to my ancestor by the Emporer of Japan himself for Loyal service." and he will hand it over. David doesn't know all the secrets of the blade, such as the fact it is bound to his blood line.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva accepts the blade and stands up giving herself some room. "Its balance is a bit odd." She begins crossing her body with it. "Its a strong weapon. A good one. They're right though. You should let go of the vengence. You're talking to someone who couldn't do that. For the past eight years, I let it consume me. ONe thing is certain. The only thing it will bring is blood, blood, and more blood." She hands the blade back carefully.

David Akenda (207) has posed:
As he says, "If there was an issue with the balance I woudl know." and he will use a single finger and hold the blade on one finger. And it balances rocking back and forth almost slightly before it steadies on his finger. "I think the Teachers are seeking away to disguise me from their assassins but if they have some dark magics like Scrying, they might be able to tell if I am alive or dead." he says. and the blade rests there perfectly balanced, and he takes hold of the blade, "Would you like to try?" he says ready to balance it if she wants.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods, "So what we need is a way for you to hide from magic." She blinks a few times. "That is actually one heck of a thing." Quietly she accepts the blade again and tries to balance it. It falls down. She tries again, it falls the other way. "Its tied to your bloodline. Clearly it doesn't like other people using it." She laughs and returns it. "So how can we hide you from magic. Illyana is a magic user. Perhaps she might know a spell like that. I will do some research in some of the magic books I have. Looks like I get to mess with /that/ book."

David Akenda (207) has posed:
"Tied to my blood line?" he asks almost confused. DAvid swallows and has a lot to take it. He's starting to realize that the blade is more presious than he realized. "I uh Thank you for the help. And sheathing the blade he says. "Perhaps, maybe Hank McCoy can find a way to alter my face and finger prints as well." he says as that would help him be free all he would need is a new last name. If he can hide from magic scrying.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva looks at him and nods. "Its part of your family like a child would be. Joined with you." She sighs. "If they are using magic they will be able to find you no matter what alterations are made to your appearance and prints. They will find you. I am going to do a little hunting myself I think. Maybe put word out for some half demons. See what the local hunters can find. Anyway, Seriously, Don't give into that desire for vengence. Its an unending road and once you get get that vengence, It doesn't feel good. You're left feeling empty. I know that first hand."

David swallows hard as he says, "I understand, but it is so hard to see past the rage. They took everything from me. The kaji clan leader, he murdered my mother's unborn children, then my mother, and my father infront of me gloating how I was the last. A man I called Uncle. A man my father considered a brother, and was my godfather."

Finally he just looks so tired depressed, he says. "I am going to grab an early night's rest." he says and will bow. "Thank you for your time... and help." he says turning to leave
