Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Beryl, Blue Ranger

Beryl has posed:
Minoke steps out of Stark Tower. She sighs - she hasn't yet been able to see Tony yet about her damaged heart - her first impression with the weapons genius was... diastrous for she ended up tazing a girl (intentionally - she was trying to hack her) and was very rude to his secretary (unintentionally). She sighs as she just starts walking down the street and trips on nothing - falling flat on the ground with a loud 'berf'... and breaking two concerete slabs in the meanwhile. She just lies there twitching.

Blue Ranger has posed:
After the fight in Central Park had concluded, the Rangers had decided that New York City was a good place to kind of sightsee - at least, for a little while. Trini, Billy, and Jason had split up, considering their wrist communicators could now function in the city, after Billy had tweaked them to do so. Of course, Billy, being the nerd boy genius he was, had one stop he wanted to go and look at first - and that, of course, was Stark Tower. He was fully familiar with the exploits of Tony Stark, and everything he was about... having never visited New York before, he wanted to see the magnificence for himself.

As he walks down the bustling street, he hears the crushing sound of the concrete slabs nearby - and pauses.

. o O(Not again!)

Of course, though, his thoughts are immediately abated as he spots the source of the sound - and he blinks at the sight of the young woman, who's made a clearing in the bustling street from falling. He approaches her, noting her appearance, and raising an eyebrow. He looks up from where she seems to have come from, putting two and two together... Before making an appraisal.

"Amazing... A functional humanoid nanodroid," he mutters to himself. "Uhm... are you okay?" he asks, crouching down to begin trying to help the figure up.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke slowly looks at you. She weighs 500 pounds but you help her up easily. "How...." She asks softl, looking down at the damaged sidewalk. "How could you mak ethat determination so quickly? I am... I do my best with my form..." She sounds confused but doesn't deny the charge - how could she? "And... 'okay' is... not an accurate descriptor."

Blue Ranger has posed:
Blinking, Billy seems to be slightly confused by the nanodroid's own confusion. "I mean, the construct on your forehead is almost a dead giveaway," he remarks, gesturing slightly, reaching up to adjust his glasses, "but nevermind the fact you simply don't appear... well, quite human otherwise. No offense meant," he adds, hastily, holding up his hands. "Who ever created you did a *great* job, but I don't think you're a construct of Stark Industries, by a longshot. I've never read anything about a technology quite like you that Mr. Stark has developed."

He tilts his head again and considers your form, before blinking again... "... You're not from here... and by here, I mean Earth." He pauses, then, snapping his fingers. "That's it!"

Beryl has posed:
The glowing green eyes is a dead giveaway - though she has human-tone skin, it does look a little too perfect. She then stares at you. "I do not undrestand how you can figure this out just by looking at me. You must be the smartest person on this planet... all your assessments are correct." She just blinks uneasily. "I just live here - I'm trying for the Avengers." She then sighs softly. "I'm Coluan."

She sighs softly, as she beeps faintly, finally extending her hand. "My name is Minoke. May I get yours?" She studies you intently.

Blue Ranger has posed:
"I... Uhm, well. I'm not *the* smartest," Billy stammers, blinking, flushing slightly as he glances toward Stark Tower, pointing toward it, "that distinction probably goes there. But... thank you?" He begins to laugh a little uneasily, before reaching up to rub the back of his neck, and he then... begins to stare.

"The *Avengers!?* You're kidding!"

She's an actual super hero! Holy crud. He's got to play it cool. This is the Big Leagues. "Uhm... William. William Cranston. But my friends call me Billy," he explains, laughing a little uneasily as he extends his hand out, shaking yours lightly. His grip is firm, but warm. His gaze meets yours - there is no ill intent, but rather, curiosity.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke sighs softly. "Well - not really. I'm trying to apply for them and am friends with Captain America. You might join them too - a hyperintelligent young man who's stronger than he appears." She shrugs. "I've been looking for someone. Someone who could fix me. I first thought of Tony Stark... but...." She sighs softly. "He's too busy. Busy busy busy busy busy bu...." And then her voice cuts off as she keeps wording the word 'busy' a few more times. Then she starts trying to talk to you agian and no sound comes out - she then frowns and taps the side of her head. "Sorry..."

Blue Ranger has posed:
"You... know... Captain Rogers... *personally?*"

The fanboy in Billy's head is *screaming.*

It also occurs to Billy that he is steadily giving himself away with having just lifted the droid like did, with ease. He makes a small face as he considers this. He *has* to be more careful with himself. "... Heh, yeah, sure," he chuckles, coughing slightly and flushing again. "I totally should. I'm not from around here, though. I'm from Canada," he explains. "I'm just... uhm. I'm here on vacation for a day or so with a couple of friends."

Vacation involving having fought Putties and a acid, fire, and ice spewing monster in the middle of Central Park just a few hours ago.

As she begins to explain her plight, though, he listens, and he tilts his head as her speech impediment kicks in. "Your speech functionality is compromised," he remarks softly. "A compromise to your speech cortex?"

Beryl has posed:
Minoke sighs. "My heart-core was damaged in an ion storm a long time ago near the space station Knowhere. I remember working there for a while fixing starship hulls - then I left - I was told about this place from some people - then I ended up here. Lost some memory. I have a few glitches... but I have not found anyone on this world that I felt comfortable going to - I was going to try Mr. Stark but... can't get to him. Yet."

Blue Ranger has posed:
"Almost like a traumatic brain injury in a human. Amazing."

Billy squints quietly, tilting his head slightly as he studies you and assesses your form again for a moment, frowning slightly. "Did it cause any other kind of abnormalities?" he asks you lightly, before stepping off to the side slightly to get out of the way of the crowd passing around them. He gestures for you to join him, so that they can at least continue talking out of the way of people.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke nods. "Sometimes it causes malfuncitons in my interlink network and I lose some control of my shapeshifting - sometimes I revert to default form - which is alien-looking - or lose cohesion altogether for a time. AFew other symptoms... some bouts of aphasia..." She sighs as she finds a bench to sit on - carefully.

Blue Ranger has posed:
Sitting down beside you, Billy nods, listening intently. "So, you have shapeshifting abilities," he notes softly, "and these malfunctions cause dysfunction with it, as well as problems with your speech cortex."

He studies you still, quietly, tilting his head slightly as he places a hand on his chin. "All from damage to your heart-core caused by an ion-storm. It must have short-circuited internal components of the core," he remarks softly, "causing systems within to double-back on themselves and become redundant, and-or otherwise malfunction when others couldn't function at all. Am I in the ballpark?" he asks you lightly.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke nods. "Yes. The little vessel I had at the time had my core directly linked up - my body wasn't around it." She blinks. "If you knew I was a nanocolony, does it not surprise you that I can arrange my body as I see fit? Yeah - Captain America met me when I short-circuited a Times Square billboard to feed on its power. He helped find me a place to stay, and referred me to the AVengers. The nicest person I've ever met."

Blue Ranger has posed:
"It doesn't surprise me at all," Billy replies lightly, chuckling a little bit, "but the fact you have dysfunction with the ability is concerning." He pauses, listening to you as he takes in the other information, nodding quietly. He furrows his eyebrows a little bit, and considers this.

"I've done a lot of reading about Captain Rogers... and the Avengers," he remarks lightly, smiling some. "They're the best super hero team out there. I'd say you're in good hands if you get with them," he remarks softly. "As for your problems..." He pauses, considering you for a moment. "Fixing your heart-core... well, considering the complexity, which I'm unsure of, considering how advanced you seem... I-- I wouldn't begin to imagine it'd be an easy task. But, I'm sure if anyone could do it, it'd be Mr. Stark," he remarks. "But... it should simply be a matter of replacing the damaged circuitry and ensuring the damaged inputs are properly rejoined to their proper diodes."

Beryl has posed:
Minoke nods slowly. She looks around - and nobody seems to be around. Her lower chest starts to shimmer, turning into green ooze , as a hole opens right below her breasts - and a baseball-sized green-metal-plated supercomputer forms - opening up more until it's fully visible - green 'ooze' connecting the top and bottom. The core slowly spins so you can see the scorch mark. "This is my core... that little core... is me. It's the real me. This body - the nanites - are just how I interact with the world. The damage causes havoc with my interlink network." She shivers softly, as the core was beeping softly with her words, echoing it. "Normally it's safe within inches of solid metal armor - but not in the little ship."

Blue Ranger has posed:
"... Morphinomical."

Staring in absolute awe at the highly advanced tech before him, Billy can't help but be amazed. He does, however, appraise the damage, considering it for a moment before tilting his head as he looks back up toward her face. "This is truly extraordinary, Minoke," he remarks toward her. "You're probably one of a kind, if not a limited run of your build," he tells her, shaking his head. "The way you're designed... It'd take... ages, to come up with something like this on Earth," he remarks, laughing. "We've got nothing that even comes close to it." He laughs... "And you came from... where? You said... nowhere?"

He has no concept of Space Station Knowhere.

Beryl has posed:
Minoke sighs softly. "I was told I am Coluan..." She sighs softly. "But for a while I spent time on the space station called Knowhere." She tried to pronounce the 'K'. "I think it's a pun for it's in the middle of nowhere." She slumps. "I do not know my purpose. I do not know how to get home. But I am here now." Her chest resolidifies, concealing the core. "Hence my dilemma. Nobody on this owrld can help me. It's sad."

Blue Ranger has posed:
"I wouldn't say no one could help you."

Pausing for a moment, Billy considers it. He studies you, and takes a deep breath. "I mean. I... I'm no *genius,*" he remarks, downplaying himself, "but... I may understand this enough to be able to help you." He gestures at your chest, then, in regard to your core. "I could at least *try.*" He pauses, then, looking around for a moment. "At least, if Mr. Stark is too busy."

A pause, then, and he blinks. "But, that may be a stretch. You just met me, and you barely know me."
