Synopsis: Felicia stops by Doctor Strange's Sanctum for a last round of questions before she leaves to fetch a lost orb. In the process, she meets Kaelyn, fellow sufferer of cursed state!
Cast of Characters: Black Cat, Doctor Strange, Kaelyn Silverleaf

Black Cat has posed:
Hours and counting for the heist in the high mountains of Nepal. Felicia walks briskly down the street in Greenwich Village, bundled up warmly in her snazzy black peacoat and a cream-colored scarf that directly compliments the waves of platinum-blonde hair falling over her shoulders. She's got that black beanie pulled down over her ears (no more pointed than last time she visited, thank goodness, and due to the Doctor's time-slowing spell) and her glossy cream-colored boots click on the clear and wet sidewalk. These are, of course, topped with a frothing of white faux-fur against the slacks tucked into them.

The cat-burglar stops before the front door of the Sanctum and glances up its front before sighing. She knocks a good number of times, with some force, and then waits. Her off-green eyes scan to each direction of the street out of idle, paranoid habit as she stands there on the top step.

Doctor Strange has posed:
The door itself opens for Felicia after the first knock, seemingly fleeing her hand as the door doesn't seem to like being hit so roughly. No one is behind the door, seems to be a recouring theme here at the Sanctum, but Felicia is urged forward by some unseen force, and unfeeling, more like her mind is guided by a scent of toast, or some curiosity leads the thief.

Black Cat has posed:
"Oh. Oops," says the cat-burglar as the door swings open and her knocks lighten before stopping impact entirely. But ha, no one's stopping Felicia from entering and so she does without a second glance behind her. Now...where's the Doc? She's got a few questions for him. Granted, most were answered off the bat when it was decided that she would retrieve an orb from a location potentially difficult (read as: potentially lethal) to access. But hey -- when you're told you're the woman for the job with your potential skillset, as a thief? How could Felicia say no.

"Hey Doc." A two-tone singsong echoes around the foyer as she enters it, her eyes traveling up and around where the grandstaircase wraps around to the second floor. "You home? I'd like to speak to you." She keeps up the musical cadence as she begins to walk up the stairs, her black-gloved hand resting on the railing and her eyes fixed up towards the museum-like relic collection she knows is located beyond immediate view of the open hallway above.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Felicia's own voice responds from within the musuem room, "In here~." In the same singsong tone with a touch of vibratto at the end. Stephen is standing in front of one of the book cases that lines the wall, and he has a tome in his hand that is literally chained to the wall with a dangling old chain. It has runes built into each link that glow faintly purple colors as Stephen reads from the pages.

Without looking up Stephen speaks to the approaching thief. "I didn't expect you so soon. Don't you have a flight to be getting ready for?" Stephen inquires as if to remind Felicia that she has work to do on the other side of the globe.

Black Cat has posed:
"Ooh." Reeled along by her own curiosity, Felicia follows the line up the rest of the stairs and then towards the man in the storm-blue tunic. Her eyes light up at the book, particularly at its chained status -- because that means rare -- and that means valuable. Her hands, however, are kept primly behind her back as she stops short of Stephen and gives him a twinkling smile. He's probably not bothered at all to see the nearly-completely vertical pupils in her eyes, courtesy of the curse she's taken on.

"I'm all packed, Copperfield, don't you worry your little silver-haired head. Just...wanted to ask a few more questions, is all." Her gaze wanders around the room with marked attention to the items behind the glass cases.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen keeps reading but lifts his free hand to point against the words he's reading because he does pause to look towards Felicia and he doesn't want to loose his spot. "Go on, ask your questions Felicia." Stephen says, his eyes lingering on her cat like pupils for a while, as he waits for her to come up with these pressing questions she so needs to get answered.

Black Cat has posed:
Her attention flicks back to him and she straightens slightly, as if she'd been caught peeking at something she shouldn't be and should affect innocence. One can almost see the halo above her beanie-cap as Felicia smiles more than a little coyly at the wizard.

"So...I'm going after an Orb." She gestures before herself lazily. "It sounds fancy and magical, but what does it //actually// do, Doc?" One of a few queries she has about the reasoning for slinking about the heights of the Himalayan mountains.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"It's one of the sources of the seasons." Strange says matter-of-factly, as he keeps looking at Felicia he does look above her head, as if he was actually checking for a halo, but then his eyes return to hers. "It is fancy and magical. It keeps the season of spring in balance with the other three." Stephen explains softly but then he glances back down to his book and his finger begins to move along with his eyes, though he is listening for her next questions.

Black Cat has posed:
His answer takes Felicia aback. Her mouth drops open visibly before she catches herself. "Whoa." Then follows the suspicious frown. "No way, Copperfield. There's a glass globe somewhere on his planet responsible for all of the crocus and daffodils and melting snow and butterflies and sunshine and the start of warm weather?" A quick shake of her finger before she crosses her arms under her ample chest, giving him a squint. "That's...that's just dangerous. Anyone could touch it!"

A beat...and then she smiles hesitantly to herself. "And...what happens if I accidentally...set it off?"

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Soo, well here's something maybe unexpected? Someone knocks... Kae is outside, having a box, it's the size of a normal 'amazon' shipping box, some 18 inches by 18 inches by 10 inches deep. She's currently got it under her left arm and balanced on her hip... Kae blinks "Ya know, last time I was here, I coulda swore this door was much smaller..."

Kae uses her free hand to rub the back of her neck, before reaching out and picking up her broom. Yup she flew today... It was a nice day for flying, that and she had to go a while without using her enchanted flight device....

Doctor Strange has posed:
"It's not active magic Felicia. It's passive. The only way it truely stops working is if it is no longer housed in an environment of the opposite season." Strange explains. "You shouldn't be able to set it off." Strange notes before he lifts his head and looks at Felicia. Then he holds up his right hand to his eye with his finger and thumb making a circle shape that he uses as a mystic peephole to look through the door. "Ah. My delivery. Excellent." Stephen says, closing his book and with a wave of his hand from another room, upstairs, he opens the door for the artificer. His disembodied voice greets Kaelyn, "Do join me up stairs, your input might be helpful." The wizard explains where both parties can hear.

Then Stephen turns to Felicia once more, "Do you have further questions before my other guest arrives?"

Black Cat has posed:
Interestingly enough, at the information given to her, there's a little slump of relief from the cat-burglar. "Oh. Whew." Felicia takes a moment to tuck a loose strand of her pale hair behind her back and gives the wizard a more confident smile yet again. His odd gesture has her tilting her head in an incredibly cat-like manner and letting out a soft sound before she claps fingers over her mouth again. That was NOT a 'mew', don't even try and claim it to her!

She glances behind her, towards the stairs and the open expanse of the foyer, and then back to Stephen. "Um...no, not really. I guess I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to...break something. It's bad business to bring back a broken item and then you wouldn't break this curse, in turn. It's really getting on my nerves." She pauses to scratch at her ear beneath the hat. "It itches..." comes the quiet whine, accompanied by a winsome and pitiful look towards the Doctor. "And the tail is getting in the way of things."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae wanderws up stairs, the woman looking around curiously, she then balances the box on her head. Soon enough she's entering the same room as Strange and the other, blinking at her... "Umm Hello." She says to Black Cat, then holds the box out to Strange... "Hid the spatial magic and stuff a little better, but it has all yer stuff for your order, including those two artifice clockworks you inquired about." Kae says with a grin.

At this point, a tiny little dragon, with runes on em and all, climbs out of her backpack, this little critter litterally having internally faceted amethysts for eyes.. Really it moves very life like, manorisms and all, but close inpsection reveals it to be maybe man made? Just a really really really good artifice of sorts, as there's sometimes gears visible at the joints of wings and the legs.. But only seldomly.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"Thank you Kaelyn." Strange says as he places the book he was reading onto the shelf and reaches out to take the sizeable box in hands and moves over to set it on one of the smaller display cases. As he does this Strange motions towards Felicia. "This is an associate of mine, I would say friend, but she's using me and my talents to remove a curse from her person. Do you have any thoughts on the matter Kaelyn?" Stephen asks, pointing at Felicia, refusing to acknowledge the 'ways a tail could be cumbersome' conversation.

Black Cat has posed:
Felicia remains precisely where she is and silently watches Kaelyn on the approach. Her eyes travel from head to toe on the artificer and then narrow. Suspicion is projected from every line of her svelte body.

She arches an eyebrow imperiously over at Stephen as she's introduced and then rolls her eyes in an extremely obvious manner. The smallest silent 'feh' accompanies the action. "It's all business," the cat-burglar explains to Kaelyn with a smirk of her red-red lips. She adds in a perfectly-audible husky lower tone, "I passed muster for a dirty little errand of his." Her hips do a little shimmy to boot. "But do you know how to remove a curse? You don't look like you do," she says to Kaelyn. She does eye the small dragon with visible concern. "If that thing's like his cloak, I don't want to try and shake its hand. Claws. Whatever."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae peers at the little dragon "He's Fanhuil... And ummmm... He's just a pet that I managed to make my self and all..." She says with a shrug and she then peers at the Cat-Burgler "I just managed to get a nasty cluster curse off my self not too long ago...." She then grins a bit..

She motions to her waist and then down "All this, one giant draft horse..." She adds.... "Really, was no fun being taured all the time, and the fleas were horrible..." She adds then smirks and glances to Fan, who's looking at Dr Strange.. The little critter chirrups, flares its wings and then tries to glide to the Sorcerer Supreme... "Traitor." Mutters Kae with a smirk. "He's harmless, but I think you two have met."

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen holds out his hand like he's about to catch a falcon but allows the fauxdragon to land on his wrist. "We've met a few times." Stephen says with a glance over to Kaelyn, "Oh, right, she was half horse and tall like you wouldn't believe. Kaelyn, do tell my associate she has a slightly inconvenient curse, she keeps trying to get me to just zap it away without any research before hand. I keep warning her she could end up like an eldrich nightmare, but I'm just a looney old man, right? Felicia?" Stephen says with a more than coy wink at the blond.

Black Cat has posed:
Kaelyn gets an incredulous look from the platinum-blonde, vertical pupils and all. "You were...half-horse? I'm sorry. That must have been hell on your wardrobe." Felicia then looks back to the artificed dragon and continues watching him with that circumspect glint in her eyes.

However, Stephen's comments gets her dander up. She points an imperious finger at him with her other hand fisted on the rounding of her hip. "Hey, Copperfield, it //is// inconvenient! You try having a tail! You sit on it funny, it hurts. You step on it, it hurts. It doesn't hide -- hell, you know this, I've told you this before. It doesn't hide under clothing well," she still reiterates, her lips set in a pout. Then they curl into a wry smirk. "And you are looney, Copperfield, but I have faith in you still. They say the crazy ones are the most fun..." A wink back at him even if it's accompanied by the appearance of a toothy grin.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae peers at Felicia for a few moments, and smirks, casually tugging her jacket off after unhooking her backpack, a wave of her hand and she reveals a horse's tail. "Curse aint completely gone but this is mostly the worst of it." She also motions to her ears, she has cupped pointed horse's ears too.. "Another couple days, it'll all be good." She then hides the alterations away and puts her jacket back on. "Seriously though, this is muuuch better than being a 1 ton quadroped... Ya know how hard it was to get up into skyscrapers and stuff? I was allways having to use the cargo elevator." She then smirks. "So yes, I know in great detail how much a pain a tail is, and I have a horse's tail, not a feline one... Ya can move that sucker out of the way, it's more poseable, mine aint... Though I have a lil magic, so I can kind of hide it away in such a manor I only have to worry about it when I'm sleepin'."

Kae smirks at Stephen and the littel faux dragon, aka Fanhuil... "I think he likes you, that or he thinks yer gonna give em treats or something." Fan is happily just perched on Stephen's arm for now, trying slowly to climb up it so he can rest on his shoulder.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen allows this, dropping his hands behind his back. "I did tell you your curse wasn't so bad. Feel better now?" Stephen asks, smirking at Felicia and then looking back at Kaelyn, "It's a good look on you." The wizard notes before he steps up to the two and looks them both in the eyes.

"When is your flight Felicia? I don't want you to miss it. Big business trip, right?" Stephen asks, almost mindless of the metal dragon on his shoulder at this point.

Black Cat has posed:
Felicia stares at the horse tail and then at the rounded ears seen through Kaelyn's hair. "Well..." Her beanie is removed and she showcases her own, tufted at the tips in near-white fur. "And this," she grumbles as she reaches back underneath her peacoat. A little wince and there it is, three feet of gracefully-furred cat tail. "I touched something that I wasn't supposed to." It's a bitter little addition to her sharing with Kaelyn.

Stephen gets another flat side-eyeing. "It's in five hours, don't get your gi in a bunch, Copperfield. I've got time to beat security and TSA still."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae oooohs and umms "Welll one thing that helps is slipping yer tail to the side, you should be able to kind of wrap it around your self... But ya see cats sitting on theirs alla time... Ya should be ok there.." She says and grins a bit... She then peers at Strange "You should try it some day." She says with a mischievious grin, next she glances to Felicia "But yeah it's not the end of the world, I consider my self lucky that I've gotten things broken down this far... A little longer and I'll have the last remnants of that cluster curse off me and then I can try and remove other folk's curses..."

Doctor Strange has posed:
"Who says I haven't?" Stephen asks with a single eyebrow raised though he does look to Felicia specifically and winks in return before he wanders over to his delivery and starts to open the box up with a lying calmness to himself. "Felicia, it's a gi, it doesn't get in a bunch, nothing like your outrageous get up, I presume."

Might have been a low blow going for the costume, but she knows what she has and she knows it's gold. One of the best get ups in new york, Maybe even the world. Stephen distracts himself with the contents of his box, afraid to have to deal with both women should they somehow team up against him. He leaves the dragon on his shoulder as he roots through his delivery.

Black Cat has posed:
"Actually, that's a good idea...wrapping it around myself," Felicia mutters to herself as to Kaelyn's suggestion as her gaze slides to one side, towards the bookshelf with the chained book now returned to its collection. "Maybe a belt would work -- heeeeyyyyy."

The elongated sound at Stephen almost taken on a feline mrrr at its end, but the cat-burglar manages to keep it from slipping into a true growl. "I'll have you know that outrageous getup is more comfortable than your fancy bathrobe any day, Copperfield, even if it does cling like Saran Wrap. Let's see you walk around in a cat-suit one day, hmm?" She gestures towards him and then gives Kaelyn a significant look like it's the best idea and the artificer should clearly agree with her!

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae ummmms and tilts her head to the left... "Yeaaah, I guess so? I don't know if Cat-suits are the best for guys... Buuuut one of those speed suit things you see speed skaters wear? Sure why not?" she says with a slight grin.

Kae glances at Fan and tilts her head "How're you at taking care of my goofy pet there for a little while, he seems to be quite happy?"

The little artificed dragon is asleep now, while perched, it even gives out little whistling snore noises....

Doctor Strange has posed:
"And again, who says I haven't?" Stephen winks way more casually that what the words he just said would require. That's some taxi-cab confession type stuff. "Have you been wearing my 'bathrobes' without me knowing? That's kind of stalkerish Felicia. Should I be concerned? Is there something you aren't telling me?" The wizard inquries and then looks to his left and spies the metal dragon sleeping on his shoulders. "I could handle the pet, but I can't promise the condition he'll return in. Nature of the job and all." Stephen notes to Kaelyn.

Black Cat has posed:
"That man? In a Speedo?" Felicia wrinkles her nose at Kaelyn and then at Stephen where he fusses with the contents of the box delivered to him. "I dunno. How much are you paying him?" she then asks the artificer with an evil little sliver of a grin.

"And besides, if you want me to wear your 'bathrobes', you won't be sorry. You know why?" The cat-burglar then tucks her chin and takes up a counterpoise in angle of hips and shoulders, a stance well-known and -practiced by models and actresses alike. It's plainly vampy. "It'll look better on me."

Shots fired. She glances over at Kaelyn. "You know I'm right," she adds towards the woman loftily, quite confident in her ridiculous assessment.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae tilts her head, squints a bit, and pulls a large monk's robes from her backpack. Anyone knows where she got it, Kae's got a loooot of stuff in her backpack, some might say a whole magic store's storage worth of stuff...

Kae then grins and wordlessly offers the monk's robes to Felicia... Yes she's grinning impishly too.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"An effort in futility." Stephen argues as he pulls his hands out of the box and puts them on his hips before he's not satisfied with that stance and crosses his arms before his chest. "Anyone would argue that you're naturally better looking than I am, therefore no matter the clothes, you'll always look better than I." Stephen says before he squints and his eyebrows shoot up, but it's an idea he dismisses quickly. Then Kaelyn pushes the bit that much further and Stephen's stuck looking at the busty red head and the blonde. "Are you teaming up against me?"

Black Cat has posed:
Wearing a smile as the cat-in-the-cream, Felicia takes the offered robes from Kaelyn with a light flick of her wrist and grasp of the fabric.

"The man doth protest too much, methinks," she quips conspiratorially towards Kaelyn, sounding incredibly pleased with herself. "I like his honesty." Her eyes then slide to and rest upon Stephen, twinkling in the odd lighting of the Sanctum's interior relic-room.

"You know when you've lost, Copperfield. I don't even think I need to demonstrate right now. Though...if you ask nicely? Like the gentleman you think you are? I might." She mimes glancing down at her wrist and puts forth a mocking moue of a frown. "Though I might be late for my flight. I wouldn't want that, not with being the responsible business associate that I am. You'll just have to use your imagination." She bundles up the robe before her stomach and smirks.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae tilts her head again, the other way this time and smirks "Here was thinking of getting you to put on the robe..." She then peers at Strange... "Umm, if I really wanted to pick on you.." She tugs a spandex suit out of her backpack and bounces it a few times, before putting the spandex up... "Spandex for working out at the gym..." She says and grins a bit... "Anyhow, I'm going to have to get back, or I think Wendy will blow up the shop... again.... Girls' really getting into potionmaking." She says and shrus "More teaching and working with my apprentice..." She adds, then whislte some. Fan doesn't twitch.. "oooy..." She then waggles a cracker bag she pulls from her pocket. The shaking snaps the little creature out of his nap and he darts back to Kae, glomping onto her shoulder, while making grabby paws for the crackers and chirping. Kae of course gives em one.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen watches Kaelyn leave with a soft nod to the woman with a curteous, "Thanks for dropping the stuff off. I'm going to need it to help this one." Referring to Felicia.

Stephen then turns his attention to Felicia. "You're the worst. You know that?" He says with his eyes closing real tight and then he smirks and shakes his head. "If you really wanted wizard robes so badly, you only had to ask."

Black Cat has posed:
"Nice to meet yoooou!" Felicia singsongs with a twiddly wave of her fingers towards the retreating figure of Kaelyn. Despite the fact that the artificed dragon appeared entirely ignorant of her, the cat-burglar does seem a bit more relaxed without around. Still, she admits, "The little lizard was actually very cool. I want to know how she made it."

A smirk shot at the wizard and she makes a show of folding the monk's robes into carefully-squared sections as if she were prepping to put it away into a shirt drawer. "But if I'd asked, you might have said no. This was a far easier way to accomplish the task and entirely on my terms." The clothing is now draped respectfully over her forearm as she stands there, still smiling.

Doctor Strange has posed:
"You didn't even know she was coming." Stephen points out and then shakes his head. "Nor do I think you actually wanted to ask for my 'bathrobes'. You're an odd girl Felicia, but not that odd." The wizard points out with a soft smirk on his lips. He leans back against the display case and taps his forearm with a finger as he watches Felicia curiously, no cryptic questions, or vague offers, just, watching.

Black Cat has posed:
"Maybe I just wanted a set of monk's robes? You never know. I might need an alternative disguise for my...line of work." She makes delicate, fond mockery of her status as master cat-burglar. "But you're right. I never wanted //your// bathrobes. These are pristine. I don't have to worry about wizard cooties or anything like that."

Felicia then taps at her bottom teeth briefly with a manicured fingernail. "I'm trying to remember... I had one more question before I have to go be a good little traveler for TSA. What was it..." Her pale-furred tail twitches behind her knees without her knowing.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen motions towards her tail briefly and though she might confuse that he's pointing at something else, Stephen is quite stoic about it. "Something's on your mind, I can just tell." He teases playfully before he shrugs his shoulders, "Well, if you can't remember, nothing I can do to help." Stephen notes, starting to turn his attention back towards the box of goodies.

Black Cat has posed:
The young woman looks behind herself and then realizes he must have meant the unfortunate extension of her spine. She glowers at it like it was a very bad pet who just scratched up the priceless leather couch and finds that it does little to make her feel better.

"Yeah, I remember now. If it's the Orb of Spring and you know where one of them is, where are the others?" She fixes Stephen with a keen squint. "You mentioned that you knew. Don't try to fleece me, Copperfield. It's bad business."

Doctor Strange has posed:
"I do know where they are." Stephen states, agreeing with Felicia, "I'm not going to fleece you. Depending on how well you do your job today, there is a chance for more work for you. Trust me, I know all about bad business." Stephen notes as he steps closer to Felicia.

His eyes move from the tip of her tail back to her striking eyes. "I'm not going to give you more than I think you can handle, and right now, you have a curse your worried about as well as a single artifact. I think your plate is plenty full as it is." Stephen says as he stands incredibly close to Felicia.

Black Cat has posed:
Despite being shorter than Stephen by some number of inches, Felicia lifts her chin as he approaches. How she can assume the act of looking //down// her nose from a shorter height is something nearly magical in itself.

"I can handle a lot more than you think I can, Copperfield," she informs him with little sniff. "You try trying to paint your toes while you're on the cell phone with your girlfriend listening to her go on and go about how her ex dumped her //again// and you've got to catch up on the latest episode of Supernatural while you've got windows open about the MET's latest gala about some long-lost collection of jewelry no one cares about until it's gone. //That// is a lot on a plate."

She pauses and rolls her eyes again before looking up at him through her dark lashes. "Being cursed makes it more difficult. Cat hair. In your manicure gel. Think about it."

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen pats Felicia's arm. "You're probably right. I will need to spend time thinking about, it." Stephen says with a sort of kind smile as he walks around Felicia and returns to the book he was reading when she first arrived. He reaches up and pulls it down off the shelf and looks back to Felicia with a smile, larger than he usually gives, but still kind and not so awkward as one might have guessed.

Black Cat has posed:
She watches him step away with what appears to be a hint of dismay, but it's swiftly wiped from her expression. Socialites do not show weaknesses; not in her field, where the sharks are always scenting out the weakest in the schooling masses. Her eyes do consider the book, but not for long. Felicia returns that smile, but her own curve of lips is still sardonic.

"Don't think too hard. You seem like you have more important things to think about anyways." A glance around the room she's in. "Why don't you have clocks on the walls? That's weird. A place like this totally needs a clock. Like, a big standing grandfather clock that chimes at midnight and...releases butterflies or something." She then turns in place completely once, her scanning ending on Stephen again. "Does your cloak...nap? Where is it?"

Doctor Strange has posed:
"It's napping on the grandfather clock that chimes a heavy bell at midnight and noon. But the butterflies come out of the gearwork only at six o'clock. You would hate it." Stephen teases, as he looks back to Felicia, and no, he's not trying to figure out how to 'win' the conversation, he isn't a socialite, not any more. He has his secrets yes, but he's not using them to make himself have the conversational high ground. He's keeping his secrets to keep people safe and secure. People like Felicia.

Black Cat has posed:
"Oh, so you still have the cloak. Good." The cat-burglar seems pleased by this. "I like the thing. It's weird, but...it's not mean. I guess. Unless you call it 'drapes'." She goes laugh once to herself and shake her head. "Why six o'clock? And I wouldn't hate that. Butterflies are wonderful." She absently pets at the monk's robes still slung over her arm.

"Can I say hi to it?" the blonde then asks, very politely, in a sudden shift from her own half of the parried conversation.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen chuckles and leans against the wall. "You can, but I do have to get back to work Felicia." The wizard chuckles, knowing the cloak is nearby, it always is near by. As soon as she says she wants to say hi to it, the quilted like cape zips through the air and spirals up and around Felicia's feet working it's way up and over her whole self before it fans out in front of her and quietly moves in to the young woman and drapes itself across her shoulders and wraps around her back and waist and arms, going so far as to lift the girl a few inches off the ground in the mystical embrace.

Black Cat has posed:
Felicia makes a soft 'tsk'. "How terrible of me, to interrupt your very busy DAY!" The sudden upswing in spoken volume is surprise at the cloak. She makes a soft 'eeep!' of startlement as it twirls and swirls and then wraps her up in what feels like a warm, firm terrycloth hug. Given she had the robes clutched to her chest, she has no hands to pet at the friendly garment. Instead, a trill of delighted if still a little nervous giggling leaves her.

"Gosh, good to see you too!" Her booted toes reach for the floor and don't find it. "This is very weird. Kind of nice too, but mostly weird. You're nice though! You're not weird!" She says this quickly towards one of the cloak's collar-points.
