Shredder has posed:
Having done what they came to do, Bebop and Rocksteady left, knowing that the police would surely arrive soon, and having no desire to get in trouble for bringing their activities to public eye. They headed down the steps to the subway, drawing alarmed looks from the few people that populate it at this hour.

"So who was the crazy guy?" Rocksteady asks. "Not too many people nuts enough to actually pick a fight." He checks the bullet holes in his arm, still leaking blood. "I think I need to probably do somethin' about this."
"How am I supposed to know, Rock? Maybe that guy escaped from a looney bin or somethin," Bebop answers, stepping down off the escalator as they reach the bottom, heading for the turnstyle.

Punisher has posed:
It's easy to write off Frank Castle as just another lunatic with a gun for most people. It's easy to think that Frank Castle would give up just because police are coming.

It's easy to pretend that he isn't a relentless hunter, if you've never met the Punisher. Taking the few seconds to rappel down the side of the building once again, he headed for the subway. He didn't know where they'd go... but anytime Punisher plans an operation, he /always/ plans it out with precision; including where the closest escape routes are. "They're going through Subway B, Frank." Microchip snapped off to Frank in the transceiver, and the Punisher had gone right after them. They had a bit of time on him... but the Punisher closed the distance fairly quickly. "Bring the Van to the next stop on the line." Punisher had asked of Microchip in the Van.

It's the screams that give it away first from behind them. Followed by the trenchcoat and black skull vest. He was a little cut up from the grenade in the alleyway... but the battle rifle had been shouldered, and he had reloaded it on the way down. The look on his face said he's ready for round two.

As he walks down the subway stairs, the sounds of sirens can be heard in the distance; he had gotten out just in time to 'sneak away' from the explosive warzone. "WHERE YOU GOIN', ASSHOLES?!" The Punisher shouts directly down to them, the rifle ready to fire, "I'M JUST GETTIN' STARTED!"

The sound of gunfire firing once again fills the air as Bebop and Rocksteady are once again shot at, with Punisher running to cover after the initial volley.

Shredder has posed:
The NATO round shatters the tile on the pillar next to Rocksteady's head, and the mutant rhino turns to look at the source with a flinch. "This guy," he says. "He's got a real death wish," he growls at the place where Frank took cover.
"Well, let's be the tooth fairy then," Bebop snorts, turning to grab one of the turnstiles and ripping it from it's mount on the floor. Sparks fly, and he has to make a second tug to fully rip the wires free. He holds it in front of him by the turnstile arms as a shield, and starts to charge back in the direction of the Punisher, a thousand pound warthog in blue jeans coming his way with a rhino fast behind him.

Punisher has posed:
"These idiots are way too predictable." The charge is easily noted, and this time as Bebop charges, there's an underhanded HE grenade tossed just to the side of him. It's far enough away from civilians that the collateral won't cause issues... and it's close enough to the charging Bebop to force him to detour.

As he runs back up the subway, Punisher aims for Rocksteady's position and fires again, trying to keep him pinned while he gets back out... his goal being to force them to stay in the station long enough to allow the car to go without them, giving him time to get the Battle Van to the next step for round three.

Shredder has posed:
The deafening crack resounds in the subway, the closed area magnifying the blast, and surely deafening everyone nearby as people scream silently at their punished ear drums. Rocksteady and Bebop are not immuned to this either as they both veer off from the explosion, the rhino holding his ears. Bebop lets out a ringing roar, likely silent due to the impact of the grenade, and throws the turnstyle at Frank, straight up the steps it hurtles as a kinetic weapon that could be as damaging as any grenade if it connects.

Rocksteady meanwhile jumps to one side to avoid the gunshots, and grips the railing of the subway. He pulls with all of his might, and the metal bar dislocates from the wall, metal screws popping free. He braces it against his shoulder, and pulls it across the steps, tripping a fleeing civilian as the bar sweeps across the stairwell. It may not be the fastest moving of obstacles, but it's also not an easy one to avoid.

Punisher has posed:
Diving and rolling, the only reason Punisher manages to get out of the way of the incoming projectile is years of trained reflexes allowing him to know when to get down. Soon, he's back up, and just about to head out of sight, "SEE YOU LATER FOR ROUND THREE, ASSHOLES!" Punisher shouts back down as he fires one last burst at Rocksteady, trying to him to drop the bar as he leaves the area.

Shredder has posed:
Rocksteady does drop the bar, and recoils from the shot. "My man, we should go get that loser."

Bebop frowns wrinkling the oversized snout. "Yeah, Rock," he agrees, "But cops are pulling in up there, Karai would kill us if we got arrested again. Better to let her deal with him at this point, with all the stuff the boss has planned now, ya know."

Rocksteady snorts. "What's round three anyway?" he asks.

"I guess he is gonna probably just try to beat us to the stop," the warthog speculates with a shrug. "No way he can get there faster than the subway, not in New York traffic." The automatic subway train pulls away, and the two glance over their shoulder.

    "Oh," they say in unison.

"Well, Beebs," Rocksteady says. "I guess we earned ourselves the rest of the night off. You wanna go steal some stuff?" he asks.
    "Like what?" Bebop answers.
"I want one of them new video game systems that came out last month."
"Oh yeah, they got that new Grand Theft Auto game, almost as fun as the real thing. My man, that is a good plan."

They fist bump, and the flexing of the muscles causes more blood to pulse out of Rocksteady's bicep. "Guess I should probably get some paper towels or somethin'."

Punisher has posed:
As the police start to arrive, the Punisher is already in the Battle Van. There will certainly be witnesses that see them drive off... and for that, the paint and plates are peeled off going down a side street. "Those were metas. I've never seen them before." Frank muses in the back of the van as Microchip drives. "I can run them through some databases, see if I find any profiles. We might have new players in town." Microchip offers from the front as they go.

"Yeah... things are fucked enough without adding more underworld turf wars to the mix. We gotta get a handle on this, quick." Frank replies as he unloads his gear back into the armory.

"Are they still down there?" Frank asks, indicating the small bank of monitors tapped into the station where Bebop and Rocksteady were, "they went topside, I've got the drone watching them." comes the answer from Microchip.
