Cast of Characters: Armor, Piper Halliwell, Daniel Osborn, Frank Quaid

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki is a high school student and is dressed as such. In a navy blue sailor blouse, tied in red inf ront, a matching pleated skirt, white socks, and polished black shoes, she gets off of the PATH and makes her way into one of the nicer shopping areas here. For now, she begins by window shopping, tapping on her phone as she goes from store to store, seeing where she might want to go inside.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper Halliwell, P3 owner and witch and....all around sarcastic walking snark machine is striding into the shopping areaas well. she's got money to burn and settles into a casual walk. She's got things in mind to shop and figure out what she really, really wants. Piper's got this. Looking around she's drawn over to a window by Hisako and looks in the window, silently weighing up what she wants to buy. She's not got millions to burn. She's got a nice paycheck....as she smiles, walking into the store, though she glances back to the window from the doorway with a wave. "Hey" she calls over.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki isn't used to getting attention just like this, with no armor or X suit on or anything. She looks up, looks around, and steps up to Piper. Bowing slightly "How do you do? I am Hisako."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper smiles. "I'm good thank you. Yourself?" she asks and steps into the shop, it's hard to talk through a closing door as she's hoping Hisako will come on int. "I was out shopping after my paycheck came in" she explains and smiles, "I was going to see what the stores have for sale."

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki does follow in. "A paycheck is very nice! I don't have one of those, as I am still in high school. But it is fun to shop even when you don't really buy anything, Piper." Considering the shop here, she pauses, and squints at an anti-mutant t-shirt being worn by the person working behind the counter.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper shakes her head at the t-shirt. She's not one of those angry under the collar of her top anti-mutant types and she gives the employee a quiet look, then looks back to her new w friend. She offers a hand. "Yeah window shopping's good" Piper smiles. "I'm Piper. I own the P3 club around here, so what're you doing ing. School let out, so you enjoying the summer?" she asks and smiles, her brown eyes glinting with genuine interest. She looks over what the store has for sale and smiles. "I could employ you if you're 18 or older, or part time to help with the ruunning of P3" Piper offers and smiles. "It won't be much but it'd help wouldn't it?" she says speculatively, then smiles again.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki takes a deep breath, and stands up straight. Looking repeatedly at the retailer, she does take Piper's offered hand for a gentle shake. "I'm finishing school, I'm a senior now on a different schedule, that started because of when I Came here from Japan. What is the P3 club, may I ask?" Another look at the shirt.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks thoughtful. "It's the nightclub I run" she says "Few blocks from here" she adds and looks amused then nods. "It's a nightclub for adutls, so 18 and over are allowed but we don't serve alcohol to anyone under 21. However I do have a high school senior on my payroll but they work as a waiter" Piper explains, and is giving the shirt a sidelong look of disgust. Piper serves to everyone, after all.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki hums, as she looks around, and back to the door. "Why don't we visit the next place over, Piper? I would be delighted to hear about the job offer you're making. After all, when I graduate I need options." She then starts walking quickly to the door to make her way out.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper grins, "Sure, let's go. I don't like the people at the register" she says, a sarcastic jab at the nti-mutant t-shirt as she heads to the door and nudges it open, waiting. "So you were asking about the job ofer" Piper says and looks pleased. "Do you have any ID on you?"

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki glances to Piper when she makes the comment about the door, and nods firmly before going outside. Looking to Piper once away from the store. "I was, thank you. Oh, you need to verify my age?" She then goes into her back pack, and pulls out a US Permanent Resident card. "My school helped me with getting this."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks at the ID and smiles. "You can put it back now. You can totally work with us in P3. Tell you what, we can walk to P3 now if you want?" she asks and looks pleased with a wry smile. Piper nods with a smile in her eyes. "It's up to you, shopping or get something to eat and drink in my nightclub" she nods, offering food and drink.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki nods and glances back at the store. "Sure I'd be happy to see your club, Piper. Thank you." Reaching back, she puts her card away, and carefully re-adjusts her backpack. "I'd like to see what it's like."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper leads the way into P3 and smiles. "Pick a seat, any seat" she nods and flops on her favorite couch with a smile. "This. This is P3" Piper says with a smile as she sets to cleaning the tables after leaping to her feet. "What do you think?" she asks and grins widely.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki does look around, and then walks up to a couch opposite Piper's choice. Carefully taking off her backp ack and setting it down, then sitting beside it, carefully pushing her skirt down with both hands. "Thank you Piper. It's... I imagine it is very loud at night."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"It can be" Piper says, "But not as loud as you think" she adds with a smile and leans back into her couch with a smile. "Se, do you think you'd like to work here?" she asks and stretches as Piper smiles. "We do club food though, it's not afull on restraunt" she says gently.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki folds her hands neatly in her lap and thinks. "Not too loud? That's good." Sitting up, she looks around, and hums. "It's difficult to decide on short notice. I live in Westchester County, New York, and have to take two trains to get here. It would be difficult to come here often."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Ah" Piper nods and looks amused. "Outside of the city. There's the Salem Mall out there isn't there, I've not been there yet though" she says as she nods. "Can I get you anything while you're here?" she adds and carries on cleaning tables as she speaks with a smile.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki re-smooths her skirt, and nods. "Yes we are in the north. There is the MetroNorth, but then it's two rides to get out here. Maybe I could give it a try, and see if it works for each of us? What would you need me to do?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper nods, "I have my way to get around the Tri-State area" Piper nods. "Yeah give it a try, see how long it takes you to get here from your home" Piper says and smiles. "The subway though is extremely efficient out here. Which honestly amazes me" Piper says getting herself a coffee as she sits back down with a smile.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki nods. "You have a car? That's probably very useful for you! I don't have one. I've never really needed to before, so I don't have a car or a license right now. Perhaps I should look into changing that?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Probaly should" Piper says and looks pleased with how her tables are clean, now she's cleaning the bar in preparation for tonight. "Hey you guys, come help" Piper calls to two employees cleaning the walls and moving curtains as Piper grins. "Though I'd say be careful driving though, ya know. It's different from Japan however" she adds, "Then again I've never driven in Japan. Never been outside the States myself" Piper admits with a laugh, and nods. "Bar needs sorting out, So" Piper nods to another employee. "Hop to it. We're looking for people to come perform" Piper adds and looks amused.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki smiles from her seat. "I've never driven in Japan either. I always wanted to come here, and I have. I have no real experience with driving on highways, nor do I have experience working in any sort of bar or club. Do... do you need a bouncer?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper smiles. "That depends if you are any good at being a bouncer or" she nods looking amused, "Or you find something you're good at and stick with it" she adds with a nod. "I mean, there's a lot to do around here really. From waiiting tables, to stocking and supplies, to.....let's see, coat checks, all that and everything in between" Piper adds. "You know how irritable people get if their coats go misising? It's scary" she admits with a tap of her nose.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki smiles and carefully stands, smoothing down her skirt again once she's on her feet. "I think that is something would be good at. IF you need somebody taken out of the room, I could do that." Her look is serious, without a hint of a smile or any sign that she's joking. "If you'd like to test me..."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper laughs, "Alright. C'mere" she says to one of her employees. "He used to be an American football player in school. Try taking him out the room" Piper says and has agleam in her eyes. She...genuinely wants to see this, as Piper laughs and shakes her head. "You want to be tested girl, you get tested" Piper nods.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki folds her arms, and lowers her head. When she does that, she elevates off the ground and her entire body is surrounded by a faint pink glow. Then, when she moves, she moves quickly. Approaching the high school football star, and LIFTING HIM STRAIGHT UP OFF OF THE GROUND, carrying him over her head to the door as though he were a rag doll. Then she sets him down carefully onto his feet, and looks back to Piper. "Is that sufficient?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper raises both eyebrows and grins. "Oh it is, indeed" she says and doesn't ask question. She knows magical shenanigans when she spots them....and waves her other bouncer back in. "Alright, come back in. Sorry for using you as a guinea pig. Still...that makes my decision harder, see, you can do everything but bartend" Piper nods, "Tell you what, try out each job here and see where you fit best as well as being a bouncer" Piper says and gestures to the VIP area and tables. "There's forms that need to be filled out however...but...they can wait" Piper adds, brown eyes sparkling with mischief. She's....got this. She's so got this.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki drops out of her armor, and offers the football star a bow, and then a handshake, stnading there significantly shorter and smaller than he is once again. Then walking up to Piper, she nods as well. "I could start on Fridays and Saturdays, as we try it out. Would that be acceptable?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"That's fine" Piper nods and smiles looking pleased then nods. "There's paperwork in my office" Piper says and looks serious. "You'll be on my payroll" Piper adds. Stepping behind the bar, Piper looks like she's in her natural habitat and is cleaning behind the bar, reaarranging things. Bottles go here, glasses there, clean the top of the bar again. Piper has her hands on the bar and looks over the club....quiet as it is....for now as she is humming to herself.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz doesn't visit P3 much, but he's been known to stop in on occasion. That was...before he disappeared for a while, and he hasn't visited since returning. But today he was in Avalon Heights doing a few things, and he spots a little activity at the club. So, the young man walks in, looking much the same as he'd left, except for the prayer beads around his neck and the shorter hair, the latter isn't much of a surprise given how often it changes, being auburn today. He spots Piper behind the bar and waves to her. "Ms. Halliwell," he says, smiling. He waves to the other employees as well, knowing some of them, at least a little bit, but not very well, but the Japanese girl there catches him offguard. He waves to her as well, offering a smile.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki turns from the other bouncer, and walks back towards, walking over to where she is at the bar. When someone else comes in, she looks, and waves "Good afternoon." Then to Piper. "I will come back on Saturday with the papers then. I can take them home to fill them out, and bring them back."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks to Hisako and shakes her head. "No no, stay if you like. You don't have to leave" Piper says softly, then waves to Oz. "Hey what's up?" she asks and looks to her new soon to be employee. "Stick around" Piper says and smiles, then glances to Oz for a moment, hands on the top of the bar again as she 's not moved a muscle yet.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Just thought I'd stop by," Oz says, with a smile. He steps up to the bar beside Hisako, turning to her with a smile, offering his hand. "Oz," he says. Usually quiet, especially given he's not saying anything...

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki takes a stool and very carefully sits onto it, once again smoothing out her skirt, feet dangling. Her backpack brought with her, now hanging off of one shoulder. "Hello Oz, I am Hisako. Pleased to meet you." Then looking to Piper. "Thank you, I can stay a while, to see what this place is really like."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Stay as long as you like" Piper says with a smile. "Oz, you dropped in, you want anything?" she asks and looks over them both. Piper finishes rearranging things behind, under and near the bar, as she's finally got things set up how she likes.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Pleasure, Hisako," Oz responds, taking the stool beside her. He looks at Piper thoughtfully. "Surprise me," he says, "just, make it light. A cocktail or something." He reaches into his pocket, already searching for a wallet.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki giggles. "I'd like some water?" she'll ask, as she settles in. "So do you come here often, Oz? I... met Piper by accident, but it has turned out nicely for both of us, I hope."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper nods to Oz. "Cocktail, make it light" she says and sets to it. She's shielding what she's doing with her body and angles from Oz. What she's actually doing is following Oz's instructions to the letter. It's a light cocktail, but....it's a 'light' cocktail too. She's got a picture of a light bulb and taped it to the side of the glass. Then she hems and haws, making a show of finishing it off.....she then puts a funky umbrella on the bar. As in. A full size, actual, honest to the Goddess....actual....umbrella. "It wouldn't fit in the glass" Piper says keeping a straight face. "You said a light cocktail, here ya go. A light cocktail. Enjoy the free picture, too" Piper says without even smirking a tiny bit.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz stares at the glass, just, stares, before he bursts out laughing. "Dammit, piper," he says. "What would you have done if I asked for a dark one?" He picks up the umbrella, thoughtfully. "Hey, free umbrella." He can't help but grin, if anyone can make him laugh like this, well. He turns to Hisako, calming down a bit. "I used to come here on occasion back in high school, then for a while after."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Food coloring and masking tape" Piper nods setting the water....minus umbrella or any shenanigans by Hisaako. "There you go, a water" Piper nods and listens, doing her listening bartender-y thing. Looking to Oz and Hisako Piper smiles. "I still feel like I should have thrown you out more times than I did. You're like that little brother, Oz. Annoying, yet it's good that you're around. I can't put my finger on why" Piper adds and shakes her head. "You got carded though, but now you're legal to drink. Just...puke in the toiletss. I can't believe I'm asking this about you, but...just....just....puke in the toilets. And for the love of the Gods, don't you dare come in here all hairy on a full moon and scratch or hump the furniture" Piper warns, thhough she keeps her voice down but it's clear by the gleam in her eyes she's teasing poor, poor Oz

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki gets a very chipper tone playing on her phone, and she pulls it out. "Oh, I have to get back to school. I'll... I will return, thank you again Piper." She carefully puts her phone away, standing to bow. "Nice to meet you Oz." and away she goes

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz gives a wave to Hisako as she leaves, before turning back to Piper. "I'm startin to remember why I stopped coming here," he says with a smirk, though he's referring to the past half a year plus when he was away, since he was still coming before that. He picks up his "light" cocktail and takes a drink. "Not bad," he says.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper nods and waves to Hisako and grins, then looks to Oz. "It's hard to show up when you're halfway across the US?" Piper says and laughs. "See, Oz, I do good drinks, and I know how to run P3, don't I?" Piper asks then cleaned out the glass Hisako was using, pouring it away and setting it back where it belongs.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"I was technically on another continent," Oz points out, with a slight smirk, taking another drink from his cocktail. "Tibet's a nice place though. You should go sometime."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Just makes it harder to show up here. Tibet, China, Asia. So.....how was it then?" Piper adds drying her hands off with a towel. "Only evern seen pictures though, ya know?" Piper adds with a nod. "I mean. I'd love to go. But" Piper shrugs and looks amused then woried for a moment. "Who'd run here? I mean.....I can't just run off for a year and live in Tibet, right?" Piper adds with a smile. "Can I? Or do I need to become a werewolf first?"

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"I could bite you," Oz says, with a slight smirk. "But it's quite nice. And I don't transform on the full moons anymore, so hey."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper shakes her head. "I do not" she says with her arms folded. "Taste like chicken. Sorry, I hate to disappoint but I'm also not dog food" she jokes and looks amused at Oz, then shakes her head. "You ever thought bout asking DAMB to play here? I got a lineup for the weekend that has a few spots left to fill" she nods and pulls out a schedule. "See, local acts, acts from the area....and here's the few spots. 8-45, 9-45-10-25, which do you guys want?" she asks. "There's a 6:30 to 7:05 slot as well, too" Piper nods.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Can we do Saturday? We got a show at the bronze on Friday, but I'd love to play here." He looks at the schedule, thoughtfully.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Sure" Piper says flicking the page over. "Pick a time" she says to the nearly empty page. "Haven't slotted everyone else in yet. That being said......you'll be around other big acts, you could learn something" Piper nods. "And teach others how to play too. Ssaturday night, yep. Pick any time between four and midnight" she grins.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz looks thoughtfully at the schedule, then stands up, stepping away to make a phone call. He returns a few minutes later, slotting DAMB in for 8 to 8:30. "How's that?" he asks.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Works for us" Piper says as she sets about slotting bands in around DAMB, as if it's old hat. It is. Piper's amused, she's got a lot of the big names....for the region, to show up. "You said the Bronze, ya?" Piper asks. "C'mon. We're way better. Just....don't go running around after dark" Piper nods sagely.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Hey, you're biased," Oz says. "I plyed at The bronze since we started the band. But they do cater to younger crowds. But hey, Willow's gonna be at my performance with signs and stuff. Maybe she'll be here too."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Willow. Signs. Is she going to wave a candle too?" Piper jokes, "Tell her I said hey and to drop by here" Piper says and looks amused, "Never been to the Bronze. Turns out I'm too old for it" she shrugs and laughs. "Yeah. Biased. You caught that huh?" she asks to Oz with a smirk.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Oh, you're not too old," Oz says. "Giles has been there." He grins, smirking when Piper mntions the candle thing and shaking his head slightly. He's hoping she doesn't wave a candle, and do some ritualistic BS during his show...

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper snorts. Actualy....snorts. "Giles. The Bronze?" she asks hiding her giggling behind a hand. "They didn't throw him out and ship him off to hospital or try to dress him trendy?" Piper asks still giggling. "I mean. C'mon. It's what I'd do. You should see my collection of jackets" she adds. "No tweed though. Thankfully" she dds and looks pleased, then amused and thoughtful. "Ah come on. I'd totally bring an athame and wave it around. It'd probably summon Van Helen or something, but....." she says and nods sagely.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz laughs. "It would've been funny if they did," he says. "He was there just a couple days ago. Cranky old man." He can't help but laugh. "I'm not sure I wanna see your jacket collection. "No Athames either. We all know what those do."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Direct energy" Piper shrugs and looks amused, "Aw, I can't turn up with a candle and a pentacle necklace and a cat?" she asks with a glint in her eye. "I mean, come on, where's the fun in that?" she ponders and looks amused by the idea of letting a cat loose in the Bronze. Shaking her head, Piper smirks. "Poor, poor Mr Giles. Tell him I said hey, would you?" Piper asks with a grin. "And we're out of Scotch, too" Piper muses. Poor Giles is going to need to get wasted elsewhere, unless Piper finds Scotch and then some.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Meow," Oz says, grinning. "Spirit cat. Will chase all the demons away. The bronze could use that." He laughs. "Oh he won't be happy to hear you're out of scotch. Maybe I'll send him here to bug you anyway."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper shakes her head. "You're mean" she sighs. "Sending poor Mr Giles here without Scotch. So, so mena. How's he ever going to react when he figured out it's me that tells him this was all your idea?" Piper says and looks to Oz with serious...if glinting eyes. "Spirit cat. Is that like....spirit board?

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Yep," Oz says, with a laugh. "I'll tell him that you do have scotch, no matter what you say." He smirks, 2 can play that game. "Spirit board? The hell is that?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper sighs shaking her head. "Yeah and I got cameras to record all this" she says tapping her nose. " could actually buy Scotch....but you'd be shocked how fast people get through it." she admits. "That's the bad news. Good news is at $5 a shot I make money" Piper adds and looks amused. "Spirit board. THat thing with the letters and pointers" Piper says gently.

Frank Quaid has posed:
Frank pulls into the parking lot at P3. He checks his Blackberry, handles the most urgent messages and then tucks it away with a sigh. He climbs out of the Tahoe, grabs his cane and walks into the club. Not a second after walking in, his phone rings.

"Hey, yeah I'm here. Oh. No, I'm not, I'm busy. You're gonna have to come up. Not much we can do. Yep, bye."

Frank sighs and tucks his phone away and then walks toward the bar with a shake of the head. When he looks around he sees Daniel and is surprised.

"Daniel," he says. "This is turning into a habit."

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Oz," Oz says, with a laugh, looking back at Frank with a smile. "Hopefully you won't get shot this time. I'm surprised you're out here, though, a bit out of jurisdiction aren't ya?" He looks back at Piper, thoughtfully. "Still no idea what you're talking about with the spirit board thingy."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks over and smiles. "Hey there. What can I get ya?" she asks and waits...like....some sort of club owning lurking predator for an order, she'l make it exactly how Frank says, a lesson Oz learned earlier on asking for a 'light' cocktail. He got that alright. Piper though runs a cloth over the bar to damp it down and then cleans it before pulling up a seat and sitting behind the bar.

Frank Quaid has posed:
"I'm trying to cut back on my lead intake," Frank says dryly. "I was supposed to meet someone here but they cancelled. Mind if I join you?"

Frank takes a seat at the bar. "Hi, Scotch, neat," Frank orders when asked. "Thanks."

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Scotch, the one thing Piper diesn't have," Oz says, with a laugh. "Not at all," he says. "You know what happened to those guys I took out? They get locked up?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks amused. "So you're trying to cut back on lead intake?" Piper asks with a sigh. "Good life advice" she shrugs and produces a bottle of Scotch from under the bar. "Ooh, I found this. So how neat do you want your scotch?" she asks already getting an idea to take this guy at his word. "You got any ID before I serve you though? I mean you don't look underage. But you look what....25?" Piper asks, looking amused, "Okay, neat scotch" she says and hunts around for a marker to ensure the Scotch is, in fact neat. Shaking her head Piper grins. "Spirit board, Oz. Letters. Pointer. Magic stuff" she says with a nod.

Frank Quaid has posed:
"No Scotch?" Frank asks, looking surprised.

He looks relieved when Piper comes up with some. "I like you already. I turned 25 yesterday," he says to Piper. He rests his cane against the bar and unbuttons his suit jacket. He still wears the bandage across his nose. "I promise. Thanks."

"You two talking about ouija boards?" Frank asks.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"Oh, those things," Oz says. "No thanks. Spirit cat is not like spirit board, then! Geez. I've seen Willow do enough scary magic for a lifetime. Oh, Frank, this girl is someone you can talk to about the magic stuff. I know you were asking me, I kinda forgot she'd be someone good to ask." He turns back to Piper. "I'm definitely sending Giles here now. And when you say you don't have scotch I'll tell him you're lying out your ass."

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper grins, "Not a day over 21" she says, "Still. Need to see your ID first" she nods and is holding the Scotch back, then nods. "Oz here started it really. We were discussing them and Oz had no idea. Ya know. Magic. Letters. Pointer moves. Somebody's always pushing the pointer" Piper says and looks to Oz. "Stuff your mom always said would summon demons and stuff" Piper adds and is waiting for Frank's ID before he gets to enjoy Scotch. She does though, glance to Oz. "Either of you like a snack while you're here?" she asks with a smile. "I got bags of chips and bar snacks if you want"

Frank Quaid has posed:
"Really?" Frank asks, startled that she is not joking. "I haven't been ID'd in 20 years."

He pulls out his licence and shows it to Piper, then tucks it away.

"Good to know," he says to Oz. "Don't know if I'm ready for demons yet. I'm still getting over vampires."

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz laughs, offering a smile. "And werewolves?" he asks. "Demons are a whole new ballgame, of course, let me know when you're ready for them." he laughs, taking another drink of his cocktail. "Whatcha got, Piper? Snacks?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper looks worried at the mention of 'demons'. "They're not to be trifled with" Piper says and sets the scotch by Frank. "It's a neat scotch" Piper says. True to form, it's in the glass. The glass is inside the lines on the paper mat. Piper's up to her taking things literally tricks again. "You like anything in it?" Piper asks, making a note to call the cop a cab when this is all said and done. She's responsible. Had to be to help raise her siblings. Well. One of them.

Frank Quaid has posed:
"Great, thanks," Frank says, catching something odd about how she refers to the drink but missing it. He frowns at the mention of putting something in his drink. "Just neat, thanks."

"I can imagine. Or maybe I can't," Frank says. "Never heard about any of this growing up. It's a weird world these days."

Daniel Osborn has posed:
"It's always been weird, Frank," Oz says. "You just never knew about the weirdness. But when you live next to a hellmouth, and vampires are a daily occurance, well, that, and, getting transformed into a werewolf, you learn pretty damn quickly." He takes another drink of his cocktail. "No snacks?"

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper sets the snacks down as outside, several demons are chatting by Oz's van, of all things. One of them comes in, and Piper's on edge. "Oi. You" the demon, posing as a college age kid says. "How much for the van?"

"Beat it" Piper says. "Go on. Scram. Look, don't touch. And keep walking. Go on, go back wherever you came from" she adds, ready up for a fight. The demon, amusingly, does, but not before setting $50 on the bar. "Ah you want a drink?" Piper asks. "Sure, lemme get you one" she adds and looks serious as she mixes up a vanquishing potion. Setting it by the demon, who sits by Oz, Piper just waits. The demon downs the whole thing and screams before being vanquished. "Ah, if only they were all that easy" Piper muses, cleaning out the glass. "Yes. A demon just walked in here, wanted to buy your van, then drank a vanquishing potion when I gave it him. Is it me or are the demons getting dumber?" Piper asks and shakes her head. The other three demons have gone off to do whatever demons do in a burger joint...Piper's not caring. That was the least dramatic demon encounter Piper's evr had. No fight, no protecting innocents. Still, Piper grins. "See, Frank. Lemme tell you about demons, if Oz doesn't beat me to it" she says and smiles, adding more bar snacks to the bar too.

Frank Quaid has posed:
Frank watches initially with indifference, then with alarm and horror.

He pushes back from the bar. "What the hell just happened?" he demands, looking between Oz and Piper.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz is about to respond that it's not for sale when Piper handles the demon. He can't help but laugh. "Well, according to Giles there was a little imp demon running around the Magic Box eating wood the other day. Wonder how it went after that, but hey." Clearly, he's leaving the explaining to Piper, he's too busy with snacks to do it now.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
Piper shrugs. "That was a not very bright or powerful demon" Piper shrugs. "I gave him a drink that'd kill him. Idiot drank it down" she says. "Normally they come in all I'm going to kill you. Demons are from Hell, they want to steal and kill evertyhing good in the world. I protect the world from demons" Piper says "You need a witch on your force, I'm afraid if demons are going to stroll in and cause havoc" she says gently. "Put it this way. Anyone can be a demon in their human guise. Draw it out, kill it" Piper nods

Frank Quaid has posed:
Frank looks stunned, and glances to Oz almost for confirmation that he should not be reacting right now. Doing something. He sits back down slowly.

"Alright... Is this normal out here?" he asks the two.

Piper Halliwell has posed:
"Good news" Piper says carrying on explaining, and opening up bags of chocolate counters. "Is you can shoot demons and vanquish 'em. Bad news. Takes a lot of bullets and while you're shooting, the demons thorwing fire and energy blasts at you" Piper sighs. "You need a witch who knows what they're doing" Piper advises and takes a handful of chocolate counters with a nod. "Not me. Or my siblings. We do this and protect the innocents" Piper adds with a look then to Oz. "Question" she asks once she's finished her handful of counters. "Anything super weird and demonic and spooky happen at the Hellmouth?" Piper says then turns her attention to Oz. "Wait, Mr Giles has demonic termite imps? What?" she asks. "That place is a box. It's made of wood. Termites eat wood," Piper points out. Putting her college education to great use as she sighs, and smiles. "Do I need to call OSHA and warn them about this or something?" she snarks and is imagining an nspector trying to figure out just what the Magic Box actually.....is.

Daniel Osborn has posed:
Oz outright laughs. "Yes, this is normal," he says, to Frank. "I would love to see what OSHA has to say about the Magic Box, it would be incredibly amusing. but I assume Giles and buffy took care of it, either way." He offers a smile to Frank. "Hey, you'll learn a lot more about these strange things hanging out with us, don't you worry."
