Lex Luthor has posed:
LexCorp is always busy, even when Lex isn't personally around. It's a massive international megacorporation who'se CEO is one of the best businessmen in the world, and the Tower itself has a residential floor to boot. This isn't your garden variety supermall... this is the hub of a business Empire, and not only does the lobby reflect it... but so do the people.

As Hisako begins to walk in, men and women of all kinds walk to and fro, with only the occasional glance to her... and even a smile from some of the friendlier extroverts among the crowd.

Up at the marble reception desk, Miss Eve Teschmacher sits as she handles two newcomers.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki is used to getting smiles like that. Still in her school uniform, frankly it comes with the territory. She carefully smooths her skirt, and goes up to the reception desk. "Excuse me," she says softly, pulling out her phone, which has a QR code on it. "I am supposed to be coming tothis building today about a job." the girl elaborates, holding out the phone code.

Lex Luthor has posed:
"I'll be right with you, Miss." Comes the warm and friendly voice of Teschmacher with a quick smile to Hisako, before she's talking to the other two. "Just fill this out... and this... and this." A tablet is browsed through as Teschmacher walks another prospective hire through something... "And when you're done, you go back to the nice lady and she'll handle your application from there." Teschmacher continues, before going to the next in line... who simply asks for directions, "Right over there. Elevator to 6. You're in luck, the CEO for that subsidiary is in today."

After two minutes, Teschmacher looks to Hisako, "Now, what's this about a job?" There's a visible nod of remembrance then as she takes the scanner from behind the desk and scans the QR code. "You want floor 5. First room on your left after the first security checkpoint." Eve smiles to Hisako, taking a guest ID from behind the desk and handing it to Hisako. "Good luck!"

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki takes the card with a quiet "Thank you," every word she says very crisp. Making her way to the security, she has her ID scanned, and then to the elevator. Which of course will only take her to the floor she's supposed to go to. STepping in, adjusting her backpack and then folding her hands in front of herself, she waits until the elevator opens, and her polished shoes are clicking onto the floor.

Lex Luthor has posed:
The lobby was fairly open and warm... but the first thing Hisako runs into when the doors open onto the fifth floor... is a fairly hardcore Team Luthor security checkpoint. Two security guards in state-of-the-art suits and helmets are to both sides... and one holds out a hand. "ID." The slightly electronic voice of the Team Luthor guard demands.

Beyond them are three hallways, one going left, right, and center, and all have checkpoints with scanners. LexCorp isn't taking security lightly here.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki bites her lip, sine the whole thing looks so impressive. But she goes through it quietly, not really minding. She has no reason to believe it's a problem unless they're trying to look up her skirt or something. Step by step, getting through it. And yes she's definitely a mutant.

Lex Luthor has posed:
It takes about a minute to get through the checkpoint for Hisako, being a guest... but the only things shes subjected to would be your standard array of weapon scans, a mutant detection field, and a check of any containers on her person for explosives.

Once through the left checkpoint, the hallway isn't that long, and Hisako is free to knock... or go elsewhere.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki will knock, of course. She came all this way for an internship opportunity after all. Some sort of... international trading business or something? It was pretty vague. Big corporation and all that.

Lex Luthor has posed:
"Come in." Comes the female voice of the interviewer.

Inside the room is a fairly spacious office with a glass pane behind giving a clear and breathtaking view of Metropolis. Even at this height, LexCorp Tower still 'towers' over the city. The brown wood desk is perfectly positioned in the center of the room, the grey carpeting just the right tone to accentuate it. The redhead behind the desk brings her blue eyes up and looks Hisako over, her black business dress being smoothed out as she stands, the pencil skirt complimenting the black and white above.

"Ms. Ichiki, It's a pleasure to meet you." A hand is offered for a handshake, before she moves back behind the desk, one manicured hand gesturing idly to the seat opposite her desk. "My name is Ms. Anderson, and I'll be your interviewer today."

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki smiles as she steps in, her hands folded carefully in front of herself, backpack hanging from her hands after tthe secuirty scansl. She puts it down, gently returns the shake, and smiles. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Anderson," she says with her slightly acccented, very crisp speech.

Lex Luthor has posed:
There's a moment of silence as the woman skims through the folder, "You've certainly picked an interesting entry level position. Very high grades to the point that most post-high school institutions would be chomping at the bit to get you entry, and yet you're choosing front desk service to start. Are you looking at this position as something to pay the bills, or are you looking to go places with LexCorp?" The woman asks, looking to Hisako after she's done looking at a page.

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki snickers and slowly takes a seat, folding her hands in her lap. Thank you for saying that. I am still a high school student, so I can only work part time, so I am attempting to find some sort of work that would let me develop experience, before I try for more after graduation. And I think your corporation got my attention, because it is so large, and does so much. I am curious about it."

Lex Luthor has posed:
"So looking for part time work while you work your way up the educational ladder." The woman muses, "It says here Xaviers is situated in New York. Will you be commuting?"

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki smiles faintly. "The school is in Westchester, so it's not that far to Metropolis. It's faster than to my old job, in Gotham. I had to take two trains to get there. Thankfully."

Lex Luthor has posed:
"The Hyperloop system is most definitely a godsend for a lot of people." She comments, before she turns the page, "Are you looking to get into HR, then?"

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki smiles faintly. "I'm not sure honestly. What I'm good at it, uh. What is the word for it. Self-defense? Yes." She nods, her perfectly even bangs bouncing. "But soon I will be out of high school. I need to find out what I can do, with my talents, that will make a difference in the adult world."

Lex Luthor has posed:
"Self-defense... and you're not going into security?" She asks, frowning slightly. "Usually people like to stick to their current talents. Are you looking to branch out, then?"

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki tilts her head a moment, her hair bobbing. "I could go into security, but would you hire someone like me to guard your building?" She stands, turns around, and sits again with a bounce. "Or would you hire me to sit, smile, and learn?"

Lex Luthor has posed:
"We hire based on merit for the most part at LexCorp." The woman informs Hisako, "Pretty faces are nice... but LexCorp has many, many divisions and many interests. We take security seriously, and are always on the lookout for prospective trainees." She marks off something in the folder, "That being said, I'm sure we can find you a nice shift in one of the floors on the Tower, if you're looking to intern."

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki nods, folding her hands on her lap again, smoothing the skirt. "I would greatly enjoy being an intern in a professional environment. It would be a great opportunity to learn about an industry. I am well aware that I have no meaningful experience to point to and prove I'm capable of doing more. Yet."

Lex Luthor has posed:
"You seem like you'd make for a great addition to the LexCorp family, so I'd be happy to refer you to our internship training programs." The woman gives a million dollar smile, "Just come back in a couple days, and we can get started." She hands over a LexCorp badge, "That'll mark you as a trainee. Welcome to LexCorp."

Armor has posed:
Hisako Ichiki stands up, and makes a small bow. "Thank you very much for the opportunity. I will be back on Thursday." Taking the badge she looks at it very carefully. "Your building is kept very secure."
