Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy is still absolutely fuming. Seated at his desk, leaning back, a box of twinkies out, and a few bottles of Mexican coke, some empty, some unopened, one half empty. Shaking his head clenching a fist, even hours later.

Jubilee has posed:
There's a soft knock at the door, and it opens a little. The face of Jubilee appears in the crack. "Henry? Everything okay? You've been in here a long time..." She frowns, seeing his demeanor, and she tilts her head. "Ya don't look okay..."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy Waves his hand to beckon her in, without looking first. "Thanks, come on in. I'm... well I'm alright, but I'm not happy. They got out. I ordered a lock down, and they got out. They could be dead now for all I know. Or robbing banks."

Jubilee has posed:
Jubilee's frown deepens, and she lets herself inside and shuts the door. "I heard. I don't know how that happened. There is no reason...no excuse. I just hope everything is all right and they're okay."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy sits back, head lolling back, grabbing his mexican coke and sipping a little. "I don't know what happened, and will be conducting a full investigation after." HE sets the glass down again very sharply, a loud thwack. Fortunately it's thick and sturday. "Twinkie?"

Jubilee has posed:
Shaking her head as she looks at the Twinkies, Jubilee shrugs. "Not yet. I might in a bit. Can't eat when I'm upset." She wraps her arms around Henry from behind and hugs him. "I'm sure we'll figure out what went wrong so it can't happen again. Don't know who called off the lockdown?"

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy does accept the hug. He's all dressed up much nicer than the day before, with a fresh suit and new tie. Flinging an empty twinkie wrapper nto his desk, he then reaches back to engulf Jubilee's back in his hand, bringing her around to his side. Stroking her back, he forces a weak smile. "I'm frustrated because I feel powerless. What's done is done until we find them and save them."

Jubilee has posed:
"We'll find 'em, and we'll save 'em. I promise." Jubilee lays her cheek against Henry's head. "I feel like maybe we need to talk to some of the others that know them better, cause they're bound to have a better idea of where they might've gone. And maybe talk to that Stick guy. Or...Tweak. Whatever his name is."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy takes a bit of a chance. ABruptly grabbing Jubilee by the hips, hefting her right up, and setting her down on his desk, to sit right in front of him. Then with a smile. "Yes. But right now, as we prepare, I'm stewing a bit."

Jubilee has posed:
With a squeak, Jubilee gets plopped onto the desk with a flounce. She smoothes her sundress, and tousles Henry's hair lightly. "You can stew all ya need. But I'm gonna be here to cheer ya up, so I might not let ya stew for long."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy chuckles at that, smirking slightly. "Well it's working," he admits, his hands resting on her knees, as he sits back a bit. " You're right. They'll be fine. They'll be fine. We'll find them, we'll take care of whever gave Twiggy, or Stickman, or young punk who needs a good smack, the bad drugs."

Jubilee has posed:
Jubilee nods, and rests a hand on his. Her expression, for all her effervescence, is a little troubled, and she gives his hand a squeeze. "Yeah, I know...That is the part that worries me. This stuff is sophisticated. I'm a little worried about how big the operation might be. How...widespread it might be. Or get."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy pats a knee, considering her dress. "I think we're going to end up suiting up and going after whoever this is. But tonight, our team is investigating, and so... it just doesn't make sense to go rage out. No matter how much I want to. So, did you have plans tonight?"

Jubilee has posed:
"Nothin' planned, I'll be free to do whatever. I'd be glad to help, or just spend the evening here if ya need to calm down." She frowns a little. "But you're gonna need some rest, too."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy smirks. "Want to go upstairs, get into the kitchen, bake some pizza, take it to the rec room, and watch a movie?"

Jubilee has posed:
"Oooh, pizza!" Jubilee grins. "That sounds awesome. What kinda movies do ya watch? I never featured you just....sitting and watching a movie with pizza. I thought you just sat in here and did...scholarly stuff..." She kicks her leg lightly, letting it graze his arm as it swings.

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy catches that athletic calf when it kicks, holding it in one thick hand. Stopping to look, then chuckle. "I do, a lot. Let's see. What would you like? Some nice science fiction? Spy movie?"

Jubilee has posed:
Jubilee's eyes go wide. "Tombstone! And y'know. Other stuff too. Lots of stuff. Sci-fi. Superhero movies. You name it, really. Cept for romantic comedies," she adds with a crinkled nose and a thumbs-down.

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy chuckles. "Now there's an idea. Make our own version of Tombstone pizza, and watch Tombstone. I'm your huckleberry." Purple hands engulf Jubilee's hips, and he lifts her right off of the table, standing up to carry her to the door. "Romantic comedies in the 60s were pretty good. Doris Day, Rock Hudson?"

Jubilee has posed:
"Yeah! They were better back then. Not so cheesy and dumb. Not as unrealistic. That crap in the new ones is just...bleh." She giggles and wraps her arms around Henry's neck as he carries her. "If they still made 'em like that, I'd probably watch 'em."

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy chuckles as he now carries her to the super secret X-Men elevator. "I... I'd better put you down now huh?" He smirks. "I know at some point we're going to have to... figure things out, but for now, pizza. Movie. And yeah, the old comedies were actual comedies. Not hyper finely tuned for middle aged women." Despite what he said, he doesn't put her down.

Jubilee has posed:
Jubilee looks down when he mentions it. "Yeah..we'll figure it out. I'm not worried." She rarely is, for any length of time. "Tombstone and Tombstone sounds awesome, anyway." She gives his cheek a quick kiss and starts squirming to slip down to her feet.

Beast has posed:
Henry McCoy steps into the elevator, and slides his hand around her, holding her a little more closely. "We'll figure it out. We're intelligent, responsible a..." And then he's kissed, and the elevator doors close.
