Danger - High Voltage!
Date of Scene: 15 August 2019
Location: Danger Room - X-Men Base
Synopsis: Nightingale and Surge do some training using the Spawn scenario. They do well and get a few pointers from Cannonball and Elixir. Nobody died.
Cast of Characters: Elixir, Nightingale, Surge, Cannonball

Elixir has posed:
Morning training with the X-Men has just finished. People are filtering off to get their days started. Josh does not head for the changerooms though. He has been asked to do some work with Surge and Nightingale in the Danger Room. So he let the two know and got the room prepped.

He is waiting in the Danger Room in his uniform minus gloves and hood. The room displays the street from the encounter with creepy chains man from the night before. Josh is standing in the street outside the storefront. Using satellite imagery and city records, the Danger Room has done a pretty good job of recreating the place. It is cleaner though. The Danger Room always underestimates just how gingy some of these places are.

Nightingale has posed:
Shannon smiles to Josh and nods in greeting to him as she peeks into the dainger room. She raises her eyebrows as she gets a good look around, her eyes going wide as she sees the creepy chains man. "Holy sh... so this is what you guys were fighting? Looks like some pretty bad news. Makes me wonder why you guys had me along on that one." Her wings are tense, held slightly outwards as if she was on a hair's trigger and ready to take flight. Her lips look as if they've been scalded but do not at present seem to be causing her any pain.

Surge has posed:
It had been a really late night for Noriko. Up until... right around six in the morning watching Star Wars with Ellie in the rec room, she shows up without having showered and is still wearing smeared makeup from where she fell asleep on the leather couch. Her hair, still with enough gel to repair a broken radiator, has lost much of its spikiness, but at least she changed into her New Mutants uni!

"Sorry! I'm here!" Shouting as she jogs down to the entrance, temporarily opening a sterile grey hallway in portal into HBO 90s mini-series streets of Bludhaven. "I'm here!" Holding up one gauntlet clad hand, bending over with palms down on her knees trying to catch her breath.. The whole you're going to need to control your temper and please don't drain an entire city block talk had been suuuuper exciting.

But at least it got her time in the Danger Room!

"Shan-o! They're punishing you too?" Patting the air at Josh, gulping in air, "Okay.. Okay I'm good, let's fight the make-believe horror movie guy." Bouncing around, shaking out her muscles.

Elixir has posed:
"Yep, that's him," Josh says with a look through the door into the front room of the storefront. He closes the door again and smiles at Shannon. "We took you cause you were there. That's how it works a lot of the time. Something happens, we gotta go. Don't always Magik or Nightcrawler around to drag everyone in from wherever."

The young man looks over when Surge bursts in and tilts his head. "That a new thing?" Josh asks Surge with a grin and gesture around his face. "Like, weeping goth or something?"

"K, so want to take this slow at first. Same mission, but for reasons, it's just us three. We still gotta go in there and try to get necro... magic stuff from him. If you two were in charge, what would your plan be?"

Nightingale has posed:
Shannon shakes her head and shrugs. "I sure wouldn't want to piss off a guy like that, that's for sure. Think Kitty made the right call on that, try to talk him down first. Beyond that... I don't know a dang thing about combat." Looks like she was about to learn, thankfully not -quite- the hard way. She also looks a tiny bit dejected, wings and shoulders slumping. So she had just been in the right place at the right time. Nothing really to offer a team. Her face flames and she looks to Noriko. "Got any thoughts on that? Sounds like you were actually dealing with this bozo, you'd know more than I do." Hey, she knew where her knowledge fell short and wasn't afraid to admit it, however embarrassing it might be.

Surge has posed:
Niro hadn't really looked at herself in the mirror, so she's unaware exactly how trashy she looked coming into this. At least her clothes are clean, though!

Hearing Josh's take on why Shan-o was there... she frowns and tilts her head, "Don't be a dick, dude..." tugging at her collar, she steps over and wraps an arm around Shannon's shoulders, "Don't buy into that bullshit, you were a fucking rockstar. You saved those kids from Creepy Pants Mc Chainy Cape.." One finger reaches up to boop her nose.

Apparently she hadn't gone full potato on the energy this morning.

She probably didn't have time.

"Well, we didn't exactly bring the diplomatic corp, ya know what I'm sayin'? We need to get some Echocooler off the bloke, so maybe we can... like.. I don't know, talk to him some. Maybe Shan-o can pop up in there with a plate of deep fried chicken strips breaded in crumbled cheezits or some shit?"

Both thin shoulders bounce up in a shrug, "I probably should have kept my cool a little more, right? Is that the lesson here? Don't get all fighty when someone tries to grab your friend with an animate chain? I can wrap my head around that.." It should be noted, while she talks /very/ American she /does/ have a Japanese accent. Even if a well controlled one. Multi-lingual /for life/.

Elixir has posed:
Josh looks a little confused. "Huh, what'd I say?" He asks and looks between the two young women. "I was just saying, these missions on the fly, they grab whoever is there and good to go. Always works that way; same for Cyclops and Wolverine as it is for you guys and me. Not a lot of thought goes into it most times. Except for like, Nightcrawler, Magik or Psylocke, cause like, they get us places."

"Uh, so, um, no if I could blast some dumbass who tried to do the creepy chain thing I would. I dunno what he can do, might be fatal, you know? You did right there," Josh says to Surge.

"Start with where for your plan," Josh says and opens up the door to the room. Creepy man is standing immobile in the middle. "So, you're gonna go get something that sounds like ghostbusters stuff from someone who might be homicidal."

"Talking's a good strategy, for sure. And if that's not gonna work, and look at this guy, he looks like he eats babies, you know? So if it's not gonna work, where do you wanna fight him? In there or out here?"

Nightingale has posed:
Shannon shakes her head and shrugs. "I sure wouldn't want to be fighting him on his home turf, that's for sure. Makes sense to make the fight come to us, not the other way around." Though she wasn't trained as a fighter, there was perhaps hope for this one yet. She smiles a little bit to Noriko and nods. "Yeah, kind of did, didn't I? Still... felt pretty fucking useless out there otherwise. We got lucky. Next time, maybe not so much."

Surge has posed:
"So for all their talk about strategy it's just ends up being 'dtf'? Down to fight... not the other one.. you know." Wiggling her gauntlet fingers around at both Shannon and Josh, "Seems kinda like we're just a ragtag group of half assed arm chair generals and not a lowkey paramilitary group of trained fucking mutants ready to bust some ass." In fairness, Surge is definitely more of the former and less of the latter.

Josh continues and Surge is listening, left shoulder twitching a little.. at least until Shannon drops the F-Bomb. Double pointing metal fingers at her, OH facing, "That's what /I'm/ talking about!" Bad influence bregade!

As for strategy, "Alright, here's the thing right... So this dudes powerset as far as I can see-" Rubbing at her earlobe with two fingers as if it helps her think, "-is all like chains and shit.. he was swinging them bitches around pretty effectively indoors, sure, but most of us have distance weapons. I'm sure it's safe to say that he does too, but we're very rarely fighting without at least a small team with us... baring, like.. drawing the dude into a church or other sacred ground like they would in a horror movie, maybe we could get him out in the street? Where we could use our surroundings, vantages, height..."

Pointing two fingers up at the buildings lining the alleyway being duplicated by the Danger Rooms computer. "You put me next to a high powered generator that I can charge off of and I'll rain down electric fire on that dude like an artillary strike.. Set them up all over the Area ya know? Like that rooftop-" Pointing at one, "-There.. and there..." pointing, "Have Shan-o move me between them to keep him guessing constantly where the blasts will come from until we reduce the population of his bitch ass to zero."

Elixir has posed:
"Yeah, well it's not my show," Josh says to Surge with a shrug and a bemused look. He certainly looks like he could say more but does not.

Hosh nods encouragingly to Shannon. "Luck's always part of it, but you did really well, and exactly. I don't wanna go in there," he agrees with her. Then he points at Surge.

"Right? Because why the hell would you go closer to a guy like that than you had to? So you've got a flying mutant who weights what... 100 lbs? So at like 40 km/h, you'd drop on him like a fridge. You've got electrical artillery, which shouldn't ever been in arms reach of this guy. I mean, it was kinda funny when you went through the window, but only cause I was there, you know? And you've got one poor bastard you can put in the street in the line of fire to draw the guy out. Cause someone has to be ghost bait," Josh says to the two.

"So good plan, right? For the objective if it goes sideways? Shannon should be ready to drop in, get the scary stuff and bug out. Because with me as bait, I'm gonna be busy hiding behind something and won't see once things go sideways."

"If you two could /pick/ one more team member, who would it be and why?" he asks them.

Nightingale has posed:
"Ummm, there's one big problem with that scenario, Noriko. The plasma stuff we're supposed to be getting. You start blasting the crap out of him like that, and that stuff could go flying like any other sort of blood or bodily fluid and hit either us, or innocent bystanders in the area." She frowns, looking at the chains, and crosses her arms, considering. "I wonder if there's a way to get him to tangle himself up with his own chains, so we can go in, get the plasma, and get out of there before either us or anybody else gets seriously hurt. That... might be where flying comes in handy, like you said. Use our environment to our advantage, like you said. Make him aim at me. But I'd have to do some pretty fancy flying to not get caught by him, or knock myself out on something else."

"Wait..." Her brows furrow as she thinks a little more. "What are the chances you could sort of modulate that lightning of yours to shock him enough to knock him for a loop, long enough to get the plasma and get out of there?"

She wrinkles her nose at Josh. "Really, asking about a girl's weight? It's closer to 120. Never trust a thin cook."

She shakes her head to his final question, and shrugs. "I don't know too many well enough to say who I'd pick. Sam, maybe. He's got speed, strength, and that forcefield that'd cover his ass if he had to go flying at McChainy Pants there to knock him for a loop. Downside? No idea what this guy has that could affect him in turn."

Surge has posed:
"That's not bad." Nori says to Shannon, side pointing with a drop down wrist in her direction, "You got much speed right now, though? I'm not saying you're incapable, or nothing like that... so don't get me wrong, I just don't want to hurl you in there to fly around Chains McCapey Creeper and get tangled up in his weird mumbo ching-ching-o ya know what I'm saying?" Two fingers tug at her tanktops strap, rolling her shoulders. Her massive gauntlets look like they should weigh a ton by themselves, which probably explains her upper-body grip.

"Whatever, dude, fuck't. Let's give it the old college try. Josh, you get him out here with fancy word magic and I'll stand back on one of the rooftops ready to pound his ass like Thor in a rainstorm... Shan-o.. you're on flight duty? I'll knock his ass for a loop with a 1.21gh fastball and you swoop in to try and get him all tangled up in his own bullshit so Josh can scoop up some of his glowing green ass blood in a Eldritchian tupperware container..." Her hands slap together with a click of metal on metal, "Boom, home in time for late lunch."

Who else would she bring though?

The Asian scrunches up her features thinking about it. "My gut reaction is Ellie.. but her temper is almost as bad as mine. Plus between us we might level this whole god damned block..." So instead she says, "Pixie. I'd say Magik, but she gives me the fucking creeps.. Pixie has that creepy ass dagger that really puts a shine on magical creatures, plus she can fly too.. nevermind crop dusting his ass with sleeping powders."

Elixir has posed:
Josh just crosses his arms and listens to the two young ladies sort things out. He makes an appreciative face at their suggestions and plans, then nods.

"Let's do it," Josh confirms. He walks out into the control room to make some adjustments, then returns to stand in the middle of the street out front of the store.

"Computer, go," Josh commands when the ladies signal they are ready.

"Hey, asshat! Give me your blood or else!" Josh shouts.

The storefront door falls outward and their opponent comes rushing out to stop about six feet from Josh. The guy's cape billows and his chains float around him defensively.

"How dare you insult me?" he demands cheesily in his super bass voice. "I will destroy you!"

"Uh oh," Josh chuckles under his breath. He rolls to the side as chains lash out to chip and spark the concrete where he had been standing.

Nightingale has posed:
Uh-oh. It was go time. Shannon takes to the air immediately, not entirely sure of how fast she can fly in terms of numbers, but having a pretty good idea by how it -felt-. And she was going to have to strike a balance between pushing her limits and working within them, to keep Josh and Noriko in one piece, as well as beat McChainy Pants. Or whatever his name was. Okay, there were more chains floating around than she had counted on, but if she could get a hold of just one of them and use it to tangle him up, or at least distract him from Josh and Noriko to buy them some time...

She flies higher and higher, well familiar with this maneuver now both from her practice with Megan, and also the time here in the danger room with Kurt. As soon as she has a decent altitude, she pulls her wings in tight, diving headlong in a controlled freefall straight at 'Surge'. At the last second, she opens her wings again, using the speed gained from her dive to swoop around him, one hand reaching out to grab one of his chains and start trying to wrap it around him. This could either go very well, or very, very badly.

Surge has posed:
Surge doesn't actually ascend to the roof of a building, but does climb halfway up the side of a fire escape to give herself a better vantage, but with the option of ducking into one of the window to get away from whatever crazy dark magic bullshit Chawn over there can hurl at them. Both her hands down at her sides clinch in half fists, channeling up the reserves of electricity stored inside her into a crackling of energy running across her body like a downed powerline laying in a pool of water. Dull laying hair stands up on end and her eyes begin to glow blue as she amps up.

Waiting for Josh to get Creep Master Gregory to come out of his hovel to play ball with them in the alleyway. "Alright, Shan-o, Elixir has him good and pissed off.." She chims over comms, her voice sounds echoy, electric, like a hollow reflection cast over the circuitry of their comms equipment, a ghost of many in the machine. "Give it a five count and swoop... I'm going to put a little spice on it..."

Spice just being a cute way of saying she's pushing her palms together, combining the two heavy watts of energy into a single massive ball of coiling current held up over her head like a disco ball. A disco ball that she hurls down at the leathery clad creature of hell akin to someone tossing a ball in during a Soccer game.

She's got surprising juice behind that throw, probably from lugging around those massive gauntlets on a near 24/7 basis, her upper body strength is nothing to gawk at. "Alright, Nightingale! Chain that ass!"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie has snuck into the danger room control center. He makes sure that the window does not show him to the ones inside. He wants to have a bit of a look at the students without them knowing he is watching.

Elixir has posed:
Josh comes to his feet, books it and slides over the hood of a parked car to take cover on the far side. A chain smashes through both front side windows of the car after him.

Then the eletrical ball hits Chainlink. He recoils much like he did the night before and his chains come back to him. The Danger Room computer is significantly less adept at threatening banter than the bad guy himself, so the simulacrum stays silent. He starts to advance toward Surge to get in range with his chains. They shoot outward toward the anchoring braces of the fire escape.

Shannon is unseen and unexpected. The mutant angel swoops in and gets a hand on one of the conveniently outstretched chains heading for the fire escape. The chain is bizarrely strong, as if the entire length was a muscled tentacle, but not strong enough to deal with the speed and momentum Shannon brings. It will be a two handed job for her to hang on though and the nasty man tries to pull his chain back while Shannon rockets around the bad guy.

Josh looks up at the action from where he is sitting cross-legged behind the car.

Nightingale has posed:
Ooof! It does indeed turn into a two-handed job for Shannon, hanging onto that chain for dear life and using her own momentum to swing herself around Spawn. With the other chains wrapping themselves around fixed targets, he basically is forced to become rooted in place, concentrating on holding on rather than returning fire. Much like she did in the training run with Sam, she uses her grip on the chain to swing herself around Spawn as if he were one of the rings she were trying to fly through on the agility course. She angles herself downwards towards his legs, narrowly missing a chain here and a chain there as she attempts to wrap him up and hoist him by his own proverbial petard.

Surge has posed:
Surge... the real Surge... watches Shannon dip down as the chains come flying towards the brackets holding her perch aloft against the side of the building. She chose this position for a reason, however. It's close enough to the ground that if she does fall, which she is, she can jump off onto a garbage can to prevent her legs from jarring, but high enough to offer a slight advantage to her attacks.

As the fire escape comes down, she vaults over the railing and crashes down upon a dumpster into an uncontrolled roll that leaves her laying flat upont he dirty alleyway with a groan. "Really need to stop skipping acrobatics..." She gripes as she pushes herself up and rushes at Spawn now being wrapped in his own chains. Both fists beginning to glow blue with stores of electricity radiating through her Gauntlets, she leaps into a haymaker like down punch. "Come on, ya big creepy turd! Give us the Echotocooler! I want to eat a late breakfast!"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie taps a bit at the commands of the room. He is not messing with the program but bringing up meters for power output flight speed, records of them doing close manuvers to this time and comparing how well they are doing.

Elixir has posed:
From the records of their mission, the computer calculates Spawn's rage would focus on the last to invade his physical space. And so this Spawn is scope locked on Shannon. He whips his head around. Chains fly at the young woman as she swoops and dodges. The fire escape and other mutant are forgotten in his focused rage. He cannot spin on the spot fast enough to track Shannon so he is forced to do so with his head only while his own chain is being drawn around him.

He is looking away when Surge descends on him with a charged punch. Uncertain about his durability, the computer makes some quick calculations, inserts a certain amount of randomness and... Spawn staggers backwards across his own chain and goes down. He is still conscious but now has lost his focus. His chains flail and slash wildly.

Shannon is reaching speeds at or over 80 kph and packing a lot of centrifugal force. The minor miracle is that she can hold on to the chain. Surge keeps bringing up enough juice to taze a rhino. The computer's data on electrical resistance for this guy is hazy.

Nightingale has posed:
When Spawn hits the ground, the force is enough to yank the chain out of Shannon's hands. It's good fortune alone that she's already heading for open air, sent tumbling skywards until she can brake her ascent by spreading out her wings to their full span. What remains free of his chains are slashing just a little too wildly for her to want to risk getting close enough for a repeat performance of her stunt. She tries to get a good look at Spawn to see if he is entangled and dazed enough to make an attempt to draw some of the plasma, or if more work is necessary. "You two try to keep him distracted for a minute, none of us is going to be any good dead here!"

Surge has posed:
Surge crashes through her lightning punch into a sparking gauntlet scrap across the concrete, stumbling up onto her feet and smashes into a dumpster near a far wall. "Dammit... Need to work on that." Musing to herself as she pushes off in the direction of Spawn laying dazed with flailing chains around him like the snake tongues from a Sarlacc pit. "Come'ere ya big jack ass." Batting one chain as it randomly grabs at her with a loud CLANG of gauntlet against metal.. stuff? Who knows what they're actually made of.

Again charging up both fists, lightning drawing out from her shoulders in an arch, across the surface of those wrist/fist machinary. Up into a jumping downward thrust of a super charged axehandle towards the center of the monsters chest. "RAM JAM!" Electricity runs all over her body, crackling out towards already flickering light fixtures to shatter bulbs, running along the surface off the alleyway to kick up bits of trash, or hits a dumpster to give it a little shimmering coat of power. She is a virtual dynamo.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie hmms and will start doing some calculations. He winces a bit at Surge's impact in the garbage can, but does smile a bit as Shannon and her both do seem to be making some progress from last training sessions. He does not alert them to his presence though.

Elixir has posed:
Surge is fortunate Spawn was flailing, the chain hits with a surprising amount of force. But it is undirected. And when her oversized smash hits Spawn a blue surge of electricity radiates outward in all directions. The enemy convulses and collapses. The chains fall to the ground.

The Danger Room chimes to signal the end of the hazard portion of the program. Everyone is officially safe.

Josh stands up and dusts himself off. Habit more than anything since it is only virtual dust. He waves Shannon over and inspects their proned out foe.

"Well. I think you won," Josh says to Surge and Shannon. "Critique yourselves and each other."

Nightingale has posed:
Shannon wrinkles her nose as she backwings in for a landing next to Josh and Noriko, gingerly nudging the wiped-out Spawn with the toe of her right sneaker. "Not sure I'm really well qualified to critique myself, because frankly, I thought I sucked. That was pure luck the ideas we hashed out worked. It's a miracle Spawn didn't wrap his other chains around me while I was whipping around his legs like that." She shakes her head and sighs heavily. "For my own performance? Needs a lot of work. Plus, I'd better get to some strength training so I don't get my arms pulled out of their sockets, it was real close there for a second. Without you and Surge here, I'd have been dead in ten seconds, max." Ouch. "Now Surge, on the other hand, actually had some guts, to just keep at him like that till he was down for the count. And you, putting yourself out there as bait? You've both got more backbone than I'll ever have."

Surge has posed:
It wasn't a very long engagement, all things considered, but Surge used a /lot/ of her energy reserves in the squabble. Bent over with her palms on her knees, her hair is damp and dangling forward where the sides have been shaved down with just brown stubble. Each breath is heaving and back arching, until she rights herself and brings both arms up over her head, crossed behind her neck.

"Nice work with the flying, Shan-o-shy." Big metal thumbs up at the Angel winged Healer with a big, if exhausted, grin. Then back over to Josh, nodding with a gulping swallow of hot air.

"We..." Trying to slow down her heart rate with more deep breaths, "We, uh.. well I should have been up higher I think. The fire escape was a good vantage, but it put me into a compromised position when Chains lost interest on you." Motioning to the primary medical healer for the school.

She stops to listen to Shannon and up nods with a grin, "I mean yeah, but like I'm just crazy as fuck. I don't have any sense of caution. ... at least whatever sense I've got I throw into the rain or.. wind? I don't know I'm exhausted."

She points over to Shannon, "You need to work on your upper body grip, yeah.. I'd say fly with some wrist waits, get use to carrying heavier loads, and hit the gym, but for not having much combat training to speak of, you did pretty solid. I mean we won right?" She asks, glancing back to nudge at Spawn's foot. When he doesn't move, she clips a nod, and resumes drinking in more deep breaths with her hands up over her head.

"Josh hid behind the car like a fucking /baws/ though.. Kudos, my guy."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks over and stands up, letting the window show him to the room. He tries to look all important like "Shannon should work on arm strength some some more situational awareness. When there are things that can reach out and touch you, you want to have an idea where they all are. Noriko, a little bit more acrobatics and maybe a bit of stamina training. Josh, have been wondering the ability to make folks nauseous, how centered on one person and what distance can you cause it at? Can you cause specific ailments in people? Overall you all done well, but we all can always improve.

Elixir has posed:
Josh frowns a bit at Shannon's assessment. He nods while Surge talks until the end. The gold skinned mutant opens his mouth to speak, but then comes the voice from above. Josh looks up, waves to Sam and nods.

"Sam said it, can always improve," Josh agrees. "I can fill you in on more later, Sam, but I'm figuring out I can probably do just about anything to someone's body. I got like, twenty feet at NYU? Dunno. I'm testing it out with the medical staff at the Avengers Mansion."

Josh turns his attention back to the two with him. "Shannon, I want a critique of Surge's performance, not compliments. We don't get much better from what we did well, or that's what Scott says anyway," he explains. "With this guy, he didn't have a body. I checked during the fight. Whatever he was, he wasn't biological. I'm not much good scrapping hand to hand. Though I should probably like, test some stuff around that, you know?" Josh says the last up to Sam.

"Surge, what I didn't get is why you closed the gap on this guy. You can outrange him all day, right? Why'd you go in where his chains could reach you? Aside from looking epic. You should both totally look at the replays."

Nightingale has posed:
Ouch. Double loss. And worse, Sam had seen most if not the whole thing. Shannon's face goes flame red clear to the tips of her ears, and she nods. "Maybe so." She looks about to say something else but bites her lip and tries to look anywhere -but- at any of them. Well, she'd deserved the critique and had a lot of work to do. "Maybe Surge was a little bit too gung-ho about the whole thing." She grits her teeth, her voice gone deadly quiet. "Surge... try -zero- combat training, not just 'not much'. If this were the real deal out there, and you two were relying on me, you'd both be hurt or dead."

Surge has posed:
Noriko is getting her breath back, but she's still sweating. Cardio is not her strong suit, obviously... more of a glass cannon. "I... uh.. yeah, so what happened was... I fell right." Which they saw, "And I was on the ground all pissed off because I should have stuck that landing, but I didn't... so I ran at him, since it was his fault, to pummel him into the dirt." She /likes/ throwing hands. And he can /get/ these hands.

She looks from Josh, up to Samuel with a nod, not disagreeing one bit with his assessment. She definitely needs more stamina and acrobatics training.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Remember we were all there at one point. You did well, but we will work on it. If your wanting to be out in the field then you have to work it. Ah honestly ould say both of you might want to spend a little gym time, besides just in here. You both have the potential to be great, if your willing to work for it.

Elixir has posed:
"Definitely listen to Sam if you wanna get out in the field. He's got way more tactical experience than me, and he's the guy you gotta impress to get on a team or get recommendations, you know?" Josh says with a grin.

"Nobody died. You reached your objective, you came up with some good plans and you worked together. Not bad," Josh says with a smile and a wink for Shannon. "I gotta run, but we'll get in here more soon. See if you can get that guy up there to run you through some seriously kickass scenarios."

And with that the group move on to the next parts of their days.
