Early Mornings

Location:	Johnny's Place
Synopsis:	It's the morning after and Liz is adjusting to some normalcy.

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz wasn't that much of a sound sleeper, but the night together had left her sleeping peacefully. Even with the worry that she wasn't sleeping in her room at the BPRD she slept. Which was a bit of a blessing. But when the sun started to peek through the windows she'd slowly started to wonder whether she'd dreamed things. The raven haired woman turns over, her legs peeking out from under the sheets. She opens her eyes a little to see if Johnny is beside her and she's surprised that he is.

Hey, it wasn't a dream for once!

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
No, not a dream.

Johnny had slept peacefully, perhaps his mating with the woman at his side the other night was quite literally a certain kind of magical. But when she turns over to look at him, Johnny mms as he opens his eyes to look upon her in return.

"Hey gorgeous."

Johnny teases her a little bit, leaning over to give her a pleasant good-morning kiss. "How'd you sleep?"

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz gives a bit of a smile as he greets her and then there's a touch of worry, "I didn't wake you did I, handsome?" she asks him. The kiss is returned with a bit of a grin and she moves a bit closer to drape her arm over his side. "I haven't slept that soundly in years. So pretty well." she admits to that.

"Do you have anything that you need to get done today?" she asks him. Making sure not to derail his day. "I migt need to stop into the office later, but that won't take long." she grins.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
Johnny smiles at Liz as he runs a hand through her hair. The kiss is enjoyed before he takes a breath. "I'm glad, Liz. I really am. I got some pretty great sleep too. Likely because I had a good bedfellow."

He smiles at her, curling up with her a little. "Probably, But right now I wouldn't mind just staying in bed with you right now. Well, if you need to stop into the office, I'll drive ya over.? He smiles at her as he sits up.

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz gives a smile to him and there's a small sound of content as he runs his fingers through her hair, "Seems that people will sleep better when they have someone else in bed with them." she smiles to that. "I try not to steal covers and all that other stuff." she tells him with a grin.

When he sits up she tugs him back down, "The office can wait. We can lay here as long as you like really." she tells him with an amused smile. "So, do you usually offer women who can set stuff on fire to move in with you the first week they've known you?" she asks him in a soft teasing tone.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
He tries and she stopped him. Johnny is pulled back down by Liz and He laughs a little bit, his hand stretching out to cover Liz affectionately and pull her close.

"You did not steal any covers, but you definitely snored." The smile on Johnny's face gives her all she needs to know that he's joking. "Do I do that often? Well...there was that time two weeks ago..." He chuckles.

"No. But you are certainly a special case. Dunno why but..." he kisses her again. "You just connected in all the right ways."

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz gives a soft smile as she looks to him, her fingers twine with Johnny's and she's happily brought closer to him. She lets her body relax next to his. "Oh man, I should have warned you about the snoring." she teases him softly. She wasn't a snorer so that was good.

Then there's a squint of her eyes to him and she tickles his sides, "Mhm. I knew it." she states as she leans in to kiss him on the cheek.

Though she does sober as he tells her she was a special case, "The right ways like...not afraid of the flaming skeleton part or the fact that I'm kind of dealing with my own flame problems?" she asks him with a bit of a smile. "I'm not complaining. Just...I don't get this lucky." she admits.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
Nuzzling her nose with his own, Johnny laughs a little bit. "Heh, yeah. Shook the room you know..." Johnny Indeed holds himself to Liz and he rubs her palm with his thumb in their held hands. He smirks when she kisses his cheek, nuzzling her head with his. "mmm...keep kissing me and we'll never leave this bed."

Or it might become a repeat of last night!

"You got lucky with me..and I got lucky with you. I wouldn't care if you were a frost demon or something. You're you, and thats all I care about." He puts a strand of her hair behind her ear.

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz gives a soft swat to his side, "I don't shake the room unless I'm on fire." she teases him softly. It was new, being close to someone. So she wasn't ready to part with him, but she knew eventually she'd have to. Whether it was for work or something else. "We've got all the time in the world for ending up back in bed." she winks at him.

Then she softens a bit as he speaks, "If I was a demon we'd probably have a lot more tension between us." she muses. "But, I am happy with things and I'm glad I'm not a demon." she adds. When he pushes the lock of her hair behind her ear there's a bit of a girlish look to her face, she didn't have that done a lot.

"Has SHIELD every tried to recruit you?" she asks him. "I know that's an out of the blue question, but, it's something I wasn't sure on." she admits.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
Johnny laughs at the swat to his side, his lips seeking out hers for a more lingering kiss. Okay, maybe a few kisses. "Yeah, I guess we do. So come on before I want to keep you here." He smirks before he tries again to get out of bed.

"Me too. I'd hate to start fallin' for a demon I'd have to take down someday." He says somewhat grimly

It was a good question. "Eh, they technically did when they put together the Howling Commandos. I worked with that team for a long while before it got disbanded, went back to being solo."

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz gives him another kiss, apparently she didn't mind repeating this process. Then she grins as he tells her to come on, she lets him go this time and she rolls to the other side of the bed before sliding out of it. That was the biggest hurdle of the day. Not wanting to leave him.

"Yeah...that would suck." she murmurs to him. She finds her discarded clothes and starts to dress as she listens to him.

"Being solo isn't so bad really." she nods to this as she pulls her jeans on. "Do you miss working with a team and things?" she asks him curiously. She was at least wanting to know more. Not just bang the guy.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
It was hard for Johnny to leave -her-. It warms his heart to know that it was mutual. He looks at Liz then as she redressed, something that he also did.

Johnny shrugs a little bit at the question of being part of a team. "Ah maybe. I think it'd be pretty cool to be part of something again. Some people tend to be pretty off-put by me though. You know, Spirit if Vengeance and all that." Johnny shrugs.

"Sounds like you have a team to work with yourself."

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz looks like she's a whole new person after a good nights sleep, she finds one boot and then the other a few feet away. Did she kick these things off or fall out of them? She had the weirdest thoughts.

"Well, if you ever want to work on something together, just let me know. I don't really run from things. I tend to make myself just look bigger and shoot." she chuckles.

Then there's a nod, "Yeah, the BPRD is basically my family. I work with Red and another of our agents a lot. It's been a little too quiet though. So just waiting for the shoe to drop so to speak." she tells him.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
Johnny looks around for his shirt and he eventually finds it. What was it doing in the doorway? Oh right, now he remembers.

Johnny looks at Liz with a smirk as she. mentions the BPRD again and Johnny perhaps sighs a bit. "Maybe. If they want to interview me or something then they will. Otherwise I guess I'm your plus one." Johnny teases her.

He finds his boots too and takes a seat to put them on. Johnny would probably be really good for such an organization.

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz might have pinched herself while Johnny was off looking for his shirt, but there's a smile when he looks to her, nothing to see here! "I'm sure they'll catch wind of you being in the area or something." she tells him. "For now, I'm not volunteering the information." she shrugs to that. "But yes, you'd be my plus one if you like." she agrees with that.

"You don't have any of those feelings like you're going to have to leave town or anything like that do you? I don't really know how that whole thing works." she admits as she finds her jacket.

Ghost Rider (Blaze) has posed:
Johnny didn't notice Liz pinch herself, but it was probably really funny if he saw it. When she tells him that they'll walk up to him when or if they feel like it and until then, he's her plus one in agreement, Johnny smirks at her. "Sounds like a plan to me." Though when she asks him about the whole leaving town thing, Johnny shakes his head.

"If I have to leave town, its usually for something big and I'm back immediately when its done. Worst case scenario, I'll just take you with me."

The tease.

Putting on his jacket and zipping it up until about the start of his chest for style, Johnny walks over to Liz. "You ready?"

Liz Sherman has posed:
Liz watches him as she slides her jacket on and leaves it unzipped for the moment. She wasn't worried about her hair given it was about to get messed up again on the motorcycle. Though there's a nod of agreement, "Sounds good." she smiles.

"Oh this is serious. You'd take me with you on a mission?" she asks him as she moves closer to him.

Then she gives a nod, "Ready when you are, Johnny." she tells him. "Hopefully they won't want to ground me to my room while I'm checking in." she chuckles.
