Pietro had managed to somehow get a second date with Karen! After the last one ended so well, they mutually agreed to go out again. Perhaps two days after said date, Pietro called Karen and invited her over to his apartment so he could cook a meal for her.
Apparently dedicated to try to impress Karen, even if he really didn't need to, he was cooking lasagna and meatballs, something easy and romantic. He's wearing a nice polo shirt with a long sleeve shirt underneath it and dark jean. He didn't wear shoes because one should be comfy in the house!
But he is mainly just nervous about how Karen would See all this.
