Synopsis:	Sam gets some Advice and worries a bit about Doug.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie is in his room working at hsi desk/ He sent Doug a text asking him to stop b when he gets a chance need to talk about a couple things.

Cypher has posed:
Doug had been out -- he knocks on the door, and then opens it. He looks tired, same as always. "What's up?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks over man and says "Have a seat man, we need to talk, got some feedback for ya about the app we need to work on.

Cypher has posed:
Doug rolls his eyes. "I'll add it to the pile of stuff I need to work on." He sits on the edge of Sam's bed. "It's still a work in progress."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods a bit and says "Ah can take it to others if ya want, I just thought your baby ya know? You really need to take some down time bro, if you fall apart before the finish line it will all be for nothing.

Cypher has posed:
Doug flattens his mouth into a line. "I'm holding it together." He says, "Some days it's rough, but there's a lot of work to be done, and I can't afford to take a vacation right now." He shakes his head. "I can take care of it, just tell me what you need."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to Doug, and says "You do realize if you push it to hard, Bobby and I will make sure you get some rest if we have to hog tie you, right?" He looks at his friend and says "Think we need some type of watch to go with the phone. Sam got run over, his phone got fubared, and he could not get a message off in time.

Cypher has posed:
Doug sighs. "There's only so mmuch you can do to mitigate hardware failure, but I can code something into the master app where if somebody goes off-line there's an alert, but the problem I have to get around there is somebody's battery dying or them turning off their phone when they go to the movies--"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and was thinking about some kind of heart rate monitor, but would kick in for exercise, excitement and other things. Speaking of excitement and other things, we read the whole Sam and Shannon thing wrong.

Cypher has posed:
Doug sits back, and his eyebrows go up. "You mean that he's gay?" He asks. "He plays his cards close to his chest, and I don't go around telling people what they really think. Let me guess, he's worried that people are trying to set him up with Shannon?" He puffs out his cheeks, and blows out a breath.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Well that a bit and that she feels for him, had them talk it out, she is upset, but they are going to be friends, and get things sorted out still planning on the movie, just more as friends now. You could have given me a heads up you know?"

Cypher has posed:
"It wasn't my place to tell you." Doug says. "What, the movie tickets? Right?" He gives his head a small shake. "She needs to practice not taking things so seriously. He needs to socialize. It's the little things that train us to be more ready for the big things. And if he'd been in his right mind, he would've found some way to get out of it, because the kid's a *masochist*."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "She is a bit like Rahne was back the, wanting a relationship, but where Rahne waited and found someone she liked, that could grow, When Shannon likes someone seems to hit the teen girl of happily ever after quick. Which is not really a bad thing but can lead to a lot of heart ache."

Cypher has posed:
Doug says, "A lot of girls are like that. There were at least three girls in Salem Center who were convinced they were gonna be--" He shakes his head, "Nevermind, nevermind--" He holds up his hands, and then says, "I wasn't out to mess with her emotions."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Ah know you weren't trust me, Ah didn't think you were doing anything wrong, just letting you know what was going on in case you did not catch it."

Cypher has posed:
"Life is about learning and practicing," Doug says. "Were we that *serious* and that *complicated* when we were kids, Sam? I don't remember things being that serious." He rests his chin in his hand. "I remember laughing a lot."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, his head, and says "Ah want to say it was a different time, but Ah honestly think part of it is seeing it through the eyes of a kid vs an adult. Seems every generation looks at the next and worries about them. We did have something special though. We are trying to give it to them, but Ah think they have to find their own special. we were sorta like A boy named Sue. There was just the few of us, and we had to get tough or die, and while we did both, Ah think the fun was our way of battling the rest. Ah mean you tell me the kids went to another dimension on their own, fought demons and then fought a demon bear without us knowing about it Ah would freak out.

Cypher has posed:
Doug says, "Well, they haven't ruined Wimbledon yet, so..." He sighs. "You're right." He shakes his head, "We had something special, and they had something special -- and everybody's got to look ahead to the future, not back to the past. I'm trying, but I still *resent* what I missed."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to the man and says "It would have been grand to have you with us, but Ah am just glad your with us now man. Even if your trying to work yourself down to a knub.

Cypher has posed:
"...There's a lot to be done." Doug says. He looks like he wants to say something, but he chooses to keep his mouth shut. "And not enough people to do it."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to his friend and says "Spill it, if you can't tell me whats on your mind, who ya going to tell. Besides Ah could use a distraction from the talk Ah gotta have with Jay.

Cypher has posed:
"It's for another day." Doug says, before he raises his eyebrows. "A talk with your brother, huh?" He sits back, interested.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Yea, Ah aint told any of the folks back home about the dieing and coming back. Did not want to worry Ma, and then you add some of the stuff josh.. err Jay has been through recently... Well It is not something I am looking forward to but has to be done.

Cypher has posed:
Doug sighs, and crosses his arms. "Sam." Doug says, "I'm gonna suggest you turn into the skid a little bit here." He raises his eyebrows. "Your first instinct is to try and fix whatever's wrong, but sometimes there's no fix for it."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to him, and says "Oh, Ah know Ah can't magicly fix Jay, even though I want to talk about knowing how he feels when Ah thought Lila had died, that would not go well. But ah have to tell him about me dieing and coming back, Ah can't have him learn about it from someone else.

Cypher has posed:
Doug grunts, and says, "Well, take it from me... it's something you get used to." He says. He gets up, and says, "Anyway. Sammy and Shannon, they'll be all right. I'll come up with some additional safety measures for the app... no problem that can't be solved, after all."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and stands putting his hand on Doug's shoulder, and says "And when you feel you can tell me what ever the other thing is you know I am here. Oh and Think Shannon plans on trying to make Ma's apple Brown betty soon, Ma sent her some recipes.

Cypher has posed:
Doug says, "Well, you know I'll have some bud," He stretches his legs out, "But half the fun is seeing how much I can steal out of your care package. It just wouldn't be the same."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie chuckles and says "Yea, wondering if part of the reason Ma sent the recipes knowing she could ease up a little on the care packages now that there is three of them

Cypher has posed:
"Naw, she can't do that." Doug says, "In fact, now that your brother's here, she needs to send twice as many. And bigger ones." Doug grins. "Though your brother might object to your friend raiding his care package. I'll have to be sly."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie chuckles a bit and says "Well to give ya a heads up, he was always good at setting snares. And the new rifle in the case is his." He jokes a bit to his friend

Cypher has posed:
"Well, then, I'll just have to be clever." He smirks, and pats Sam on the shoulder. "I'll ease up on Sam and Shannon." He says. "I was trying to help, but maybe a little less input would do them some good."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Ah think they can make progress both of them now, Ah just hope Shannon does not make any bad decisions thinking she has to find someone."

Cypher has posed:
"That's something she has to learn for herself." Doug says, casually. "...You need anything else right now, I have to get back to work."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie hmms and says "Not that I can think of unless you want to hit lunch and the comic shop before ya head t work.

Cypher has posed:
"No time," Doug says, shaking his head. "Soon. OK?" He sighs, and puts his hand on the doorknob. "...Just... listen to your brother, Sam. Call it a hunch." He opens the door, and slips out.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Always try to even the blonde one with the mechanical arm." He offers the man a smile.
