Nightcrawler has posed:
Kurt appears in the danger room in a cloud of smoke, looking grim faced and carrying a six bottle carton of beer - and a bottle of actual schnapps as well. The room itself, set to be a scene aside a river in the country, with a few sittin' stumps.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will come walking in a bit later. He has a bottle of burbon, a couple of glasses, and a medium sized mason jar with a clear liquid in it. He looks over and says "So, fill me in, so Ah know if Ah am gonna have to chase you all around the room.

Nightcrawler has posed:
"I'm not good for her, Sam." Kurt sits down and offers one of the heavy German beers, settling down regardless of the threat, letting himself be exposed there. "She is distant, and I cannot reach her... and when I can't she blames herself." brows knitting tighter "And it just spirals."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will walk over sitting the stuff he brought down on one of the tree stumps, and has a seat on another looking at the man "Ok, your going to need to fill me in some more about it. She has been a bit distant from me as well, like she aint sure of where she belongs."

Nightcrawler has posed:
Kurt Wagner nods, "Exactly, she connects with nothing, and when I try to speak with her... she just turns away, and then blames herself. I try to keep a brave face, but I can't reach her Sam, and when I can't help she knows I get frustrated, she can smell it... and then she blames herself... I know it's work, I do. But... Maybe it is me, maybe I'm just not right. But we're hurting one another, Sam. She needs a friend she trusts, not a boyfriend."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie frowns a bit to this and says "So, your telling me your breaking up with her before you hurt her worse, and your going to try to stay friends with her?" he asks the man studying him.

Nightcrawler has posed:
Kurt Wagner bobs his head, again "Exactly that, Sam..." another sigh leaves him and his tail droops to the ground. "I can't help her, so I can't let myself hurt her by failing to do so."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie opens the beer, and takes a long sip, and says "Well damn, another sister, Ah am going to have to find a way to cheer up after bad relationship happening." He sighs and runs his hand through his hair.

Nightcrawler has posed:
Kurt Wagner looks back to Sam, brows up, frowning harder. "You can hit me if you like, Sam. I deserve it. I should have been more for her, ja?" Shoulders sagging and looking mournfully at Sam, expecting the strike by the look of him.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to the man, and says "You know if ah could blame ya and beat the shit out of you would make things easier, but damn it Ah know you and know your trying not to hurt her. Ah need to talk to her, see if Ah can get Dani to talk to her, she has the best chance of getting through to her honestly. This is one heck of a week."

Nightcrawler has posed:
"I've not told her this yet... I wanted to see you first... I need to talk to her though, but I don't know how, Sam." Looking more shamefaced now, Kurt finally snaps open a beer to take several long gulps.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to the man and says "Be honest with her, tell her the truth. Tell her you feel like your hurting her, and you don't want to hurt you. Tell her, you and her need to take time, both find yourselves, and if you two want to try again then you can, but you want to stay her friend no matter what?

Nightcrawler has posed:
"Ja, that sounds the smart way... It feels." Kurt sets the beer down and scrubs his face with a three fingered hand. "I hate failing, and failing a friend, Sam."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to the man and says "Well, Ah will tell ya this, that basic speech sucks ass to hear, but probably the best way and gives a chance. She may not want to see ya for a while. The only other thing Ah can think of is maybe you two go talk to a priest or preacher, and seek some advice. Break ups suck." He opens the mason jar and takes a long sip, and shakes his head a bit offering it to the other man.

Nightcrawler has posed:
Accepting the shine and actually taking a double shot worth at a swallow, Kurt coughs and wheezes for a moment, eyes watering. "She should see you after... A priest... this is the heart, not the soul - and I dare say there is a difference, ja?" he even takes a second sip, handing the jar back.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Ah aint sure if she will want to see me, but If she is willing to talk with me Ah will be there for her. You have a plan when your going to talk to her?"

Nightcrawler has posed:
"I was thinking soon... No need to draw it out more than it needs to be. I'll just get more worried, and I'll screw it up worse." head and shoulders sagging. "I should have known better, Sam. I'm no good for people... Look at where I come from? How could I be?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to the other man and says "Now your talking bull." He sighs a bit and says "Kurt your probably the best person in this whole school. You see the best in folks, and try to help bring that out." He sighs a bit and says "Ah think it is part of the job to be honest, how many successful relationships can you name in the whole hero game... Captain America and the Wasp? Any others?

Nightcrawler has posed:
"You're right... I've no idea either.. but still." Kurt sighs and frowns. "And I couldn't bring the best out of her. It just stayed buried... She's such a good person, she loves so hard, or she would if she could love herself."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Oh yea, thats something Ah would love to beat the good reverend for. She has gotten a lot better than she used to be, but Ah wonder if it is something about wolf shifters. Both has and Andrea both see the wolf as different than them. Rahne has gotten better about it, but still worries what the wolf is guiding her to do. Ah have wonder if it is some type of mental safeguard to keep them from realizing there is part of them that really enjoys being the animal.

Nightcrawler has posed:
"Maybe she might like time as the animal... I know I like going off alone, maybe it could be like that for her... Quiet time maybe?" Kurt offers, tail finally lifting slightly, a possible bright spot?

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Ah aint sure, maybe ask her to talk to Andrea more, maybe trying to help mentor her might help. Might be able to give her a bit of purpose there."

Nightcrawler has posed:
"There's that. Yes. I know what that's like, needing one's own kind." Kurt's head bobs slightly. "I mean... Not all of us can go out without being known. Freakshow looks after its own."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Not sure if it will help but yea ah will ask her to talk to her, maybe it will help both of them."

Nightcrawler has posed:
Kurt Wagner takes a long moment, finishing his beer with a sigh. "I guess I need to go get my head together too, eh?" standing up. "You can still hit me if you want though."

Samuel Guthrie smirks a bit and says "Will wait to see how she takes it then will see if Ah need to."
