Fiona Glenanne spent fourteen years as an explosives expert for the IRA, until she grew disillusioned when her sister was killed in a bombing during The Troubles. She then began to work independently as an arms dealer, which took her all over the world until she managed to get into trouble with the wrong people. So it was off to America, well out of reach of those who want to get their hands on her.

Now she works as bounty hunter, though she still maintains many of her professional contacts. There's nothing Fiona loves more than fast car, a well made gun, and making things go boom.

Oh, and shoes. The more expensive, the better.

Cunning Linguist:
Fiona is fluent in four languages: English, Gaelic, French, and Spanish. She is also capable of doing so in an accent good enough to convince native speakers that she is one as well. It is worth noting she is capable of utilizing several different English speaking accents: her native Irish, a 'flat' American English, Boston, New York/New Jersey, Southern American, British Royal Pronunciation, and a middling accent best described as "Eurotrash".

Fist Like a Kiss:
Fiona is a short, skinny lady, and her combat training takes that into account. Her techniques are designed to take out an opponent as quickly as possible, with equal emphasis on subdual maneuvers as lethal maneuvers. Fiona is also capable of using knives and batons, and can make makeshift weapons out of available normal items as might be needed.

Gun Bunny:
Michael Westen put it best: "It takes a good marksman to shoot you at 50 feet from a moving car, but it takes a great marksman to miss... while making it look like they are trying to hit you... or markswoman as the case may be." Fiona is that good, with a variety of different firearms. She also knows how to properly care for them and assess their market value.

Intermediate Espionage:
While she is nowhere near the level of Michael Westen, Fiona has enough traning through experience and her past in the IRA serve as a very competent intelligence asset. Hand-offs, honey-traps, all the different types of con artist routines, creating and maintaining personas, she can keep up quite well with those trained in the world's various intelligence agencies, but refuses to align with any of them.

Knows Her Worth:
In addition to being a woman with an eye for fashion (especially shoes), Fiona is well aware of the market value of...well, a lot of things. Haute couture, art, cars, guns, jewels, drugs...Fiona can provide a good estimate of what kind of money they can bring in.

Let's Get Physical:
Running, jumping, swimming, rappeling, etc. All those high intensity physical skills that are a necessity in her business? Fiona manages just fine, thank you very much. After all, she can't make money chasing bail jumpers if she can't actually, y'know, chase bail jumpers.

She's Got Legs:
And she knows how to use them. Fiona is very good at using her looks and personality to get what she wants from men interested in her gender. Truth be told, she's also the one with the most empathy on her team, and when a soft or seductive touch is called for, it's Fiona who usually steps to the plate.

Shut Up and Drive:
There's a reason why whenever it's time to get in a car, it's most often Fiona who ends up behind the wheel. She is an extremely skilled precision driver, capable of hair's width maneuvering at top speeds. And speaking of top speed, it is best assumed that however long it may take to get from point A to point B, Fiona can get there in half the time.

Tik Tik Boom:
When it comes to explosives, Fiona isn't just an expert. She's an artist. From the most basic bombs jury-rigged using products from a grocery store to advanced incendiary devices, Fiona knows how to identify, build, and disarm them. She is able to determine exactly how much explosive power is needed for a given effect, whether it's a massive blow out or a tiny bit of percussive force. She can even, if given the opportunity to analyze it, determine the origin of an explosive device, either its country of origin or the identity of its designer.

Wrench Wench:

Fiona is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She's capable of jury-rigging various contraptions as might be needed for missions, handling auto maintenance, and knows what to do with power tools.

Firepower:
Even after giving up selling and buying weapons, Fiona has a tidy little stash of them, as well as materials for making explosions. What she doesn't have, she knows how to get, and who to get it from. What she has access to, she frequently willingly shares with Michael Westen and Sam Axe.

Knows a Guy:
While nowhere near as prolific as Sam Axe in terms of contacts, Fiona does have many, stretching across the globe, particularly of the criminal element. Arms dealers, money launderers, hackers, etc. There is also her family, who have been part of the IRA, though she is hesitant to call on them as she is still persona non grata in Ireland.

Shiny Things:

Fiona loves expensive stuff. All the stuff. Nothing will get her to stop and stare like a beautiful pair of shoes. Amongst her many precious things: a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, an heirloom Hermes double banded watch, and her firearms of choice: a Walther PPK 7.65mm and her Colt .45 ACP M1911.

"fiery" Irish Temper:
Fiona is, well, reactionary. She doesn't have a lot of patience, and she doesn't have any problem with letting people know just how angry she is about a situation or person. On her own, she's more of the "act first, think later" type  without others around to restrain her. The "fiery" part? Well, Fiona's default solution to any problem is to shoot it or blow it up.

Criminal Past:
While relatively low priority, Fiona is a Person of Interest to several different intelligence agencies including but not limited to the CIA, British Intelligence, and Interpol. Her previous affiliation with the IRA has also left some bad blood, but as long as she stays out of Ireland she doesn't expect too much trouble from that circle.

Dead Little Sister:
She joined the IRA after her little sister Claire got shot by a soldier firing into a crowd while out shopping. Fiona regrets the argument they'd had prior to going out, and had made a bread pudding as an apology, which Claire never got to taste. As a result of her grief and loss, Fiona "has a thing" about little sisters, and situations in which a younger sibling is involved merit her particular and adamant attention.

Morality Pet:
Funnily enough, despite her criminal past, Fiona's empathy and sense of morality is what generally keeps her teammates from stepping over the edge. Less so for Sam, but for Michael she's a big part of what keeps him from crossing the line, regardless of their personal situation. She knows this, and even when she doesn't want it to, it tends to draw her into situations repeatedly even after she's tried to remove herself from the situation.

Protects the Innocent:

Fiona really, really, REALLY doesn't like it when the kinds of criminal and epsionage shenanigans she gets pulled into involve the innocent, especially children. One of the most frequent ways her team gets involved in solving problems is for Fiona to declare that the person or persons needs their help. However if children in particular are involved, the gloves are coming off.
