Profile
An ancient presence in Cybertronian space, Lockdown has recently started to branch out into the galactic stage in search of new work.
To Cybertronians, Lockdown is both famous and infamous as a mercenary and bounty hunter specializing in capturing troublesome Cybertronians on both sides of the Great War. For everyone else, Lockdown is another Cybertronian (albeit one more involved in galactic affairs than most), whom have one of the worst reputations in the galaxy.
With Eons of experience and a massive arsenal, Lockdown is one of the best in the business no matter where he goes.

Sheet
Description
Description:
Meanwhile, his alt mode on most planets takes the form of their version of a high end transport vehicle. For Earth, a black and grey muscle car. With optional (oh, who are we kidding) spikes.
History
History:
Lockdown himself would say that he's a free agent mercenary and bounty hunter. The reality though is that the Decepticons are the ones who mainly hire him, despite being a free agent. He's not a Decepticon... but he might as well be.
He's started to recently branch out his services though into the greater galaxy, with the war not being what it used to be, making him one of the only Cybertronians in the galaxy involved in galactic affairs outside their infamous war.
Of course, Cybertronian reputation being what it is, Lockdown doesn't get much work outside Cybertronian space.
Personality
Personality:
All this, compound by the fact that the Autobots refuse to compromise at all.
On his own, Lockdown has spent a great deal of time trying to find solutions that will stave off the self-imposed near extinction of the Cybertronian race... but so far, no easy solutions have presented themselves. He views his work as a band aid on a massive wound... but it is better than nothing, for now.
Abilities
Arm Mounts:
With a bit of tuning and modification, Lockdown can modify most to-scale weapons in the universe for use on his chassis. The majority of biological created small arms will not fit, of course... but bigger weapons such as artillery and autocannons just need some backend work and an ammo reservoir designed to feed the weapon.
Arm Sickle:
Built into his right arm, this retractable sickle is Lockdowns main melee weapon. This weapon is not made from Energon, but rather a /very/ durable Cybertronian material capable of withstanding extreme punishment.
Cybertronian:
Durability: Like most Cybertronians, Lockdown can take a lot more punishment than a typical organic... and Lockdown in particular deals in intense combat regularly with his profession. He does not need to breath, only needs to eat Energon occasionally, and can survive in space without any additional gear.
Perception: Lockdown has the standard broad range of spectrums that most Cybertronians have, able to detect on an impressive range of vision modes. Lockdown has also modified his chassis to be able to detect Cybertronian equipment and forms at longer distances than most, to assist with hunting them.
Aging: Cybertronians don't age. Not really. Sure, they can be /killed/ by external force, but even after millions of years of living, true death can usually be averted.
Stasis Cycle: Like most living being, Cybertronians have their own form of sleep. Unlike most organic species, Cybertronians don't need to do it as often, giving a little bit of leeway in between cycles.
Sustenance: Energon is what Cybertronians eat. It's natural in some places, but not nearly enough. As such, Cybertronians have learned how to convert other energy sources into Energon. Typically, this takes the form of oil or other fossil fuels, but most sources can be converted.
Forms: Just about all Cybertronians can transform their bodies into two different forms, with some able to do more. Lockdown's alternate mode changes with the planet, but it's almost always the local version of a muscle car; for Earth, this usually takes the form of a spiked muscle car with engine exposed. His bipedal form is tall and skinny.
Weaponry: With his profession, Lockdown has modified his chassis to be both formidable and versatile. His arm weapon mounts are capable of docking multiple forms of ranged and melee weaponry, and his face itself can form into a cannon. He also has leg mounts for smaller, backup guns. His typical loadout is an ion blaster and Electronet cannon, with a retractable sickle in his right hand as both a weapon and utility.
Holomatter avatar: Typically, Lockdowns avatar takes the form of a rugged looking blonde haired man in a black bikers jacket and a goatee, with clothing dependent on setting. Other planets... get roughly the same treatment.
Strength:
Skills
Hunter Veteran:
Lockdown has developed his own form of controlling martial arts, with grabs, holds, and disarms a specialty (in this case, it can also mean literal dearming, since there are many Cybertronians who mount their weapons to their chassis.)
Mercenary work has given Lockdown a natural aptitude with both normal and improvized weapons, to a degree. He's not a dedicated combat veteran like those around Megatron and Optimus Prime, but his marksmanship is roughly equal to one of his elites.
Lockdowns specialty though, is his arm sickle. Used for takedowns and controlling battles, Lockdown is a terror on the battlefield if he needs to go into melee range with it.
Resources
Contacts:
Lockdown holds himself above the War, but still has plenty of contacts dealing with it. He also has a few contact outside Cybertronian space under his Holomatter disguises that don't know they're selling to a Cybertronian. Lockdown is one of the few Cybertronians actively making an effort to build relationships outside Cybertronian space, and it shows.
Decepticons:
Lockdown is officially a mercenary and bounty hunter, but given that a large body of his work has been for the Decepticons, Lockdown has developed a fairly positive reputation with the Empire. If he ever committed to a side, it would most likely be the Decepticons.
Tactician:
This ship has all the essentials of the tools of Lockdowns trade. An automated repair bay (with an option for Cybertronian manual control), an armory of weapons designed for Lockdowns arm mounts, both Cybertronians and from the galaxy at large, a chamber for stasis cycles built into one of the most armored portions of the ship, doubling as an escape pod if the ship is ever compromised to that point.
There's also an entire deck in the core of the ship dedicated to Cybertronian and non-Cybertronian containment, for living bounty targets.
Standard equipment includes light shields, two front mounted light blasters, a tailgun blaster turret, and a Cybertronian standard cloak. It is also capable of planetary landfalls.
Weaknesses
'decepticon':
Lockdown is officially a mercenary and bounty hunter, specializing in capturing or killing particularly reckless and foolish Cybertronians who help contribute to the galactic reputation of others. In reality, most of his contracts come from Decepticons, despite maintaining his neutrality. This tends to make Autobots very wary of him.
Above It All:
Lockdown tends to treat fellow Cybertronians around him as children squabbling over food. To a large extent, many of them *are* children compared to him... but this sort of treatment would obviously grate on many, especially Cybertronians who have been around at least as long as Lockdown has.
Cybertronian:
Cybertronians have a reputation as one of the most reckless and out of control species in the galaxy. They are incredibly durable war machines in comparison to many, and are known for causing planetary scale chaos and destruction, if the Great War comes to a planet.
Lockdown is also one of the few Cybertronians who has seen the worst of the worst of his fellow Cybertronians, and is well aware of just how deserved that reputation can actually be.
Unarmored:
Of course, this is by Cybertronian standards. Most organic small arms still barely do anything to him.
