Cameras had been set up along the perimeter of One World Plaza. The intent was to provide extra surveillance around the area where Red X said he would be. It wasn't too long before Red X had spotted the new cameras around the area. Some where he had figured they would be, and others not.
The locations were noted carefully, and planned with ease. Isolate the signal, hijack it, and have fun with the Titans after. Red X would wait for business to let out for the day before he made his move.
The audio feed cuts off, replaced with the eerily sound of a familiar guitar arpeggio. http://youtu.be/OMOGaugKpzs As soon as the guitar starts, one by one the video feeds of the observant cameras freeze. One still is functional, to those who are paying extreme attention. Soon, a black clad person steps into frame, much closer than the original subject of the exterior of the One World Plaza seems to be.
As Sting approaches the bridge, Red X holds up a watch, simple enough, for a brief moment to the camera before lowering it, his helmet staring blankly to the lens as he lifts a hand and wags his finger at the camera. 'Since you've gone, I've been lost without a trace.' And the camera feed cuts to black, along with the rest of the feeds. Permanently shut down.
