Pippi	"--And welcome to BUTCHER'D! The culinary competition where we slice and dice the competition!" the show begins, Pippi sitting on the floor in front of the couch, her eyes wide, her tail giving a little wag as they announce judges and contestants for a cut-throat televised culinary show that has a tendency to make people cry. A lot.     "Oooh. I wonder if they're going to include bone broth in this episode! They had veggie broth in the last one..." she comments to herself, all casual and relaxed.
Alopex	Sat upon a couch, with a popcorn bowl she's been handing down on occasion, Alopex has decided tonight is a good night for some rest. .. Just ignore the occasional sneezing you have heard today. That has nothing to do with the idea of taking the night off. "Maybe. Hopefully no one is made into an idiot sub tonight."
Nemean	"I could win this show." Nemean says, standing behind the couch. Where did he even come from? Has he been there the whole time?
Pippi	Pippi's ears draw up at Nemean's presence, and she just gives the biggest grin up to the huge lion.     "C'mon! Have a seat!" she grins, and shifts herself over so that he can take up space. She's leaning lightly against Alopex's leg now, contentedly sitting on the floor.     "I love this channel. This is where I got the idea to make peanutbutter banana bacon cookies, because some guy named Elvis used to eat peanutbutter banana bacon *sandwiches*." she explains, and she waves a hand. "I mena, it's a channel! All about food!"
Alopex	"It is a good channel to make yourself hungry," Alopex comments as she looks up to the lion. "Did you cook a lot, Nemean?" Seems that Alopex has finally accepted his new name.
Nemean	"Yeah." Nemean replies, as he hops over the back of the couch to find a seat, and then grabs a bite of Alopex's popcorn, "I lived alone for years, had to learn to cook."
Pippi	Pippi's ears perk up again, and she leans back, grabbing some popcon as well.     "What did you like to cook, Nemean? Steak? Cookies? /Steak cookies/?"
Alopex	"I've never seen steak-cookies." The fox seems to consider that a moment. "I'm not sure how well that would be.."
Nemean	"I don't think I ever cooked steak cookies. I did like cooking steak though. And fish. I made a mean noodle soup." He smiles a bit at Pippi, "Used to bake cupcakes off and on."
Pippi	"I haven't cooked them either, but they'd probably be more savory, I think? Like, take shaved steak, wrap cold mashed potato around it with some cheese and fresh cracked pepper, an' then bake?" she questions, and then she griiins.     "What kinda cupcakes? I don't think I've had a cupcake yet. Those are the tiny little cakes, yeah?"
Alopex	Blink. Wait. When did .. "How much of this channel have you been watching, Pippi? It sounds like you've learned a lot about cooking.." A whole lot.
Nemean	"Uh. That..Might work.." Nemean replies, "I usually just made vanilla or chocolate. Nothing like these shows where they have to make like pineapple banana pizza cake or something weird like that.
Pippi	"... I accidentally had it going for six and a half days off-and-on, 'cause I couldn't figure out the remote number thingies until Mikey showed me." Pippi admits, and she gives a soft 'haah' sound, "An' sometimes when I can't sleep I turn it on." she adds, running a finger through her obnoxiously bright magenta hair before she turns back to Nemean, "I'd like to try cupcakes sometime. They look so pretty! Especially with the frosting flowers and the pearls and all the colors." Pippi replies, "... but a pineapple banana pizza cake sounds really good."
Alopex	"Ah, well, just remember what sounds good may not actually be good. Maybe experiment a little first.." Pex suggests. Honestly? It sounds like something Mikey would enjoy but not many others..
Nemean	"I might make some pineapple mango ones." He muses, "Those two flavors actually go together, so they'd probably make for a good cupcake." He muses, as he rubs under his muzzle a little bit, thinking for a few.
Pippi	"With papaya frosting! I've never had a papaya, but I bet they're tasty! Never had a mango, either..." Pippi considers, "I have had pineapple though. I like it frozen, I remember that." he state, her tail continuing to wag as she looks to the other mutants.     "... can dogs eat papaya, or is it like grapes, Pex?"
Alopex	"Um.. I'm not sure. That's something I would have to look up somewhere," Alopex admits before offering the popfcorn bowl around. "In spite of having this bowl, i'm still getting hungry.."
Nemean	Nemean pulls out his phone and starts to look through it, trying to find an answer for Pippi, his other hand reaching over to snatch some more of Alopex's popcorn.
Pippi	Pippi considers a moment, and takes another handful of popcorn, carefully crunching one kernal at a time.     "I know. This channel makes you hungry. Especially the shows when they're touring things and then you just see like, big burgers the size of my *head*."
Alopex	That gets a nod from Alopex, "Mmhmm. That's my point. Good looking food, certainly good tasting food seeing as they wouldn't show it otherwise.."
Nemean	"Yes dogs can eat papaya. As long as it's prepared properly." Nemean says, before he tucks his phone into his hoodie pocket, "So I suppose I'll need to go shopping. I think there's a market in Mutant Town I can hit.."
Pippi	"Just don't hit it hard -- they bruise easily!" Pippi wise-cracks as she reaches under the couch, feels around, and pulls out a gallon sized plastic bag, full of peanut-butter criss-cross cookies with brown bits in them. She opens the bag, and offers a peanutbutter banana bacon cookie to the taller mutants.
Alopex	Blink. Again. Someone has a secret stash? " ... I won't tell Mikey where those are." The youngest turtle always did seem like a snack fiend. Pex quickly plucks one from the bag and promptly noms.
Nemean	Nemean takes one of them as well, taking a bite out of it, and hmming a bit to himself, "That tastes...Really good. Better than I would have expected, I admit.." He muses, as he takes another bite
Pippi	"Well yeah. I mean this nose does more than just decorate my face you know!" Pippi states as she grasps a cookie out, and she toses it up and down in her palm.     "The Nose Knows when the cookies are at Primo Prefection!" she states, and tosses the cookie up in the air with every intention of catching it.     And then it hits her forehead, bounces, and she attempts to recover by snapping it out of the air with her mouth, ends up biting her tongue and losing her balance, falling over.     ".. .. no one tell anyone else about that." she states.     The cookie falls on her back.
Alopex	The whole ordeal is seen, from the sentence to the intial miss, to the juggling to the fall, statement, and where the cookie came to rest. With a smirk, the fox picks up the cookie and simply sets it on or in the pup's paw. "I have no idea what you are talking about."
Nemean	"I didn't see anything." Nemean replies, as he looks back at the TV, where one of the chefs is now yelling at a contestant for somehow managing to light their grill on fire.
