Owner Pose
Remy LeBeau "Honestly Remy, I'm not sure this is a good idea." The man says with a sigh, running his fingers through strawberry blonde hair that ends just above his ears. He has a sort of clean cut, all american boy look to him.

"Trevor," the Cajun replies, "Ah miss Sam too. but it's been two years. Yah owe it ta yahself, ta Raven, ta live a little. Sam wouldn' wan' yah ta be a monk de rest of yah life, would she?" And with that, the Cajun knocks on the door.
Riana Mackenzie      As per usual, there is the smell of something perhaps once-edible wafting into the hall, through the crack just under Riana's apartment door. Two women's voice can be heard within. "Ri, I'll get something together, it's ok..."

"No it's not! Come on, Mae, this is your date night, not mine." Pans clatter into the sink as apparently, culinary efforts are abandoned yet again, to the tune of shrill chirping with which Remy is probably all too familiar. "I'll get the windows, you get the door?"

"Right, Ri!" There are sounds of general kitchen chaos, unfamiliar (to Remy, at least) footsteps, and the door opening to reveal a cute, if slightly mousy-looking woman with long, light brown hair, freckles, and steel-grey eyes. "Hi!"
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau grins "Why 'ello dare. Ah'm afraid Ah've got de wrong apartment as Ah 'appen ta know dare is only one breat' takingly be--" Whatever flirty thing Remy was going to say is then interupted by Jack running out and attacking Remy's shoes, this time with the Cajun still in them, causing him to dance slightly.

Trevor laughs slightly at his friend's antics and dodges around the one eyed puppy. "Nice to meet you, "I'm Trevor Knight..."
Riana Mackenzie      The mousy-looking Mae flushes a brilliant shade of rose that perhaps best belongs on a painter's palette, a hue that elevates her otherwise simply pretty appearance into something actually quite lovely. Mission accomplished for the Cajun! "Mae Easton. You might want a mask and earplugs. Ri's cooking again."

     "I HEARD THAT!"

Mae tries and fails to keep from laughing, the mix of Riana's reaction, Jack teaching Remy to dance, and Trevor's laughter making her silvery eyes twinkle. "Come on in. At least Ri hasn't burned down the place yet, but I think we're going to be ordering out."

     "I HEARD THAT, TOO!"
Remy LeBeau Jack, willing to continue his war with Remy's footwear once the Cajun has stepped out of them, darts back into the house when Ri yells and he just grins. "So what yah makin' Jack foh dinner anyway lover?" he asks amused as he takes out his cell phone deciding to get a jump on things. "What yah like on yah pizza Mae?" he asks adding pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms already. For his part Trevor asks in a stage whisper, "Is this why when I asked what wine I should bring, you suggested lighter fluid?"
Riana Mackenzie      "Pizza!" Riana called out from the kitchen. "I mean, come on, start with a plain cheeze pizza, add a few toppings... how hard could it be?" Taking one look at Mae, she opens her mouth, then closes it. "Don't answer that!, Mae!"

Oh, but Mae isn't listening very well, relishing a chance to pick on her friend for once. Only she doesn't reply in so many words. Oh, no. What starts as a little bit of a giggle, soon turns into silvery peals of laughter. "Do they have a Philly cheesesteak pizza? Hawaiian's fine if they don't." She glances over at Trevor, eyeing him for a moment while he is in conference with Remy about the merits of wine versus lighter fluid in this particular situation.
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau can't help but laugh as well, adding a Phily Cheese steak and a Hawaiian to the order. "Nevah coul' trus' someone dat puts fruit on pizza." Remy says playfully but Trevor grins. "I like Hawaian pizza actully. Besides tomatos are a fruit you know. Remy just rolls his eyes, fanning away smoke and kissing Ri's cheek. "It's like de Titanic love, de ship going down, now all we can do is save de survivors." he says and places the order.
Riana Mackenzie      Kiss on the cheek? As if. Riana dips Remy as soon as he's finished placing the order, kissing him rather soundly. Mae's just standing there for a moment, her jaw agape. "Get a room, you two!" She laughs, turning bright red and stealing a glance at Trevor. "Pineapple on pizza? Finally, someone who gets it!"
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau grins slightly, "We got a room... Fact we've pretty much 'ad all dese rooms. Jus' somet'ing ta t'ink about when yah trying ta find a seat." The Cajun says wickedly as Trevor grins, "Well I'm actually from Hawaii originally so I'm sortta biased." He says with a grin, "So Remy mentioned board Games? What are we playing?"
Riana Mackenzie      Mae just stares at Remy and Riana for a very, very long moment. "Oh. My. God. Ewww!" Riana bursts out laughing, brushing her lips across Remy's cheek, her eyes a-twinkle and her eyebrows waggling suggestively. "Well, there's Parchesi, Monopoly, Yahtzee, Cribbage... hard to beat Remy in Cribbage, though. He counts the cards." This last is said with a fond embrace, Mae just eyeing the pair.

"They're nuts." Laughing, she ducks her head, maaaaaybe stealing a quick little peek over at Trevor here and again. "Never been to Hawaii. Maybe someday."
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau snorts a little bit, "Yah can' prove dat Ah 'ave evah done such a t'ing." He pauses a moment, "Not sayin' dat Ah 'aven't jus' sayin' dat yah can' prove it." Trevor laughs a little and takes something out of his pocket. "Here, we'll try this one then. You might like it. He smiles at Mae. "It's really nice, as long as you don't mind cyclones, volcanos, and trying to figure out how they can say Hawaii has an interstate."
Riana Mackenzie      The way Mae keeps stealing glances at Trevor, it's not difficult to see she's warming up to him. Riana, for her part, just smiles knowingly, nudging Remy's side and flicking her eyebrows upwards. No, he wasn't playing Cupid at all. Was he?

He was, after all, the Knave of Hearts....
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau smirks slightly as Trevor quickly explains the rules for how to play a game called "One Night Ultimate werewolf." He gives Riana's hand a gentle squeeze. He nods slightly to Trevor as if to reassure his friend, and takes a seat on the sofa. "So basically, all yah got ta do is lie. Ah t'ink Ah c'n 'andle dat."
Riana Mackenzie      Somehow, through some miracle Riana manages to keep a straight face. She does not, however, look Remy right in the eyes, instead glancing about everywhere -but- at him. "You're such a lousy liar," she deadpans. "Honest as a politician."

Mae looks completely, utterly confused by the rules as Trevor explains them. "Wow, that sounds pretty convoluted. But it'll be fun." Sidling just a -tiny- bit closer to him, she smiles shyly. "So let's play!"
Remy LeBeau :grins a bit, "It /seems/ like it but once you get into it a few rounds it's really easy." He says with a grin setting up the app to instruct tme as he lets each player choose a card and then they all close there eyes..."
Riana Mackenzie      A few rounds later, poor Mae doesn't look any less confused, but she's laughing along with everyone else. She even seems to be warming up to Trevor, leaning over to bump shoulders with him. "You've got a lousy poker face," she teases him. "But so do I."

Riana pouts as she looks over at Remy. "How do you do it? You win almost every. Freaking. Round. It's nuts."
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau shrugs a bit, "Same as Ah told yah de last time we played poker chere," He says with a grin. "Yah play de cards. But Ah play yah." He stands when the doorbell rings and Jack starts dancing. "Mamma already burned yah a pizza pup, dis one foh de 'umans." The one eyed dog makes something akin to a pout and wonders over to the table where the suckers... I mean people are. Trevor grins shaking his head. "It is a bit uncanny, I've never seen someone be on the winning team five times in a row. Twice as the Tanner." He looks at Mae, "So what do you do, if you don't mind my asking?"
Riana Mackenzie      "I'm just working over at Old Navy in Salem Center, while I'm studying to teach special ed classes," Mae replies. "It's kind of tight sometimes but I know it'll be worth it. What about you?" Just then, the doorbell rings, accompanied by the heavenly aroma of yeasty, fresh crust, ooey gooey cheese, and myriad meaty and fruity toppings that mingle into a melange of scents fit to tempt the pickiest of eaters.

Riana grins at Remy, leaning over to whisper something very saucy to him, her words for his ears only. Of course, she has to look all innocent as she straightens up, reaching down to pet Jack. "You had some already, silly pooch."
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau brings over the pizza boxes while Trevor clears the table of the game tiles. "I work for the Regional Preternatural Investigations Team of the Federal Burough of Investigations. It's pronounced Rip-it for short." He says with a bit of a grin. Remy opens one of the boxes, makes a face and passes itr to Mae and Trevor, the aroma of baked pineapple wafting into the air. "It's like W.A.N.D," Remy offers, "But more Federal an' less...SWORD
Riana Mackenzie      "Wow." Mae sort of seems to shrink down a bit, glancing down at her shoes as she scuffs her toes along the floor. "Pretty impressive. I bet you've seen some pretty weird stuff." She's gone a bit more mousey-quiet, the pride in her chosen career path set to the side. How could she possibly measure up to something like that? Riana gets up and helps with the burden of the pizza boxes, finding varied and sundry clear spots on the coffee table, side table, couch, anywhere she can to set out the edibles for eating. "One of these days I'll make something without burning it. Then local eateries will go out of business!"
Remy LeBeau Trevor grins a bit. "It has it's moments sure. In fact we just captured these magic belts that can turn people into werewolves, but stripped away their sanity making them mindless killing machines." She shakes his head a bit, "But honestly what you do sounds more impressive. I mean it's not as flashy? But you're literally changing lives one at a time." Remy smirks a bit, grabbing some of his pig and fungus pizza and slipping aside with Ri. "Now, C'n Ah cook, or c'n Ah cook?" he asks with playfulness, gesturing to the pair.
