Owner Pose
Remy LeBeau It'd been a week. Remy had called Riana on his way out of town explaining that there was Family business he needed to deal with and he'd be incomunicato for a bit over a week. Well it's ben a bit over a week and he left a text twenty minutes ago. saying "On my way to your place, so kick your other boyfriends out. I want you all to myself."
Riana Mackenzie      There could only be one reply to such a missive from one's better half. Riana's eyes twinkled with mischief as her phone did its little buzzing dance, reading the message thereupon. She was, of course, just coming out of the shower, and swathed in towels from head to toe, with windows open and the lingering, acrid scent of her latest cooking attempt hanging in the air.

<<They'll be very put out, cher, but I'll tell them.>>
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau's reply is simple but susinct. ":-P" And few minutes later, announced by Jack's vigorous barking, Remy smile and opens the door. He grins, getting down on one knee and ruffling the puppy's ears with a smile. "Mama committing dinner again, huh?" he asks taking out a styrofoam box and setting it on the floor for the doggo. He smiles a bit then looking for Riana, holding two red roses and a white.
Riana Mackenzie      By this time, of course, Riana had changed from towels, to simple black slacks and a sleeveless black silk tunic top, and was just running a brush through her fiery red hair. "Well, we know which side Jack's bread is buttered on!" she quips, laughing at the rather enthusiastic greeting from canine to two-legged papa. Hers was equally so, as she pulled Remy close and kissed him fit to skip from Spring straight on into Summer. "Welcome home," she purrs.
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau smiles, returning the kiss with equal passion, though careful not to crush the flowers between them. As the kiss parts he grins slightly, "Now if Ah didn' know bettah chere, Ah might start ta t'ink yah missed me." He says with a bit of a smirk. He leans in and inhales deeply, "It's good ta be 'ome chere..."
Riana Mackenzie      "I did miss you," Riana replies, grinning right back at Remy. She takes a moment to rest her forehead against his, allowing herself a deep sigh of contentment as she simply relished his homecoming.

But all was not as it seemed, for the bedroom window was flung wide open, transluscent curtains fluttering in the breeze. And out the window, what looked like a rope of bedsheets had been flung, as if someone were making a hasty escape....
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau looks ovr as warm Summer breeze blows from the open window. The rope bedsheet actually makes him chuckle a bit. "Don' tell me, one of dem couldn' get out in time?"
Riana Mackenzie      Riana chuckles softly to herself. By the way the bedsheet rope was hanging from the window, there was still something attached to the end of it! "You might as well pull the poor sod up and see for yourself, cher," she finally answers, covering her mouth with her hand and trying not to smile -too- much. Oh, my, my.
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau smirks a little bit, "Or maybe Ah jus' start charging de rope an' see 'ow fast he c'n climb down, hmm?" he says with a smirk as he heads into the room, tossing his trench coat over the bed and leaning out of the window to see what is there to see.
Riana Mackenzie      On the end of the rope, there is no person or mortal being to be seen. Rather, there is a package wrapped in shimmering silvery holographic paper, attached to the end of the rope. Riana's just grinning from ear to ear, and by now, she's starting to laugh. "I don't think this one's going to be climbing anywhere, cher. Better haul it inside."
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau grins slightly as he hauls the object in and unwraps it. A slight twinkle on his eyes despite his tone managing to sound morose. "Oh Ah see, Not sure Ah c'n actually compete wit' dis one. guess Ah'll jus' 'ave ta leave yah bot' ta be 'appy. Maybe get back wit' mah ex wife... C'n Ah at least still visit de dog?"
Riana Mackenzie      Riana laughs and kisses Remy with fierce passion, holding him rather tightly. "You're not going anywhere, cher. And if you do, I'm going with you. You're stuck with me, and nobody could ever compete with -you-." Brushing an errant bit of hair away from those hellfire eyes, she smiles, eyes twinkling with mirth. "And where we go, Jack goes."
Remy LeBeau Of course, knowing that he is the current topic of conversation causes jack to jump and bark happily around them both, everyone getting liberally wacked with his oversized tail. Remy places the action figure up on top of the dresser in a location Jack has not been able to chew anything (yet) and smiles. "Ah love it. Dough between yah an' me Ah more inta baby Yoda."
Riana Mackenzie      Riana grins, reaching down to give that derpy doggo a scratch behind his lopsided ears. "Well, how would it have looked to have The Child on the end of that bedsheet rope instead of Mando?" Whap-whap-whap-whap. "Jack! Calm down, you silly pooch!"
Remy LeBeau Remy LeBeau grins just a little bit, trying to move out of Jack's tail's 270 degree range of attack. "Well, depends on if he in dat cute lil floaty t'ing of 'is. Den he more like a christmas orniment." He says with a grin, finally grabbing the dog by the collar to more forcibly escourt him from the room.
