Peter Quill Typically, Peter makes it a point to come around to the Titan Tower at least a week every month, if not more... when Koriand'r isn't flying with the Guardians in the Milano, that is.

This week, he landed a shuttle pod on the rooftop (having equipped it with a cloaking field recently) and has been staying at the tower while Kori has been busy with other things.

In a pair of red swim trunks, Peter has been going back and forth in the rooftop pool, making laps.
Koriand'r Koriand'r emerges from downstairs wearing an itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny yellow polka-dot bikini, stretching happily as she heads into the pool. "Oh, Peter! I didn't realize you were around." She then shrugs and jumps into the pool and starts to swim too.
Peter Quill Hearing someone while in the water tends to be hard... but it seems not for Peter, who sticks his head out of the water and looks in Kori's direction. "I thought I left a-it doesn't matter. What matters is yes, I'm here. I have a bit of time before I head back out. There have been Brood sightings recently and I'm taking a break before I jump into /that/ particular mess."

Eventually, he swims off to one side, and he leans against the side of the pool, watching her. "What have you been doing with your time?"
Koriand'r Koriand'r frowns. "Brood...." She shivers softly as she moves to float near you on the edge of hte pool too. "I've been doing modeling shoots for that pro-mutant magazine. I support their cause, for.... as far as humans are concerned, I look different enough to be among their number, so why not? It's all tasteful though, don't worry."
Peter Quill "Brood." Peter confirms, his arm coming out to wrap around her shoulder and pull her to him. "Might be isolated incidents, but if they're not... no one in the galaxy wants to deal with an assault." Peter shrugs slightly, "You didn't do anything risque before we became a thing, right?"
Koriand'r Koriand'r nods. "No... we don't want those... things.... around. And.... as for the other question..." She shrugs. "I've done some.... risque... things before. But I try to 'behave' these days. PUblic image is important, especially if you're.... different." She smiles softly. "I know I'm beautiful, but it's in a way that's.... different... and there are some bigots. I don't want to give them any ammo."
Peter Quill "Terran society doesn't seen to have gotten any better in that regard. One of the main reasons I don't want to move back here." Peter chuckles, his eyes going to the water, to her chest, "Nude, or something more?"
Koriand'r Koriand'r shrugs. "Just poses. I don't believe in monetary compensation for such things. But that's small potatoes. Are the Brood close to this area? We don't want them around here - yes, we have some heroes, but the rest of the planet is relatively primitive."
Peter Quill "The group I found was out near the outskirts of Nova space. Might be an isolated incident... but I doubt it. Those things never go beyond their space without numbers." Peter informs her with a hint of seriousness. "We have a client already interested in having us scout for more along the borders of their turf. I'll let you know if I find anything."
Koriand'r Koriand'r nods slowly. "Very good. I've been fortunate enough never to have encountered their ilk. I pray to X'Hal that I never do." She shivers. "But if you need antoher warrior.... call me."
Peter Quill There's a moment as Peter watches her, then he brings his grip around her shoulders tighter as he relaxes into the pool, "It /would/ be an excuse to spend time together." Peter notes, non-chalantly.
Koriand'r Koriand'r nods. "Maybe we should go to the Milano to check on the intelligence. I probably should let the Justice League know. They have contacts wtih the Nova Corps I think." She smiles as she gestures towards athe pod.
Peter Quill "If you'd like. We know plenty of Novans though, so don't worry about that." Peter stands up then, his arm around her shoulders directing her to the pod as they move along, "Maybe you'll see something I missed."
