Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Smiles softly she's in her Shehulk green self as motions to the other young man "Red Robin please come in.. have a seat " She says her voice rather strong and loud " Can I get you some coffee? or tea? " She asks as she moves to sit down herself her chair creaks a bit with her weight.. But she ignores it " So! I think your here because, your being called as a witness in a jury session and we wanna brush up on what to expect!
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods his head a bit as he has came in costume since it was a meeting for Red Robin, not for Tim. He looks around and finds himself a seat and offers Jennifer a nod "I am a bit more used to Gotham, but I have been to a few cases in New York,"
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Laughs " Yeah I know , I have an office in gotham but it got blwon up so here we are " She chuckles " Normally I only go when batman calls me in for some help " . She taps her chin " This time he says the laywers rather tricky .. so he figured you could use some tips and tricks and I will ask you some questions .. to get you used to what you might face " .
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods his head a bit to this. He is quiet and listening for now. The young man does seem to be paying attention at least.
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Nods her head a little big and sighs, " Alright, now my understanding is they are calling you as a witness to a crime as well as one of the people who brought in the criminals.. They were caught stealing from an armored car.. but they are on trial for murder because on of the guards was killed when they struck the truck and blew the doors to get inside, correct? "
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods his head to this and says "I got there just a bit before they hit the truck, but I did have a drone in the air on the way in. I have a copy of the recording, but it has been altered to remove some of the info fields I have with it."
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Nods her head " Are you 18? and how do we know the video wasn't tampered with to show what you want us to see? "
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods a bit and says "Yes, I am a legal adult, and that is part of why I did not lead with it, knowing it is probably not able to be used."
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Nods " Oh that's okay this is just the kinda left field questions the other lawyer might spring on you.. So when they ask you about the footage just state this is the footage you took with your drone.. don't give the extra infromation unless they ask "
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods a bit to this and will offer her the tape and says "I figured they would ask about modified right off the bat." He admits.
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Shakes her head " You'd be surprised unelss they had an expert tell them it's been tampered with or you give up that info they will not used it.. but if you give it to them they will attack your age.. and if this has been changed to suit your wants and needs.. "
Tim Drake	Tim Drake looks over and says "Well, I could wear a suit with the mask, but I think that might look even weirder than showing up in costume." He offers with a smile and says "At least I am using the Red Robin name, and not just Robin, I am sure that would cause more issues
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Nods her head " yeah show up in your super hero suit.. that's protected by law.. If they go after you for it they are just giving the other side ammo to attack with it.. if your there to be witness your job is to describe what you saw and what happened.. but don't provide extra details unless asked.. if the defense does ask give short curt answers
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods his head a bit to this and says "Yes, and no, when ever possible got it."
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters Snaps her fingers with a big smile though that snap might be much louder than it needs to be " You got it " She chuckles . "People wanna tell a story the issue is that's what lawyers use to twist what you said or did "
Tim Drake	Tim Drake nods his head a bit and says "We have had some training for them as well, I know what I can say here to you is different than what I should say in the courtroom
Jennifer Walters	Jennifer Walters nods her head "Right but this is a good place to practice a bit of what your gonna say and see if you leave yourself open and what not.. " She smiles " in this case since your being the place of a witness, just stick to answering the questions with clear facts, the defense will try and use your age and that your a vigilante to try and low your credibility.. but that's to distract from the fact you're a witness."
