Nadia Pym There is a grave matter at hand in Titans Tower. A shocking situation which could rock the team to it's core. The Television is not working.

DUN DUN DUH.

Normally this would be fixed by someone like Cyborg. Given he's responsible for most of the Tower's technical systems. But alas he's not here and the self repairing systems have so far failed to restore normal service. Right now there's just static on every channel and not even the game systems will work.

But fear not! For the Unstoppable Wasp is hard at work. Which is why the television is also seemingly emitting some very rude words in Russian at a high pitch. As a tiny super genius tries to locate what the issue is. It's only a matter of time before she'll get full service restored. But until then the team will have to do something unthinkable in modern society make small talk.

Unless they just start looking at their phones and/or a good book that is...
Koriand'r Koriand'r Teeth chatters, and she STARES.. nervous at the static, before she twirls and flops on top of Raven.. " The TV is broken.. what do we do, friend? "

The tall scantily clad orange girl using her very tall frame to drape over her much more dour and dark bestie.. as they watch nadia hard at work..

They also selectively blank their brains every time she swears so their ears don't have to be blasted by that! Kori looks over. " GO GO, friend Nadia, you will destroy!. " she frowns. "Is it destroy or fix? " . she asks Raven.
Rachel Roth The horror. Now what could she ignore while she read from the book in her lap? The dark-haired daughter of the demon was currently sipping away at a small mug of tea while the others despair and tinker.

Or she was, right up until there was a sudden orange-skinned princess blocking her line of sight. "You know which one Kori," she muses softly, lowering the book for the moment to sip her drink. "We don't hear quite as many villains yelling about fixing buildings."
Nadia Pym "It's okay everyone," Nadia assures. This time in unaccented English and without the cursing. "I think I have identified the source of the troubles. There's something weird in the bluray player which overloaded the..." She makes a huh noise. "Well that is /new/. Also how did someone get pepperoni in here..." Probably the answer is Gar. "Ick. I think we need to do some serious Spring cleaning around here soon..."

There's a sparking noise and the smell of burnt electronics.

"Oops. Don't worry I can reroute that," she mutters. "Just hitting the eject now and..." There's a ping as the disc drive opens and something flies out.

It's an extremely odd disc. Probably it's of alien or alternate dimensional origin. A red, white, and blu-ray. Compressing so much information the systems in the media box couldn't process it and have crashed.

"Now I just need someone to check the batteries on the remote while I reboot it."
Koriand'r Koriand'r blinks and gaps " Oh thank you friend Nadia .. I was wondering where that was " she beams and grabs the disk " That has all the data on the black holes " . She grins and puts the Tameran disk away, forgetting she's part of the issue .. She'll just blame Gar.

She sits back down next to Raven and peeks at what she's reading. Before she sends a bolt into ravens tea to heat it up.. she knows her friend tends to drink it slower when it's cold.
Rachel Roth The flash of green while her tea was held aside brings a blink, but there's a murmer of thanks from the spooky titan as she shrugs her shoulders once more and gives a lift of her book. It's a little shift, her own book some fantasy fiction she'd picked out while Kori gets a little sidelong tilt of her head. "I guess the region compatability isn't intergalactic."
Nadia Pym "It should be according to the manual," Nadia replies from within the machine. "I think there was some mustard on the disc too. And that's caused complications." She sighs. "It's honestly like someone put a whole slice of pizza in here."

Probably because they did. Maybe the disc was being used like a plate...

"Almost done. Hit the on button for me? On the remote. I need to know it's all working before I wrap up in here!"

Her wings flutter within the device as she moves around. There's a little glowing as her gauntlets fire to solder connections back into place.

"Is it a good book?" she wonders. "That you're reading that is. I'm looking on the security feeds so I can monitor changes in the TV screen..."
Rachel Roth "Pizza and electronics don't tend to work all that well," she begins, a little tilt of her head before she shrugs her shoulders. "Not just bad for us, huh?" she muses softly before slipping her hands to close her book and hug it to her chest. "It's fine," she offers, a little flare of black energy flicking to hit the 'on' button as they sit there.
Nadia Pym And we have LIFE.

The TV begins making noises and the picture returns. As once again the media centre is able to connect and process information again.

Although there is a slight concern that the TV is set to the cooking channel. Who knows what dangers Kori watching food shows might cause. Probably it'd be best to quickly chance to something Raven likes. Like the news or a documentary about something esoteric.

Maybe even a show about cartoon ponies?

"Great that seems to have fixed it. Now I think I need to have a shower to get whatever this slime is off me. And then get whatever it is into the lab to check it's not self aware or anything /weird/."

The petite Russian sighs. Who knew fixing home entertainment & media systems could be so much work? Why did Cyclops design it to be so complex? So many mysteries.

"You two will be okay watching stuff without me for a bit?" she wonders. The question largely rhetorical. Of course Raven and Kori can watch TV unsupervised. Probably hugging Rachel will even stop Kori from trying to cook. "I'm sure we'll find time to hang out and chat again soon!"
