Skye Johnson Skye hadn't been out for.. good lord.. over a year. Possibly two. Might be three?

Sure she had gone out with Clint. And she had stopped by McAnally's Pub for supper. But for a drink? Specifically for a drink? It had been before she and Clint broke. Frankly? She wasn't a bar girl. Unless there was pool/

Skye was a hustler, plain and simple when a pool table was involved. She used to win money to eat when she was younger. And now that she had vibrational powers, it was to easy to win.

11 O'clock.

Friday night.

All things considered, it was a quiet night. For which Skye was thankful. Getting a booth before anyone beat her to it, she ordered a draft. She didn't even care what type it was. The mission: To order a drink. Drink the drink with a minimum sips of.. say.. five sips. To wait a minimum of five minutes when she had drunk her drink. And then - and only then - leave.

Oh. One more thing: She was not allowed to open up anything that might be able to connect to the internet. The object for this evening was to meet people. Or have the potential of meeting them.
Jacen There is something to be said for a new watering hole. Given that he is still new to the area, they are all new. Still he is looking for a place to frequent and so as he was driving by, he slows at looks at the place.

Driving says he can't have a lot, but he's always good for having one. He pulls the truck into a parking area and then comes in a few minutes later. He looks the place over and steps away from the door before starting towards the bar.
Skye Johnson Luke's wasn't somewhere Skye was a regular - that would have been Josie's. With the gang all gone, she didn't want to walk in and find Clint with a gril. Not that she begrudged him, just he had gotten so far underneath her shell.. let's just say she wasn't ready to take that big a step moving forward.

Little steps. Right?

She taken her second (of five!) sips, whether gaze wandered to the door.

A low laugh came from her, as she waited for him to notice her.
Jacen Pushing his hat back a litttle, Jacen slips the med pack off his waist and hangs it on his shoulder. He is just ordering a beer with pauses and looks over the bar. Something getting his attention. Eyes scan...scan...oh look.

He smirks a little and step away from the bar with a beer and starts her way. A nod to her drink and he asks,"So you have room for one more?"
Skye Johnson Skye lifts her drink, as she nods to the other side of the table. As if to say 'come sit'.
Jacen Setting the bag on the chair next to where he sits down, Jacen settles and then pushes his hat back a little,"Been a minute. How ya doin'?" he asks. He looks around the room for a moment and then settles his attention back on her again,"Thanks f'r th' welcome."
Skye Johnson Skye settles back into her chair. "You do count as a person, right? I mean, I can check you off. If I stay the whole half an hour, I will have completed a trifecta. Not not for a Friday night."

She laughs, mostly to herself.

"How are you since last time we met?"
