Kate Bishop	While Kate Bishop, the younger and way more skilled archer known as Hawkeye does not really need the money. She does actually like doing detective work. She even has licences to operate in several states. New Jersey being one of them. Though unlike most tights wearing detectives that operate with or without licenses in Gotham. Kate is actually doing mundane stuff. It's hard to tell since an attractive woman in very tight leather in shades of purple sitting on a rooftop with a quiver and bow on her back messing with a telescoping lens attached to a video camera aimed down at a window across the street might give people the wrong idea. At least there's currently no bat signal. At least the leathers help keep her warm while a deck chair, a thermos and a trash bin that has some contents on fire add to the not thawing ting. Stakeouts are the worst. But divorce cases pay well despite how messy they can get.

Kate Bishop	"The 445 is less likely to freeze in a Gotham Winter." Kate recognizes the voice from that one time back in Manhattan. So she turns pretty casually. But at least she's not drawing her bow. "Crap. I didn't just land in the middle of crime did I?" figure best ask. She quickly gets her phone out and replays some of the footage she already has, the Bluetooth connection allowing for higher storage. Just her client's wife cheating on her with a cute babysitter again. "Cause if I have to fight crime I'm probably going to have a very pointed attitude towards it." she adds and stuffs her phone back into a pocket in her jacket. an extra layer of zipup hoodie visible underneath. "How are you not covered in more goosebumps than a flock flying south?" clearly distracted by Harley's outfit.
Harley Quinn	Harley Quinn Pulls out her camera and shows it's in a knitted cozy. " If you put a cozy, it works out fine," she beams and shows it off. " See ' She grins. " I'm not doing crimes," she grins. " I made a promise to my boyfriend." She winks . she plops her own plump butt onto the edge and swings her legs back and forth " Oh a cheating, how normal, " she grins and looks down " What's wrong with my outfit? Kate Bishop	The viewscreen on the camera still shows the action but being straight from the source, Kate doesn't get the reviewing ability she gets from her phone. At least she isn't fighting the blonde. The client later on might be a different matter. They never like having their fears confirmed. "It's not that the outfit looks bad. Far from it!" she has to admit that Harley does look great. "I swear it's like every chick I know with superpowers gets to not freeze. And here I am thinking I should go get a parka over all this and I'm wearing thermals!" There might be a hint of jealousy in her voice there.
Harley Quinn	Harley Quinn Smirks a little big " i got something for ya .. " She slides a tiny white hand right into Kate's shirt and against her skin with her warm little hand.. and you feel a small square.. in moments, it slowly warms up. " Heating square. I can get a friend to make an outfit with them.. and upgrade your super suit that shows ya off with it so you don't freeze " . She winks, " I don't feel cold, but my ex Ivy, she hated it, so I made those squares last about 8 hrs " .

If just to get upgrades to my existing stuff." what she is wearing usually leans more towards looking more like civilian biker gear. But just a little extra on the internal armoring. She can afford it at least. "Knowing my luck, there's a waiting list and it'll be mid summer by the time I get it!" she says with a playful chuckle.

Between the layers under all that leather and the pad that got attached, she's positively toasty! "I think there's a few bow and arrow chicks that qualify for that descripition.
