Sinister Meanwhile, where the event in Lux is DUE to be rolling out with auctions and lavishment of inordinate amounts of funds....

The bar is a comfortable spot. Slipping his hand around a drink that's blood red, but doesn't appear to be a Bloody Mary at least, Sinister gives space to the other VIPS that might require libation of an expensive variety. A gesture is made toward one of the larger alcoves and eyes caught on one particular server with which he has an arrangement -- for those that know, Janice works almost exclusively for him. She appears to be more or less normal, except that mind control of any kind does not appear to work on her. She's otherwise, just a person. One that can bench press a keg without issue, but still just a person. She nods at him. She'll also be on the eye out for those that need redirections...

"I'm sure that the biddings are going to take up the next couple of hours at least, whilst the chitty needs to be filled. So..." looking like a human has its advantages, even if it is a very well dressed one in a heart-covered waistcoat. He managed to make the macabre look fashionable on the silk though -- those are human hearts, aortas, ventricles, pulmonary arteries aplenty, but they're very nicely embroidered in a couple of shades of red.

"We've got company, by the by." To Nick. There'll be some extreme server clout brought to bear, given the volume required to cater to Cain Marko. But the whiskey is damn fine, even the cheap stuff.
Nick Pale eyes look over to Sinister. Nick lowers his glass containing a simple amount of bourbon. "What type of company?" he asks aloud. Considering the amount of persons showing up, company is a bit of a vague term. Trouble or friendly?

Due to the nature of the evening, Nick is proving that he can deliver when it comes to dressing up. As a nod to the theme of the event, the musician is wearing black dress pants paired with black lapeled deep red jacket op with a textured motif. The white of the dress shirt pops in contrast with the rest of the outfit while the black tie balances it out. His long hair has been pulled back with a black satin ribbon that forms a slight bow where the hair is gathered.

The performer's head turns, glancing to the entrance to the VIP area to see who might be showing up.
