Till	Residential areas are usually great places to find bits of nature, if only because residents prefer flowers to stinky office buildings in their backwards. And where they have the space, most want a yard of some kind. And parks! Flower parks! As it so turns out, Till has been cruising for just that, places where he can sort of commune with nature. He's in a small park, sitting in a large flower bed, his back against a tree, looking as if all is right with the world. Very pleased in fact, because there are TULIPS here! RED tulips, no less! He's in his human form here, a teenager in a threadbare t-shirt and jeans, and battered sneakers. So it doesn't look all that weird to the casual observer. But the not-so-casual observer -- particularly if they're magically inclined -- might be able to sense a bit of the Fair Folk in him. More than a bit, in fact; he's just a Wyldfae with no real power or title, so his magic isn't that great. It's only because he's invested so much energy in his human form that he's able to appear like this anyway. But anyway yes -- those with a magical eye will know that the teen in the flowerbed is not a typical teen, by any stretch of the imagination. It's Fae magic, if one can recognize it by sense.
Kaelyn	She's escaped from the store! Yaaay! Sooo her workers kinda gave her the boot as she'd been engrossed heavily in a 'small' project of hers, one that's been taking up all her time lately. "Damned construct..." she mutters, yah so she was basically an artifice-created dragon for 10 hours the other day cause she couldn't figure out how to get out of her creation... "Better than 12 hours..." She mutters, then she pauses, something interesting being caught out of the corner of her eye. She does a bit of a double take and tilts her head before grinning "Wow, Bludhaven's gotta have the biggest concentration of magic and magical peoples in the tri-state area... " Kae's not been over to Stephen Stranges neck of the woods yet or she might change her tune. Kae glances around a bit, then tugs a thermos from her backpack, glancing at it and shrugging before she also grabs a canvas-like cooler object and she wanders into the park, the woman taking up a place at a nearby tree before she begins to lay out her food...
Till	The teenager doesn't seem to notice Kaelyn until food comes out. After a moment, his green eyes open, and he tilts his head up to sniff at the air. He turns his head to see Kaelyn, and then watches the whole not-quite picnic thing being laid out. Oddly, a moment later he starts going through his pockets for something. He finds little bits of trash and other things that he thought were interesting, but that's about it. At this he seems to pout. Whatever it was that he's looking for, he doesn't seem to have found it.
Kaelyn	Kae doesn't really hae much out, she has a grilled italian sandwitch, some chips, a few Beignets and of course her green tea... well the Green tea late... She pours some from the thermos and picks up a sandwitch hat to nibble on as she contemplates how to fix her latest construct, the woman going through countless spells and such in her head while she thinks of a way to make it so that she can possibly put the construct on and take it off at will... She then notices the person in rags, and tilts her head curiously, before she sets the other sandwich half on a napkin, as well as a generous portion of chips and a beinget... She then tries to grab his attention as she says "Y'can have some if you like." She says as she nudges the portion his way.
Till	The words grab his attention all right, and he looks her way. And then looks at the food she's set out. He blinks, then looks up at her. "...I don't really have anything I can trade for it," he offers. Yup. That's a Fae. The whole 'gifts' thing. Still, he stands up from his seat in the flowers, and heads over to where Kaelyn is. Notably, there's not a single flower crushed or bent. He sits down near her, but not too near. Tilts his head. He doesn't takes the sandwich yet. But then he asks something odd. "...Can you see me?" He's probably not talking about mundanely.
Kaelyn	Kae smirks and casually tugs her pendant free, it marks her planely as a member of the magickal community and probably a mage. At least for those who are in the know. She then motions to her store, the Enchanted Grounds.. While not completely active the wards are still quite visible from over here... "My store... " She says and nudges the food closer to Till. "I realize acts of kindness can often be a human thing, but it is what it is... You looked hungry, there's food. Take it if you wish." Kae says simply and smirks. "So what brings you here?" she asks curiously, then glances around and smiles slightly as she looks at the small park.. "I have the back area of my shop planted and it's a garden, there's also an Earth circle back there too if you feel you are needing of some respite. My shop is a place of safety to all those who do no harm to the shop or those within." Kae says and grins a bit... She then lightly waves a hand and a metal cup just flickers into existance. Kae pours some of her macha late into the cup and sets that next to the cotton napkin with the food on it.
Till	"Well... It's not just that," the teen notes. "I'm not supposed to take something without giving something of equal value. Otherwise I owe a favor, and owing favors is bad." At least he's willing to explain it plainly, even if the reason why isn't understandable. He does look over at the store then, and blinks. If he can see the wards or not, something about it seems to surprise him. He looks back as she reveals the pendant, and his eyes go a bit wide. The explanation and the appearance of the cup get a smile. "Ohhh... I think I have something to offer in return after all," he notes. THEN he picks up the sandwich. "Thanks!" he offers brightly. "If you can find me a little vial, about this big--" His fingers indicate something about the size of a normal test tube "--Then I can offer something of equal value."
Kaelyn	Kae ummms, then taps her chin, then smiles "Tell you what, Come behind my shop at some point, help me get my garden to grow well and help me maintain it and in trade, you can have a place to rest and eat any time you wish it... Would that be fare?" She asks curiously. "I do not have the best.. 'green' thumb out there, and would rather not have to use spells to try and cheat things... I find that while I can make clockworks and constructs that help till soil, and tend plants, it does not do as well as a live hand tending the plants." she says then tilts her head curiously. Yup Kae's studied the fae, and maybe she can also help someone and at the same time get some help her self... "I'm honestly having a hard time with the mandrake, and some other plants I use in production of potions. I'd much rather not have to pay vast sums to make them, otherwise it becomes harder to maintain my prices... So you see, if you come, and help, it would be most appreciated... Also I can offer some money so you can see to things and buy in the human world as well."
Till	Till nods. "That sounds fair -- I help maintain your space and in return I can spend some time there," he decides. That does sound like a fair exchange to him. Surely none of his superiors would be upset about that. As for not having the best green thumb? The teen smirks. "That's... kind of my thing, though. So I can help you out." He nods about madrakes. "They're very particular about soil quality and water amounts. Just be careful when you pick them -- if they're the type that screams, it can kill you."
Kaelyn	Kae laughs and nods "Yus I am quite familiar with them.. I have plenty items to protect one from the screams." Kae says with a smile "My specialty being Artificing, and all I make many an enchanted item. I can supply you with the tools you need to handle such a thing..." she then grins a bit "Soo, I take it this arrangement is fair?" She asks, then offers to shake hands on it.
Till	The teen nods, and reaches to shake Kaelyn's hand. It's a bit of an awkward gesture -- Till's seen people do it, but doesn't really make it a habit of touching other people, so he hasn't practiced much at it. Once he pulls his hand back, he notes, "Oh right. My name's Till," he offers. If he's going to be helping her out with plants, it's probably a good idea to have a name, right? Otherwise she'd be calling him 'hey you', and that wouldn't be good.
Kaelyn	Kae smiles and nods "I'm Kaelyn... Kaelyn Silverleaf, pleasure to make your aquaintance." she offers, then motions to her shop, and points at the gate that leads to the yard in the back... "That's where you need to go, you can also talk to Wendy, Tina or Tanya if you do not find me... If you like I can set up an apartment in the back if that helps." she offers and grins just a bit.
Till	"Pleased to meet you!" Till all but chirps. As for making up an apartment? "Oh, that won't be necessary," he assures Kaelyn, with a grin. "I don't take up a lot of space." Since she knows he's a fae anyway, she probably won't be surprised when he shows up there all tiny. And like that, he can just sleep in one of the flowers. "Besides, if I'm going to help the plants grow big, I'll need to be in contact with them a vast majority of my time there."
Kaelyn	Kae grins a bit.. "Allright... There's a bit of a hollow in one of the trees if that makes life easy... Anyhow couple minor rules, but I think it shouldnt be too hard. Ya come up to the sales floor, that's the front room, just be as you are, human in form. I can provide some better clothes if you like. It's open to the public and all and normal folk wander about" she says and grins.. "Also take it easy with the items in the back should you come into the back rooms of the shop, lots of artifacts, circles wards and tomes back there along with potions and the like... Ask what it is before you pick something up." she says and shrugs "Pretty simple."
Till	Till nods! "Oh, definitely! If that's the sales floor, I'll keep this shape while I'm there," he promises. As for clothes? "I can probably find some stuff to make clothes out of. I prefer doing that anyway. Though if you're also paying me, I can buy stuff. I understand money better than I used to."
Kaelyn	Kae grins a bit and nods.. "Well as agreed food and drink is yours while you help... You will also receive money too." Kae says and then stands, the woman putting her stuff away... She then slides the third beignet toward Till. "I have to go and check on a project." She says with a slight smile.
Till	Till nods. "Thanks! I'll check in later today, if that's all right?" he asks. He will indeed accept the beignet! He eats more than it looks like -- that energy for magic has to come from somewhere!
Till	Till says, "That's OK, neither of my characters have wiki pages either."
Till	Till only has OCs, doesn't figure anybody's curious enough about them to waste wiki space on them.
