Black Canary     Another night in Gotham, and another rooftop with Dinah jogging across it. The moon is partially full, but the ambient light from the city itself makes it fairly easy to see, even if it's shadowy in places. And she's not going anywhere tonight, specifically anyway. Just...rooftop running. Planning otu a route for her new student to take, next time they work on her free running and parkour abilities. We can't all have a grapple gun after all, and Canary's other means of locomotion is a bit...loud.

Still, she slows, panting a bit as she lets her breath steady, absently, checking her pulse, then nods slightly to herself. "Well...back in shape after being on tour, anyway...." she murmurs to herself.
Kate Kane     From rooftop to rooftop Kate finds herself jumping, her movements swift and certain. She does her best to avoid eing seen. It's easy enough for a shadow. No words, just he occasional glimpse of crimson from her birlliant hair and beneath her cape. That only if someone is looking. Which - Dinah might well be, given that she is currently on the move as well. The crimson bat is ony a couple of rooftops away b y now and they seem to be sharing a goal. Exercise, of all things.
But would Dinah even recognize Batwoman? She's got a fairly high profile but she's hardly Batman.
Black Canary     The flash of red and movement causes Dinah to glance over sharply, then to grin a bit to herself, before she angles towards where the other woman is heading, breaking into a ground eating stride as she leaps form rooftop to rooftop, bounding towards her.
Kate Kane Batwoman turns in mid stride, her cape billowing out behind her in a flood of brilliant red as she does. For a second blue eyes stare out past the Black Canary and toward the city. She takes a deep breath, the movement faintl ybvisible in her form. Finally Kate asks in a deep, rich, husky voice, "How far do you run in a night?" She loosk up. "i used to run out in the countryside. I could track it by the stars. But there aren't any stars here. Except for us. Black Canary?" She is only half asking.
Black Canary     Dinah lands in a crouch as she clears the last rooftop, then straightens, sauntering over at a more leisurely place. "Heh...I don't think one road tour qualifies me..." she says amusedly. "Though you certainly have the eye catching down. It's the hair." She grins a bit. "And it's Dinah, when it's just us like this." she offers.
Kate Kane     "Is it??" Kate asks, a hint of a smile working across her lips. "Why bother wearing a costume?" then she shrugs once and nods, turning slightly as she does. "one tour," sshe repeats back quietly. "I haven't found something to get involvedi n yet. It makes me nervous. Like they'redown there planning for something terrible. Are you on patrol tonight? I haven't seen you out this way before."
Black Canary     "Well it'd be a bit chilly if I did it nude." Dinah says without batting an eye, her lips curving up in a faint smile. "And it'd be a bit bouncy." She tilts her head. "A tour? Hmm." She puts her hands on her hips. "Not tonight, I was mapping out a path for a student of mine to take next time I run her through her drills. Spoiler, do you know her? New sorta Bat crew kids. Batgirl's taken a shine to her."
Kate Kane     "Spoiler? We haven't met. I don't have much of a dialogue with Batgirl either." There's a frown on Kate's perfectly red lips and she turns to look out into the city for a moment. "Mapping out a route for one of Batman's brood, hm?" She pauses here for a second and then takes a deep breath. "I was hoping you would have seen something. It doesn't matter." she starts for the far side of the roof.
