Vulcan	He had been looking for information in a lot of places, but finally decided that, as handy as the Encyclopedia Vulcanis was, it wasn't the internet. He needed someone who could pour through virtual space and see if there were any salient details for what he was looking for. It was a long shot but it was better than no shot at all. As he began looking around, realizing that he was hardly any kind of expert, he realized that this would initially be trickier than it looked. Someone of absolute mastery could damage his gear or would be someone who might not bother to respond, but someone too corrupt or dark could damage his systems or do harm to Pandora if they found her. That wasn't what he wanted at all, so after combing through a number of boards, news files and the like, he ultimately found that Jasmine met those qualities and sought to contact her. At first this got nowhere, but then he realized he was going about it the wrong way. If he was half as good as he thought she was, she would be able to find him if he just left a post in the right forum.
