Sarah Osborn Sarah is coming back from work...actual paying work that is...not her sidelines. She has a job doing lighting for a band, they mostly perform at night, so coming back from work in the morning is fairly common. She has a lot on her mind...haviung recently found out her father is Norman Osborn, and having reasoned out that Norman Osborn is the Green Goblin, well it is a bit hard on her.
Vanya A broad shadow passes overhead, briefly eclipsing the morning light as an orange and black figure lands on a nearby rooftop before vaulting clear across the street and down onto the roof of a bus stop. The tiger lands on the sheet metal with a thunderous clang before rising up and looking around. Even from a distance, the cat is clearly bipedal, and a hand sets against her hip in frustration as the muscular werebeast squints her golden eyes at a nearby street sign while catching her breath.

"<I am soooo lost...>" she grumbles in Russian.
Zhao Lin     There's a pile of leaves on the side of the road, recently raked up and ready for the street-sweeper to come collect it. The pile shivers a little, and suddenly Zhao Lin lurches upright from within, bits of leaves stuck to him. He shouts something unintelligible in Mandarin, stopping mid-sentence as he blinks and looks around. One hand rubs at his eyes, and he groans softly, while the other rummages around in the pile of leaves for his gourd canteen. Finding it, he pops it open and takes a long drink from it, gulping down a couple of mouthfuls.

Finally, the leopardine man deigns to extract himself from the pile of leaves, crawling out of them before standing up on the sidewalk. He looks down at himself, perhaps checking for injuries, or... "Yeah, still have pants. Okay," he mutters to himself. He looks around, brow furrowed. "...How did I get here?" he mutters aloud, before noticing Sarah not far down the street. "Oh. Excuse me, miss!" He calls after her, starting to take a few stumbling, drunken steps in her direction. Vanya would, of course, recognize the drunken feline immediately.
Sarah Osborn Sarah gets a buzz on the "Scoobie Hotline" and checks the message. Someone has reported there being a possibly were tiger or Rakshasa in the ara and she is being asked to investigate because her GPS places her nearby. Grumbling, she pulls into an alley and prepares to switch to her working clothes. If she is fighting either Rakshasa or Werebeasts, she is best off with her armor and weapons ready. She is already in her body suit, she uses it as a road rasher when riding...it is bulletproof so grvel flying is no trouble. She puts on her goblin mask over her helmet...it is designed for it. She selects Silver, Holy Water, and Blessed Wooden stakes as her primary loads for her spring gun, putting them in her bandoleer.

She is just getting out the second layer of armor (vest, bootsm hat, and gloves) which she puts on before puting on the bandoleers when she hears a voice calling. She drops the clothing, pulling out her spring gun and putting in the first magazing that comes to hand as she spins to face the voice. Seeing a catlike humanoid, she says, "Greetings, if you mean no harm, I can probably help you." She sas probably...because some creatures are harmful by their very presence even if they mean no harm.
Vanya     Most people might recognize a bipedal white leopard by sight first but for the tigress on the bus stop, something else catches her senses much quick.

"<Ugh, old rice wine... and cat?>" she growls, covering her nose and looking down at the street. Recognition dawns on her a moment later as the tiger drops down from her perch and heads up wind to follow the distinctive scent of drunk leopard. "<Of course...>"
Zhao Lin     Zhao Lin is just stepping into the alley that Sarah had pulled into when, suddenly, he's having a weapon pulled on him by a woman in a goblin mask! "Ai yah!" he exlaims, stumbling backwards a pace or two. He holds his hands up in front of them, one empty, the other holding his gourd. "I just want to know where I am," he tells her, his voice thickly accented by his Chinese heritage, "You can help me with that, yes?"

Zhao Lin watches her, waiting for the weapon to be lowered, before he offers a broad smile. "My name is Zhao Lin," he offers finally, straightening up a little more, swaying drunkenly. He takes another drink from his canteen, glancing between the green-clad woman and the pile of orange clothing on the ground. "Who are you supposed to be?" he asks, curiously. He hasn't caught Vanya's scent yet, but she could probably see him now, standing at the end of the alleyway.
Vanya     Chasing the leopard upwind, the tigress has the advantage in smell. Catching the distinctive spotted fur and ... oh hey he's fully dressed. That's always nice.

Chuckling mischievously to herself as she approaches, Vanya crouches and slinks closer with soft, padded steps, then she takes a deep breath and ruins the sidewalk's tranquility with the aggressive roar of a full-blooded tiger.
Sarah Osborn Sarah replies, "I am Goblin-Girl, one of the defeders of this place/ The is Sunnydale, a district of Blufhaven and..." At that point her speach is interrupted by a roar. She spins and barely keeps from firing...but DOES jump up onto a nearby fire escape (twisting in mid-air)in case of this being a set-up.
Zhao Lin     "Ai yah!" Zhao Lin shouts once again in response to the roar, twisting around and stumbling backwards to face it's source. The tiger-beast causes some alarm at first, until he catches the scent on the wind. He doesn't look ready to fight at any point, swaying unsteadily on his feet. Narrowing his eyes suspiciously, he takes a few steps towards Vanya, lifting a hand to point at her. "Stop all that roaring," he says, "I have a terrible hangover!" He pauses a moment, still swaying and pointing in her direction. "Hey, you smell familiar. Have we met before?" He takes another drink, leaning back a bit to do so, the shift in his weight causing him to stumble a bit more, as if unbalanced.
Vanya     The tigress smirks at the reaction she earns, flashing even more fang as her golden eyes flit between the goblin and the leopard. Then suddenly, she leaps at Zhao and thrusts a jump-kick at his face.
Zhao Lin     There's a sudden look of alarm on Zhao Lin's face when Vanya comes leaping towards him in that flying kick, but the leopard-man easily dives under her, rolling into a summersault and coming back up onto his feet. He sways a little with the momentum of stopping, then turns around to face her again. "Hey now, that was not very nice!" he accuses, pausing to take another deep drink from his canteen, "I am going to have to teach you a lesson!" He lurches up into his fighting stance, hands held as though holding a pair of cups. He rushes at her, coming in high with a flurry of punches, before suddenly twisting about and dropping down onto one leg, using the other to sweep at her feet!
Sarah Osborn Seeing the Tigress attacking the Leopard. Goblin-girl fires a shot at the Tigress, mostly intent on driving her off until she can get to her weapons. Of course...now she finds out the mazazine she grapped is loaded with paintballs as it least a nice pink patch on the tigress' shoulder. That is what she gets for grabbing the first magazine without looking.
Vanya     Vanya chuckles easily as her kick flies wide and pivots to face the leopard with her same cocky smirk of fangs. It's an odd expression to see on a tiger but still at least mostly recognizable. Her guard comes up to let the flurry of punches exhaust itself thumping and brushing across steely forearms as her tail swishes widely behind in enjoyment. "Hehehe... do you recognize me yet, drun--wah!"

Surprised by the pink paintball stinging her shoulder, the tigress misses Zhao's sudden drop and lurches as her legs are suddenly taken out from under her. The heavy beast hits the pavement with a deep thud and lays stunned for a moment on her side.
Zhao Lin     Zhao Lin is quick to capitalize on the distraction, rolling over to straddle Vanya, sitting on her chest. He grins down at her, and takes another swig from his gourd. "Hah! I win this round, tiger," he says, grinning broadly. He looks up at Goblin-Girl, waving at her. "Hey now! Watch it with the paint, that stuff is hard to get out of fur!" He looks at Vanya again, this time to offer the gourd to her.
Kaelyn Kae gets word inside there's a commotion outside, by Tanya who comes running in to inform her... She had been mostly ignoring the goofyness, before but now that her students are getting excited by it and all and telling her about it, Kae decided to see precisely what was going on...

Kae hops to her feet, and makes her way toward the back of the shop now, the woman picking up a few things along the way and tossing them into her pockets, mostly sphere or egg-shaped items... She knows what they are, things to maybe stop a fight if need be... The woman mutters to her self, red-hair trailing behind as she quick-walks in that direction, along the way a tiny dragon-critter, the size of a cat with seemingly biocrystaline hematite colored scales lights on her left shoulder as she waves a hand at the back wall of her garden. The planters move out of her way accomidatingly enough, and the bricks litterally unfold aside, the wall being well over a foot thick and all..

Those in the alley might even hear the scraping of bricks as they move aside, and now the redhead with the cat-sized dragon on her shoulder can be seen stepping through the newly formed hole in the wall which starts to close in behind the redhead while she looks around, her eyes now lighting on the cat folk.
Sarah Osborn Seeing that the felines are not trying to kill each other, Sarah is a bit less nervous. She Jumps down to grab her things, abnd notices Kaelyn arriving. She knows the techno-mage, but possibly not vice versa because of her getup. She says to the cats, "Try not to damage the store owner's property in your play."
Vanya     As her head clears, Vanya growls up at the leopard on top of her and kicks up a leg, thrusting her clawed foot just to the side of Zhao's head and letting it hang over the boxer's shoulder.

"Not from this mount you don't," she disputes in a familiar voice that's distorted by a feline throat. Instead of pressing the fight, the tigress smiles widely, exposing the full breadth of her teeth to the wine-soaked leopard and his offered gourd. "After you get off me, p'yanitsa."

Sarah's request earns a dismissive huff and at the sound of scraping bricks, Vanya turns to look at the wall as it parts to admit a redhead. "Do you mind? We are catching up," she states brusquely.
Zhao Lin     Zhao Lin gives a laugh and gets up off Vanya, reaching down to help haul her to her feet. He looks up at the woman who just came through the wall, brow raised slightly. "Now there is something you do not see every day," he says, taking another swig from his canteen before offering it to Vanya again. "What is that on her shoulder?" he asks, looking at Vanya as though she will have the answer.
Kaelyn Kae tilts her head now, looking from person to person the sighs, muttering "Goofy girls and their need to worry about everything, just cause I helped fight off a world invasion now they think every little activity outside requires me to take some kind of action..." She continues muttering, then the do you mind remark... She looks to Vanya and smirks "Evidently I do? Yer antics garnered the worry of my employees and a few patrons of mine. Could you try to keep antics below a dull roar when y'all are wrestling?" She then adds "Besides two cat-people fighting, play or no, is a great way to draw tons of attention, in case yall didn't know..."

The little critter on Kae's shoulder tilts his head the solid amethists for eyes glowing just a bit as it blinks, then chirps curiously, before warbling at Kae and pawing at one of her pockets... "Jeeze, Fan yer frigging encourageable.." She says and pulls a small treat from her pocket before handing it to the little critter.. "I swear, since you became more of a biological entity, you only have food on your mind..." She says to the tiny western dragon construct, who's wings flare happily upon it taking the treat in its forepaws and starting to much happily.

The redhead's green gaze now settles on Goblin-girl curiously and she motions to the cats... "Sooo, what all is going on here? Just cast folk at play or something?"
Sarah Osborn Sarah shrugs, "Someone reported a Were Tiger or Rakshasa to the Slayer's contacts. As I am a friend of hers, I came by to check it out." It is a good thing that Rakshasa, like Jinn, are not always evil, though they are pretty bad when they ARE.
Vanya     Vanya takes the offered arm and tugs, loading a substantial weight onto the leopard boxer as she rises back off the pavement. Taking the gourd, the tigress pours a shot into her open mouth before passing it to its owner and studying the new arrival.

"Just meeting an old friend again and - oh bàtuyshki that's a dragon," Vanya blurts, staring dead at the small creature as her tail jerks across hard enough to whip Zhao in the backside.
Zhao Lin     Zhoa Lin's tail twitches a little, the hair on the back of his neck standing up a little at the mention of it being a dragon. It's enough to let him ignore the swat on the rear from Vanya's tail. "I have concerns about dragons," he admits, narrowing his eyes a little as he stares down the creature sitting on Kaelyn's shoulder. "It does not look like any dragon I am familiar with, though," he admits. Being Chinese, and not knowing much about Western culture, Zhao Lin is unfamiliar with that style of dragon. "It does not look like it could level a city," he admits, his tail twitching again.
Kaelyn Kae peers at Zhao now, her gaze rathre incredulous before she smirks "Meh, he just seemingly has the energy to maybe power a city..." She pauses a moment and grins "He's hyper and he won't get any bigger really.... Besides there are -maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaany- kinds of dragons out there, some big many human size and smaller too... Some nearly as big as planets, some planet incircling... Lotsa different species." Kae says and shrugs slowly "Seriously I think most world civilizations has heard about dragons of some kind or other, and there's a word for dragon in almost every language I've run into." She adds and taps a chin before she slowly shrugs

"Buut, yes, Fanhuil is a dragon, of my own creation... best accident I've made." She says with a smirk and tickles the little dragon's chin briefly, only to get nipped at by the playful creature. Kae now looks to Sarah and umms "I honestly don't see a Rakshasa here? Maybe a were or two, but no Rakshasa, generally Rakshasa are other dimensional beings of rather great power.... If one were to generally show up and start mischief, there'd be more than one mage here looking to put a stop to it." She says and rubs at the back of her neck, her eyes settling on the cat folk curiously now, eyes seeming to glow. Not really, but one might get that idea at this point, it's a feeling more than a visual concern.

Kae looks to Goblin-girl now and smiles giving a thumbs up "Newp, no Rakshasa here... Meta, or maybe mutant types but definately no extra dimensional kitties of seeingly unlimited magical strength..."
Vanya     The tigress listens more or less quietly until one thing makes her ear twitch. "You made him?" Vanya asks in surprise as she steps closer and leans in to sniff the little creature while her tail continues waving behind her. "How much to make more? Can he do any tricks?"
Sarah Osborn Goblin-girl says, "Rakshasa are much more limited than most prople think, rather like Jinni to which they are probably closely related. Powerful enough...but no where near unlimited." As a sometime assistant to the Slayer, she has studied these things.
Kaelyn Kae raises an eyebrow and looks to Goblin-Girl "Lots also pend on the Rakshasa and the manor in which it comes into the world..." She says and shrugs slowly "Much like any other extra planar being." Kae's eyes now drift back to the tigress and she shrugs slowly "Would if I could... Fan and Hoot-hoot were complete accidents, was experimnenting with a new way of animating an automata and well trying to make it self powered and all using mana crystals and whatnot... basically somehow the spell consumed every mana crystal I had stored in the room, it was a lot, and made the only two automata I had in the room alive.... I'm guessing somehow some random intelligence or spirit drifted into the spell matrix, or somehow got caught in it or even volunteered and thrust its self into it... I've yet to be able to repeate the incident even using the same spell done the same way.... I've done it hundreds of times too..." Kae adds and rubs at the back of her neck. "Still the research into this manor of automata and construct creation has let me to be able to make a very interesting discovery as or two as well and I'e since built a combat construct I can inhabit and use in case something like that invasion happense again."
Vanya "Ah, so it's not a real dragon," Vanya concludes, sounding disappointed as she pokes at the creature's dark, gem-like scales curiously. "Do you know where any of the real ones are hiding? For animals so big they are very good at staying out of the way."
Sarah Osborn Sarah locates a tablet computer in her gear and pulls pu a picture to show to Kae, "This is an auric image of the curse spell that animated a Tupilaq I encountered once. I do not know magic, but possibly it might be useful to you...as long as you avoid the evil aspects of the creation process and do not make it a curse..."
