Owner Pose
Hope Summers Upon returning home, Hope set the styrofoam container she was carrying on the coffee table. Then she immediately moved into the bedroom where she opened the closet. Immediately her weapons were out and put into place. Gun at the small of her back, knife in her boot. Even a garotte tucked away in a pcoket. Next stop was the kithcen where she grabbed a fork and a bottle of water. Then she flops on the couch and flips open the lid of the box. The napkin inside is a surprise. The words on it even more so.

I might have information for you.

It had to be from that agent she met. But what information would the woman want to share with a stranger? Hope's brow furrowed a bit as she set the napkin aside then dug into her meatloaf and mashed potatoes without warming them up.
Vincent Black     Not long after the door opens again and Vincent steps into the now much smaller apartment. It used to be tiny when he lived alone, but with Hope too. The place felt like a matchbox. He looks down at the redhead on his couch and chuckles softly. "Never would have believed anyone two hundered years ago if they said I'd have the cutest redhead in my apartment."

Vincent lifts off his badge chain and keys, dropping them on the end table/front door recepticle for keys and esentials. Then his jacket comes off and is placed on the back of the nearby dinnet table chair. He cocks up an eyebrow when looking at Hope and sniffs the air. "You're up to something." He says to himself and walks back towards his bedroom and still visible from the couch, she sees him lift his hand up to his head to scratch his hair. "Okay Hope. You better tell me what you figured out."
Hope Summers She never could hide anything from him. Just sitting there eating meatloaf and he knows. It's amazing really. Hope can't help but smile as she hears him from the bedroom.

"Well, a couple of things really. I knew we needed a location. So I figured the best place to find out was SHIELD headquarters. So I went there." She doesn'g give time for the inevitable explosion about her going without backup. "Thanks to my visits to Xavier's, I had the juice to go poking around for information. And I came across the motherload in the form of Agent Skye Johnson." She forks up a bit of mashed potatoes then takes the bite, swallowing before she continues. "She didn't tell me that was her name though. We chatted for a bit. She had recently gone to visit Magneto. She knows where he is being kept."
Vincent Black     Vincent's eyes are a show the whole time. First they're in wide open shock, then a scowl of anger, then onto a quizzical lifted eyebrow and finally a satisfied smirk. The cop stepped forward and leans his arm against the door frame, watching her eat and talk. "Okay then miss smarty pants, if you did all that yourself. I assume you have your next plan of action and a list of required gear to complete said action..." Vincent notes, crossing his arms and waiting for her to explain herself even further.
Hope Summers Hope tries not to look smug. She fails. Miserably.

"It's an underground bunker. In a plastic prison so he has no metal he can use to escape. They monitor him from a distance mostly. She was there for an interview with him. They were trying to find out what he was up to. Their Director wanted to know why he let himself be captured. They think the same as we do. Magneto is up to something. The question is, what?" She thoughtfully chews some meatloaf and swallows. "Agent Johnson seemed to think that he wasn't nearly as bad as the stories about him. He's apparently really charismatic. I tried to tell her that he won't stop until there is a war. She agrees he will likely get released, that they won't be able to prove his part in the assassination. So things have to go quickly from here out."

She shakes her head a little bit. "I want to go out there and do some recon. I'll need to go visit Xavier's first and get a full recharge, just in case. After the recon, we'll reassess but I'm really thinking I go in solo and loaded for combat. I can get the humans out of the facility then it'll just be me and him."
Vincent Black Vincent's arms remain crossed and then without a word he uncrosses his arms and steps away from the door frame and looks away. He's quiet, as he moves over towards the open kitchen with the short counter and opens the fridge and peeks inside of it. He's not saying anything. At all. She knows exactly what that means. He's not happy with her plan, but since he's not speaking openly, he's in agreement with her in some way. He feels like he's loosing his daughter. She's all grown up, and she's more dangerous than he ever thought possible.
Hope Summers "Daddy," comes the soft voice of Hope as she reads his reaction loud and clear. "Tactically, it's the best choice. I'll have your healing and the powers of all the people at the mansion I can manage to get near. When I'm there, I'll have his power too. It's a high percentile that I will get out of there and back here. That I'll succeed." She gets up off the couch and moves toward the kitchen, toward him. She puts a hand on his shoulder. "I know you worry about me but it's the only way I can do this. You heard Ms. Grey. They teach peace and understanding. They wouldn't help us do what has to be done."
Vincent Black     Vicnent remains quiet even as she touches him, he was already thinking exactly what she said, but he was also thinking about the possibility of her not making it back. If he wasn't so certain of her being right, he'd be against this enough to say the words, but he refuses.

Vincent turns slowly and wraps his arms around her and over her back, pinning her arms to her side. The words are on the tip of his tongue, but he refuses to say them, they're the words that could get her killed. So he keeps them to himself.
