Katherine	The warehouse is humming. It's a place that was purchased off the books using a shell account of a shell company, and it was done under Norman's supervision. Katherine had no part in the actual purchasing design of the place, but she's been working on the machines. In fact, there's row after row after row of small production modular design equipment. They all are there for 3d printing, or micro construction, and most are the best that has been invented, including some Stark industry equipment. In the middle of all these rows of high tech construction devices, there's a small table. It has a desk lamp, and there's also a pad of paper, some pens, and even a chair. Sitting on that chair is Katherine. Her hands are on her thighs, her back is in perfect posture, and she is otherwise just staring straight ahead for the moment. Whirring, buzzing, electrical noises all about, and she stays completely still.
Sarah Osborn	Sarah has been investigating her father's dealings...since before she knew he was her father in fact. She recently hacked into the accounts that lead to her finding out about this place. She does not know what is going on as such, but does know the purchase was done under the table using money siphoned from several different accounts to hide that it was diverted. She finds the technology here fairly impressive, but also notes that it is built for small scale production if items from programs. She is not sure what it is intended to produce, that might depend on the feed stock. She is looking aroud as Sarah at the moment...she is working on re-inventing her heroic ID and is not quite ready for another public outing.
Katherine	Exactly. Small scale. In fact, from the kinds of machines present, it's all about perhaps, inventing or pursuing multiple ideas to later produce in mass. One thing is for certain, with all the machines running this place would require dozens of people still just to maintain programming standards for the machines, fixing them, repairing when things went wrong, and general overview of the various projects. Instead, just Katherine is here, all on her lonesome. It takes a few moments for Sarah's entrance to actually register in Katherine, but when it does, she comes alive as it were. Standing up slightly she turns and begins to walk in the direction of whatever entrance Sarah came in at. Katherine's bare feet don't make a large amount of noise, but she's also not avoiding being seen in her approach. A smile on her face, as she gets closer, "Hello. Welcome to the facility. Is there something that I can help you with?" Katherine sounds cheerful enough, is smiling, and waits for any response. She might at some point piece together that Sarah is also the one who tried to jump on that grenade with her that time, but right now the disguise is working on her as well. Costumes are useful that way.
Sarah Osborn	Sarah recognizes Katherine, though since she as Gobin-Girl when they met, she pretends not to, "Umm, hello I was looking for my father. He kind of vanished after losing his bid to be elected Mayor...his name is Norman Osborn."
Katherine	"I know him very well." Katherine thinks about that, "Or knew, no." She pauses and taps her finger to her lower lip before saying, "Well, I don't want to give the impression he's dead. So, knew, is not appropriate in this situation. Though to say I know him well, is problematic because I have not seen him in, what is generally considered, a long time." Pausing her words she refocuses back on Sarah and laughs lightly, "I am sorry. I do not know where he is currently. Though if you wanted, I could take a message and should he show up again I could deliver it to him? Or, if he were to login online, and stay long enough to be identified, really, I could e-mail, him as well. You know, just, to get the message to him?"
Sarah Osborn	Sarah decides in this case to let her emotional side show, she sniffles and lets a tear fall, "He...he was suppose to tell people about me. To let people know I was his daughter...but he vanished..." Of course, her feelings in general about Norm are rather ambivalent. She is 87% certain he is actually the first Green Goblin, which she is not very happy about, and is about as certain that he actually killed her mother, which she is even lass happy about. On the other hand, he was the father that she never knew, and had finally admitted that. She lost him before she could get to know him.
Katherine	"Oh, I could announce it to people if you wanted?" Katherine mentions, and offers, "I have enough footage of him, that I could create a perfect recreation of some video where he states it and then uploaded to the internet for all to know." She smiles a bit, as if to try and help with the situation. "If you are his daughter, then, I wonder, would you now be in control of if this facility continues to operate? I was hoping that it would, I am on the edge of discovering faster nanites than ones I already have access to, and a food bar that even the package is consumable. The way it is designed, as well, for human consumption, there's only 2 percent waste, I wish I could get that to 0, but you know how it is... human genomes, am I right?"
Sarah Osborn	Sarah is actually a genius, having inherited tat as well as other qualities from her father...though not entirely genetically. Sarah says, "I am something of a generalist. Having had limited resources, I have not been capable of much independant study. Mostly I have had to make do with less adequate materials." She considers the question, "It would need to be more that just him declaring me hi daughter, he would also need to give me his voting proxies for his busuness interests in order for me to to anything like keep the place running."
Katherine	"Ah." Katherine mentions, "I could make a convincing digital trail that would acknowledge just those very things. I do not think I could recreate a signature, but if you had one, I could remove it digitaly and put it on a document, then print over a contract from a high end ink printer. It would be unrecognizable as any kind of forgery. Or, at least, I would suspect it very difficult at the very least." She smiles, offering additional support. "I would very much appreciate this place staying in operation, I am getting close to my goal."
Sarah Osborn	Sarah considers the question, and says, "It is a bit shady, but so were a lot of Norman's dealings. I could get my hands on some things he has signed. It could be done." She has already picked up a few things of Noirman's in investigting him. She is not sure about this, as it is clearly illegal...but putting her in charge might allow her to clean up the shady end of the business a lot.
Katherine	"Perfect!" Katherine exclaims, happy to be talking with Sarah on this, she nods her head, "Well, I can create that video if you wanted as well. It should be done in a few minutes. Though, it would help to have you in the scene, so if you dress for a media pronouncement, and if there were a room that he often used for media production, I could do all of that work. It would be piecing together other footage of him, and rendering it over top of other parts, it will pass all attempts to decipher it, unless... of course, someone else had access to all that footage, and compared." She hrms, "That would be rather difficult for any... normal, minded person to do." Tapping at her lower lip again, she nods her head, "Not 100 percent, but close enough, right?" She reaches out a hand as if to 'shake' Sarah's hand.
Sarah Osborn	Sarah points out, "Humans never have 100% perfect production values, i doubt the difference will be noticed. I do know the place to do this...his campaign headquarters from his Mayoral run. He made a lot of accouncements from there. I could get in there easily enough." She used to work there for a while, early in her investigation. She still has a copy of the key, and could switch to appropriate clothing. It is do-able. She extends a hand, but hesitates a moment, "The only proble will be the other people in the video...there would be some. How will we get them to go along?"
Katherine	"Again, perfect." Katherine mentions, and then adds, smiling, "With of course the caveat of the aforementioned lack of human perfection... of course." She laughs a bit at that and sighs, shaking her head. Then she hrms, and ohs in question, "What -other- people would need to be present in the video? Worse case, depending on whom they are, I am sure that there would be ways of convincing them. Depending on your preference, it could be either through extortion or incentives, if they are a must."
Sarah Osborn	Sarah says, "He would at least have his press hack there. This would not have been the actual announcement, but a dress rehersal, but he would have to be there because he would need to be there when the actual announcement was made. The actual announcement would have been made in front of the press corps, and that would be enturely too many people. The press hack though, there may be a way to convice him...in fact, it would be best if he was there during the filming of my part, and able to play his role."
Katherine	Katherine thinks about this as well, tapping her lower lip while she processes the information. "Does this press hack have debts? Do you think? If you were to get me a name, I could likely hack his phone and find something. Most people in that business have things they would rather not have discovered." She says it in the same cheerful and helpful tone she's said everything else. "The need for this place to continue to function is great. I would not allow any harm to come to such a person, but persuassion is still an option. Unless you know of a possible thing this person would not want discovered?"
Sarah Osborn	Sarah looks through her purse and hands Katherine a business card, "Here we are, not just a name but also his business contact information." Working with the election team, she had picked up s few things.
Katherine	Katherine takes the card and nods her head, "I can begin working on finding out whatever I can on this person. And then I can get back to you, if you wish? We should be able to wrap up things for a public presentation within a few days. Right now I am multitasking so I could, delay other timetables by having all of me work on just this..." She waits to hear Sarah's ideas on that. "I will also make the same caveat, for projects that I had to your father. I will not work on anything or give over technology or projects that I understand can be used to hurt others, especially if that is its sole design."
Sarah Osborn	Sarah says, "That is understandable, and I quite agree. We need to move Oscorp away from the shady side and into more people friendly production." She considers, "OK, the first thiong to do is get the help of the press hack. Then we need to get a look at whatever paperwork my brother Harry had when he took over after Norman's apparent death, as it would likely be the basis of what he would set up for me. After that, we have to arrange for 'leaking' partial information to several members of the Oscorp board. We may also need at least one of Norman's lawyers in on this."
Katherine	"I would think that the lawyer would be necessary only in terms of presenting the digital video as proof that Norman had handed over the workings of the company to you. It may not be the case that we can deliver all asset ownership to you, but while he is away you should be able to acquire temporary control. Or permanent, should he not return." Katherine thinks about this and shrugs a little bit, "Law is not necessarily my specialty. I am an engineer, and though I am inredibly smart and research focused, it is hard to understand what can be pushed through the legal system. Much of it seems to be... political, instead of actually scientific.
Sarah Osborn	Sarah agrees, "Law is complicated, but the Lawyer probably should also be on stage, it would be best if he was involved directly. I will di some research on which lawyer we need to rectuit wile you work on gathering information on the press hack." This is going to be a complex scam, so she needs a lot of set up to make it work...
Katherine	There's a quick nod, "The video portion is more or less done, all I will need is a written statement that sounds like something Norman would say, at one of these meetings, and I can splice in the audio to the video." She adds, "Of course, depending on the exact nature of the location, I will have to edit in shadows, and a few other minor details, but that should be very quick." She smiles while she nods. "You can take the lawyer, I will take the Press Hack. And when ready, meet again here? It is somewhat off the beaten path."
Sarah Osborn	Sarah agrees, "It is rather hard to find. I will be back after I get in touch with the lawyer." She turns to leave, she is not sure this is the right thing, it is morally questionable at least, but it may be for the greater good.
Katherine	Katherine gives a thumbs up and a smile, before adding, "Perfect." And then she moves back toward her table where she has work to get done.
