Owner Pose
Laura Kinney With the relase of the Rising Tide file about her, Laura has decided to lay low for a while. She has taken to hang about Columbus Park, sitting in a far corner on a secluded bench, covered in a well oversized overcoat.
Daken Daken was pretty well-informed, despite his more loner disposition. When he heard that his kid sister was in a spot, he immediately set out to find her.

Dressed in a longcoat with a dark red T-shirt underneath and black jeans, combat boots on his feet. Though he does look more well trimmed, his hair neatly cascading down to his shoulders and a trimmed beard on his face....his more beautiful features easily showing.

He takes a seat next to Laura, certain that the young girl had found his scent already. "So, heard you've had quite the day."
Laura Kinney For the longest time Laura, bundled in the oversized overcoat, remaining silent. She knows Daken can sense her by scent, well as she can sense him. There was no point playing games with him. But she takes her sweet time in answering, before eventually whispering, "stupid people, play with information they don't understand. Facility or Weapon X can be alerted by it, that is my concern..."
Daken Daken nods a few times. "It is what it is..." he shrugs then for a moment, an arm around her shoulders protectively in case people get suspicious. "Stupid indeed. Figure you could use a hand."
Laura Kinney "I survive," Laura notes, never liking to be thought of as someone in need of help, regardless of how true or not it may be. "So far I am hidden. That is good." She takes another long pause, then asks, "are you free? Or do you have a handler? What is your purpose?" No doubt, the thought has not eluded her, that he may well be with a grander motivation than just offering help.
Daken Daken takes a deeeeep sigh then as she asks her questions about if he's here because of a handler. "Oh boy...you are a stubborn one, sis. No, I don't have ah andler. There is such a thing called brotherly love, you know?" a smirk then for her. "Though it seems you are unneeding of my help."
Laura Kinney "I survive," Laura reminds Daken, there's nothing stubborn about covering all possible options. Particularly when, if he's anything like her and their father, he would prove a challenge. "You...?" She turns her head, emerald green eyes focusing on Daken with complete confusion, "'love'...me?" She seems highly suspect if not utterly foreign to the very notion.
Daken Daken nods a few times. "Yes, I heard you the first time." though when she seems completely confused by his words of love, he chuckles faintly. "Of course I do. We're siblings, you and I. Blood of my blood and bone of my bones." regardless, he shrugs then. "Regardless of how you feel for your elder brother." a soft smile on his face, before his eyes look forward.
Laura Kinney "It's true." Laura notes, in regards to her twice aforementioned assertion of being a survivor. But she retains her confusion as love is further discussed. "Why...?" She asks at first, before bundling herself further inside the overcoat, "I don't understand."
Daken Daken chuckles faintly to her as she asks him why...that she didn't understand his reasoning or intent. "We're siblings...we look after one another." he looks at her, right in the eyes. They had the same...either way, he pulls her a little closer to his side. "Don't worry...I'll help you out. Even if it's from somewhere as boring as distance."
Laura Kinney "I was always alone," Laura points out, "only learned about you recently," she points out their first meeting. She has no clue how long before then he knew about her, but she still struggles with the thought that she somehow has family. She seem to bristle a bit as Daken pulls her closer, growling faintly almost by instinct.
Daken Daken looks at her "You and me both, little sister." he smiles as she starts to flail a little bit and growl at him, but hey, hugs are nice! besides...he wasn't exactly afraid of her. He's survived being blown to bits, after all. It's not a bad thing to hug a sibling....right?

So hug her he does with only one arm. "So then, what will you do next?"
Laura Kinney "I will keep low key, ascertain lack of trail, Rising Tide brought danger," Laura notes the obvious. She has little choice in the matter, it's not the hackers that are a concern. Nor is SHIELD a concern. But she aspires to become more than a weapon, and to do that, she needs to never return to the Facility.
