Owner Pose
Brooke Harris Riverdale does have the occasional park. Batman Park, named - confusingly enough - not for The Batman, but rather after a since passed philanthropist named Andrew Batman, is one of the smaller ones, tucked away in the suburbs. It isn't huge, basically no larger than a parking lot, but it is secluded, surrounded by trees, and features very flat grass, and some fixed exercise gear along the edges - pull up bars, situp benches, and the like. For this, it is a popular stop for the athletic set who can get a bit more variety into their jog.

At the moment, a young black teen is standing in the middle of the grass, stretching out in light athletic gear and checking the time on her phone in mild irritation. She stands in a pose - yoga? Martial arts? and stretches slowly, very relaxed.
Archie Andrews It's an interesting day to be out. In typical Canadian fashion, especially at this time of year, the weather is schizophrenic. At times the sun has been out leading people to think they can go out and have fun only to find out that it was all a trap. Given the real life weather, it would appear that the sky is ready to open up in a downpour at any time and yet it doesn't, so it stays overcast, breezy, but dry. It's during this time that a young redheaded teen comes jogging past as well. He's wearing a blue sweatshirt of the high school, some shorts, and some comfortable running shoes. He's got his headphones in well one, as you can see the other dangling down. It's as he jogs past that you see from inside his sweatshirt pocket in the front their his keys fall out and land haplessly in the grass. He's a well known student, playing on the majority of the sports teams and well, you can't be a regular at Pop's without having seen him there at some point.
Brooke Harris Brooke hmms and looks over. A bit loudly, "You dropped something." She goes down into a slow, silky stretch, extending one foot into a modified splits and swooping her hand down in a slow and unhurried way to pick them up. Over the next couple seconds, she shifts her weight and comes slowly up into a deep forward stance, keys dangled from a finger in an outstretched hand with her gaze gently moving past the keys toward you.

She practices here a lot. She's been known to stop at Pop's now and then, but more to study, and her orders are.. weird. Health nut of some sort.
Archie Andrews Archie is a good athlete. He's also clumsy, which by itself you would think be an oxymoron but the two don't usually happen at the same time, fortunately. On the field he's smooth or on the court he can run the show but in his day to day, to think he's an athlete would be a stretch. Case in point, you call him and he starts to say 'Huh?' as he turns his head and misses that the grass he's running on starts to rise up so the front of his foot catches awkwardly and next thing you know he's in a roll. But...he does know how to land decently at least thanks to many, many, many times he was tackled.

And so Archie sits up, chuckling a bit as he waves his hand, "I'm okay!" Not that it necessarily meant you would have gone over to check on him. He stands up and starts to walk towards you,b rushing his bottom off of grass and walking towards the outstretched hand, before he bends down a bit and tilts his head to the side, "Hey there...." he offers with a chuckle. "I've seen you at Pop's. Quinoa burger or something like that right? Though that would be a cruel joke if that was the name you were given. Thanks...by the awy."
Brooke Harris Brooke nods. "I'm Brooke. Are you okay? Not a bad fall, but you know. You can always work on your technique." She smiles and leaves the key hanging and available to take. "Football, right?" She looks you over a bit, thoughtfully, checking you for injury. "Yeah. I was feeling the grains that day."

She smiles softly, staying in her very deep pose. Which you have had enough drills to recognize is not easy to do while looking totally relaxed. "I'm not sure I remember your name. Riverdale High, right?"
Archie Andrews "I'm fine. Nothing a little advil, a warm bath, and a happy thanks that no one had their phones out won't fix," he says with a playful grin, his hand putting his keys back into his pocket, though you see him pull on the key ring enough that he slides the edge of the pocket in between the two metal pieces, so that it' shopefully 'clipped' on a little bit, or at least, friction won't let it fall out until he wants it to. "More power to you. I think my version of getting enough grain is Honey Nut Cheerios." Giving a playful little shrug Archie smiles at that, knowing that the quinoa burger will likely never be his go to.

"Archie...Andrews. Yes...Football...and basketball, and baseball," he says perhpas bragging or perhaps just being thorough. Looking down at his sweatshirt though as you ask about Riverdale High, Archie just grins, not giving away too much of the obvious or being snarky while you stretch. "What about you? Just being healthy?"
Brooke Harris Brooke slowly shifts through another sloooow and luxurious stance change. Clear hands, slow push, shift up onto one foot, raises her leg in an incredibly slow kick that goes almost straight up, off to the side to spare you any inappropriate lines of sight.

Slow inhale, "Somebody paid me for a private lesson. They haven't turned up, though. It happens.. I can't imagine why though." The leg is slowly folded and used for another step, turning to stay facing you better than the kick really liked to be.
Archie Andrews "Maybe it's that whole why people pay for a gym membership but then never actually use it?" He grins a little bit as he looks over to you, that playful bit of amusement as apparently it's not the first time he's had that converastion. "They can say they belong to a gym or now that guy can say he has a personal trainer even if he's never gone to a training class. Sometimes it's about what you can say, not what you do," offers Archie even though he should be too young to have seen that lesson is a real thing. "Well I don't mean to keep you. THough thanks for pointing out I dropped my keys. Pretty sure I'd have been in deep sh....cra...doo doo when I go thome if we had to change the locks cause they slipped out while I was running."
Brooke Harris Brooke nods, "It's no trouble. I'm glad I saw it. You're not keeping me.. Unless they turn up, I am being paid four hundred dollars to hang out in the park for two hours. It's nice to talk to you while I am waiting.."

Another slow step and push, and something that looks like a slow motion wrestling takedown without anyone on the other end. "And at least I get out of the studio."
Archie Andrews There's a brief blink as Archie can't help it. "Did you say four hundred?" He pauses a moment and shakes his head, "Man I'm in the wrong job. I'm lucky if I get that much in a week helping out at the construction sites. And all that cause you can be...bendy and flexible?" Ok, so there's probably more to yoga and hollistic physical training than being 'bendy and flexible' but we'll go with the fact that this is 16 year old boy explanation for what it is you do versus the actual science and physiology behind understanding yoga and other physical arts. "Well....good for you. That's a hell of a haul. You're sure you're good waiting out here by yourslef?" You can see him look to the device on his wrist that shows he got a text, and read what come sup as it's paired with the phone and headphones he has sitting somewhere inside that sweatshirt. "Mabye I'll catch you out here again sometime."
Brooke Harris Brooke nods, "Oh yeah, I'm fine here. And probably, this is one of my favorite spots. I can get all my other stuff in here too. I studied a lot more than just stretching, although, if you ever need a tip or two, I can drop a few. Your coach might appreciate it."

She nods as you check your texts, "See you around. Stay out of trouble.."
