Owner Pose
Damian Wayne      Damian had spent plenty of time in the Tower lately. Trying to work the case of Red X and the Titans. He did manage to spend some time to himself, in front of his table, with his sword on his lap. He looked in thought, eyes closed, and meditating. His grandfather taught him to hone his mind, along with his body. It takes discipline and focus to do what he does, wether it's heroing or being the youngest master assassin in the League. It was also a moment where one could see Damian in a vulnerable position.
Dan Richter "So, what is your angle with this ruse?" A voice, masked through modulation, asks suddenly behind Damian. The Wolf stands no more than five feet away, armed and armored as ever, though no sounds of approach where ever made. As though he were a ghost suddenly materialized from nothing.
Damian Wayne      Damian remains in his resting lotus position. One hand grasps the sword in his lap. Through gritted teeth, he responds. "What ruse are you referring to?" He asks, his voice calmed and easy. "I have many in my repertoire."
Dan Richter A sheet of paper is tossed over Damian and floats down onto his sword. A red X, drawn in what appears to be finger paint. How intimidating, "The ruse you play on your Titans. You play a dangerous game, m'lord." Says the Wolf in a cautioning manner.
Damian Wayne      Damian peers at the X on the paper "Close the door." He says, in a very grave tone.

Damian takes the sword in his right hand, before he turns around, sitting back down before he looks to the masked young man, with the fire and fury of his al Ghul eyes on display. "And what makes you think that I am Red X?" He asks, coyly. Much more the heir to the League than the Boy Wonder at the moment.
Dan Richter The Wolf's hand shoots up, a remote of some kind held firmly, a button pressed, and the soft 'shunk' of the door locking firmly. As his hand descends, the shadows hide whatever he does with the remote, "...I was bred to be the shadow of the Demon. I know more about you than you know yourself, m'lord. It is my highest duty and honor." How delightfully flowery and lacking in substance.
Damian Wayne      "As I'm sure your sister knows full well." Damian offers a spot in front of him for Dan to sit.

"The Titans are largely untested. Weak in places, and strong in others. But one area specifically is deficient. Combat. This is an affront to my name. They rely on powers to get the goal. Shrug off those with actual skills and experience as inferior." Damian's eyes look to Dan, the unmistakable fire of the al Ghul's eyes presenting themselves. "I will gauge their abilities, and weaknesses, and make them stronger for it, the added benefit of beating them despite of their powers...is a treat." Damian continues, and watching Dan for reactions. "Red X allows me to experience their true strengths, without the presence of second thoughts about who their foe is. If they hesitate for even a moment while I'm testing them, the results are invalid. I don't want them pulling punches, I want them to attempt to best me."
Dan Richter The Wolf never moves, nor do his unblinking electronic eyes ever move from Damian, ".....I can speak only for one. In his case, you are entirely correct....." He pauses for a long moment, ".......I will make no efforts to hinder you, m'lord. If you have need of me, I will busy myself in Gotham for the duration of your excercise." He turns and seems to be preparing to leave before stopping suddenly, "....Remind them, m'lord, why people smile at the sight of them. While the mere suggestion of us sends ice creeping through their veins..." Hmm, sounds like a touched nerve. I'd hate to be a random unassuming Gotham goon in the next couple days. Good thing I'm just a disembodied voice.
Damian Wayne      Damian looks pleased at Dan's reaction to his being upfront. "Gotham, catching up with Mother, no doubt. She approached me...told me what had happened to her." He doesn't say more.

"The Titans believe Red X isn't as big a threat as I am. But I've prepared for nearly every possible outcome." Damian had indeed been thorough with the preparations. "Your cooperation is appreciated."
Dan Richter The Wolf stops at the door and raises up the remote again, "....If you need dossiers, my compiled notes are hidden in a loose panel on the underside of the elevator. The cipher for them is the standard basic of the League." he says in his eternal monotone before pressing the button, unlocking the door with a 'shink' and stepping out, disappearing as quickly as he arrived.
