Koriand'r Koriand'r needed some time to herself. It's been a stressful few weeks - HIVE has been acting up. So she took some personal time. In space near Earth orbit, eyes closed, oh so slowly spinning as she basks in the direct sunlight. Her hair is aglow - but she seems to be handling space just fine unsupported. It's an odd but compelling sight.
Angela Odinsdottir There's a little flash of light from the other side of the moon. As she makes her way forward, Angela was not expecting to find someone between her and her approach to Earth. Looking at the woman as she basks in the sunlight, she comes to a halt in her flight, ribbons drifting around her restlessly. "Ho." she calls out to the floating woman. "You are not of Midgard. Who are you, and what is your place among the mortals?"
Koriand'r Koriand'r slowly opens her eyes, turning to face you, so her left side is facing the sun. "Midgard?" she finally asks, tilting her head. "You must be Asgardian. Going to the colony in Norway?" She hmmmmms softly. "I live down there. Admittedly not by choice - but I've grown to like it there."
Angela Odinsdottir "I am no Asgardian." Angela gives a huff of breath - even if it is not required in space. "I am Angela. Of Heven. I have no quarrel with one as beautiful as you. Mine is with the one that ripped me from my home and brought me here and denied me return to Heven. That I am in a land where it is denied to exist."
Koriand'r Koriand'r nods slowly. "I understand entirely. I am Princess Koriand'r of Tamaran. My venom-filled sister, jealous that I was made crown princess intead of her - conspired with our enemies - razed our world - threw me into slavery - and took over. I managed to escape and have sanctuary here."
Angela Odinsdottir "This is no sanctuatry. This was a kidnapping." Though Angela manages to give a bow to the woman in respect. "It is rare to meet one of such beauty in the emptiness of space. It makes the stars pale in comparison." She states simply, before she glances towards Earth. "The Asgardians. They are there now. They shelter one that has caused issues in space. Those I am with are tasked with returning her to the Nova Corps."
Koriand'r Koriand'r nods. "What is your name, milady?" she finally asks as she bows back. "I am unaware of the political situation with the Asgardians. I am friends and a former lover of one of them, but beside that, I don't really have much interaction with them. May I ask more of what happened?" she finally asks. "And... the Nova Corps? You're with them? Fascinating. I've heard good things about them."
Angela Odinsdottir "I am Angela, but I had already said that." comes the angel's response. But she doesn't chide Kori for this, instead she offers the slightest of smiles. "And I thought I was the only one distracted by the other." comes the slight tease in her voice. "Asgard is no more. Those that survived are now on Earth. One has found sanctuary with them and has brought forbidden technology to Earth. This must be corrected."
Koriand'r Koriand'r blushes at the tease. "Oh." She sighs softly. "Yes. Well... I can take you to Thor. He liases with several hero groups like the Avengers and he would be the best who can help you." She sighs softly. "If you are not Asgardian - what race are you?" she finally asks.
Angela Odinsdottir "I answered that as well. I do not want to see Thor." Angela responds, floating around the alien princess as her ribbons flicker about her. "I am an Angel. Of Heven." she repeats. "My quarrel with the Asgardians should not involve you. You.. I would rather get to know better."
Koriand'r Koriand'r smiles faintly. "I'm sorry... it's hard to focus when talking to one of such beauty. An angel, huh?" She nods faintly. "In regards to that, I can show you where the Asgardian colony is - but other than that that's all I know - but if you want to get to know me better... I can oblige. Want to stay here - maybe go sit on the Moon... or we can go to my dwelling on Earth.... what you'd call Midgard."
Angela Odinsdottir "Yes. Do you not believe I am one? I do not have the wings. But I do have the spirit." Angela responds as the compliment draws a hint of color to her own cheeks. "We can go where you wish." she offers to Koriand'r, allowing the alien princess to lead the way. "You can tell me more of your home and struggle. Or find other more pleasant things to discuss."
Koriand'r Koriand'r smiles. "I believe you just fine. I've just never met an angen before. I am honored." She smiles softly. "Let's get to know each other first - then we can work on your mission." She smiles as she gestures for you to follow her to Earth.
