Owner Pose
Jason Todd There was a visit to the drive thru, first. Three combo meals. Three drinks. It was a short trip back to the brownstone that Jason's living in with Bruce's blessings. Opening the door, he reaches to flip on the lights. "Kitty, the TV trays are behind the kitchen door in the pantry. Carrie, want to find something on TV?" he asks.

"There's also some board games and stuff." he shrugs, as he moves to set down the bags and the drink carrier as he works to take off his jacket and tie.
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde slips out of her shoes once they are inside. She wiggles her toes. "This is why I do not wear heels all day long," she comments, giving a sigh. "TV trays, aye-aye," Kitty replies as she goes to get them. "Jason, thank you for taking me tonight. I had a really nice time," she says as she sets them up. She moves over to him after, smiling and leaning up to give him a soft kiss. "Your father misunderstood, I think he's getting me the car instead of the lessons. But I'll give him a call first thing in the morning."

Kitty looks over to Carrie. "You knocked 'em dead tonight. Looked fabulous in that dress," she says with a smile. "Did you have fun?"
Carrie Kelley The first thing Carrie does as soon as she's inside is lean against the wall by the door so she can lift one foot, then the other, to hook her fingers in the back of her heels and pull them off. "Ugh, I don't know, I usually watch Netflix or Youtube. So unless you like 'The Great British Bake Off' I'm not sure what's on." Even so she grins glancing at her friends, and heads for the TV to turn it on. "Seriously though I can get out of here once I change clothes so you guys can do the couple thing. I've been third wheeling all night."

Kitty's compliment earns a shake of her head though she is grinning. "I felt like everyone was just staring because it wasn't name brand or something. I was probaly just being paranoid. It was okay though," she admits with a shrug. "I think I would have liked to have had the chance to dance though it didn't seem anyone really was."
Jason Todd "All we're gonna do is make out after you leave." Jason responds as he chuckles. "So. Your friend that took Barbara home." he asks as he looks towards the kitchen when Kitty returns. "Should we be concerned?" he asks. Bringing the food over once he's free of his jacket, tie and shoes, he goes to join the others.

"There's some sweatpants and stuff up in the bedroom. Probably a bit oversized. Kitty hasn't gotten into leaving her things here yet." Yet being the operative word as he drops into a seat and draws in a breath. He waits for Kitty to step out for a moment before concern washes over his features. "Think Damian's about to do something stupid. Thought he was going to stay with his friends. But I think he has something else in mind." he confides to Carrie, glancing to make sure Kitty hasn't returned yet. "..he asked me for supplies and weapons."
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde gives a soft chuckle at Jason's question about Remy. "Oh that's such an interesting on question on so many levels," Kitty says, the chuckle turning into more of a laugh. "Well. At other times and circumstances in his life, I would have said be very afraid and I wouldn't have let Barbara go with him. I mean, not that he'd do anything wrong. But I wasn't kidding that he's a silver-tongued devil, especially with women," Kitty says.

"But -that- said... you've met his girlfriend, Jason. As much as he's a smooth operator, he wouldn't cheat on her. And even if he considered it, he knows she could pound him to a pulp," Kitty says, chuckling as if picturing that happening.

Kitty heads upstairs then to get something for Carrie, giving them their chance to talk.
Carrie Kelley "Yeah he was pretty smooth the way he was doing the hand kissing and compliments in French," Carrie has to admit with a chuckle as she stretches her legs out on the couch. "That would work," she has to admit before Kitty heads upstairs. It's Jason's remarks that cause her to frown as she quietly nods. "He and Bruce were butting heads. That was a stand off of some sort... I'll have to talk to him. Maybe get Dick to, he listens to him." Usually. "At the very least I'm not completely connected to the family so maybe I'll be able to talk to him."

"How much time you think we have?" She asks while glancing toward her wrist for the watch that wasn't there. Damn outfit.
Jason Todd "That was a Titan he was with." Jason may have acted as if he didn't know who Colette was, but he's crossed their paths just recently, and he knows. "I don't know if she was there to support him, or getting him ready to run." He lets out a breath in thought.

"He asked me for a week's worth of provisions and weapons. Pistol and a bow. I can get one of Arsenal's old ones. I'm going to put a tracker in the provisions - just in case." he responds with a shake of his head. And then he looks up at Carrie. "You really did look stunning tonight. I'm suprised that noone tried to come pick you up while we were sitting there." He gives Carrie a wink.

"I'm pretty sure he's going to be gone soon. But he only asked for a week. So I'm taking that as a sign that it's a short trip."
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde can be heard rummaging about upstairs. Singing to herself softly. "Oh, I forgot I left these here. They might be a little short for you though!" Kitty calls down the stairs. "I'll get you something of Jason's instead!"

It'll be a little bit longer before she makes it down. But they better talk quick.
Carrie Kelley Carrie Kelley reaches up to rub her fingers over her temples with a scowl. She reaches down to hike up part of her skirt revealing a bit of velcro wrapped around her leg which is holding a pouch. Her phone is pulled from it and she starts typing in a text or two. "So just until he gets his supplies. I don't know the Titans myself. I haven't had that kind of leg work yet. We'll handle it I guess." A glance is cast up toward the stairs before she asks, "So how much you telling her so far?" Far quieter.
Jason Todd "She knows I'm the hood. Nothing outside of that. I'm not selling any of you out. It's your secret. You decide when to share it." Jason responds. Even Kitty has her own secrets she hasn't shared yet with others. "There's more to her, as well." he finally responds quietly, hearing the footfalls on the stairs.

"Set whatever you find on the bed, Kitty! Unless you want her to change in front of us." he's clearly teasing. "I mean, she's flashing thigh at me!" And he reaches over to pull the burger from his bag to unwrap it.
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde chuckles as she comes down the stairs. She hands Carrie the clothes and says, "She can change upstairs, or in the bathroom. Her choice." Kitty grins and reaches over to give Carrie a hug if allowed. "I'm glad you were with us tonight," she says, rubbing her hand up and down Carrie's back for a moment before letting her go.

Kitty walks over to Jason, sitting beside him and pulling her food out. "That woman, that Remy made you the bet on? She's... actually someone it would be good to avoid," Kitty says. Glancing to both Jason and Carrie on that, clearly including Carrie in it.
Carrie Kelley Carrie Kelley blows a raspberry at Jason, quite loud, so that Kitty can hear her response to flashing him thigh. "I might not be rich and fancy but I know to stash a phone and some money on myself even when I have a dress on." See? Rational. She does sit up further though letting the fabric fall down again when Kitty comes over offering the items. "Thanks. I should have brought a change I guess." The hug is returned with a little sigh as she nods. "It was fun. I was just being tense the whole night. But burgers fix that," she adds with a chuckle.

She leans forward to snag a pack of fries before they all disapear into Jason's stomach. "The blonde in the huge white dress? Sure. I don't think I've seen her before anyway," she reasons with a shrug. "Not someone to mess with I take it?"
Jason Todd "Huge something alright." Yes, Jason noticed that Emma had her declotage on more than display. Fries snagged from him as Carrie heads off, the young man leans back to slurp on his soda noisily. After's he's done, and he looks to Kitty, waiting for Carrie to head off to change.

And now it's his turn to have a quiet conversation with his girlfriend. Taking Kitty's hand in his own, he squeezes her hand warmly. "I don't know how much you want to tell her. I've not shared anything yet. It's not my place to do it. But.. even knowing what I do know? I couldn't be prouder to call you mine, Kitty."
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde grins to Carrie and says, "See, now that's sensible," about the money and phone. "Yes, her. She can cause all sorts of issues you'd never imagine. I mean, really if you see her just leave the room is what I'd suggest," Kitty says with a little sigh. She takes a bite of her burger.

Her hand is quite happy to grasp Jason's as he reaches over. When they are alone and he makes the comment, Kitty glances up the stairs. "Carrie? I don't know, I didn't imagine you probably shared much about those things with anyone," Kitty says. "I love her to death. She's so awesome. Had a great time with her going through the masks." Kitty leans over, her head against Jason's shoulder. "The woman? Emma? She's a telepath. And not an ethical one. So I absolutely mean it when I say, avoid being around her. I... she's one of the stories I have to tell you sometime, that we haven't got to yet," Kitty says, sighing.
Carrie Kelley There's some slow shuffling footsteps heralding Carrie's re-emergence. Whatever they'd spoken about wasn't heard at least. No, she was busy DROWNING IN TERRY CLOTH. The sleeves are rolled up her arms a time or two, and the pants have been cuffed as much as she could cuff sweatpants. The dress is slung over her arm in a bundle of half-folded fabric. "You know, I just realized this is the first time I've worn a guys clothes. Not just guy clothes, I wear those a lot, just never borrowed any from a guy before." Flashing a grin she looks toward the two love-birds as she moves to claim a seat again. "Thanks for the loan though. I'll get them back to you."R
"If it's someone you think is worth avoiding, I will, Kitty," she assures even as she pops a small bunch of fries into her mouth. "This is the second time I've had fast food today. I'm gonna get so fat. It's great."
Jason Todd "Carrie knows alot about me." Jason admits. "She's like Barbara in that regard." There's a small shrug of his shoulders. "But your secrets are yours. And as much as we're a couple, I'm not going to share what's not mine to share." he points out, leaning over to give Kitty an affectionate kiss.

Then he settles back and wolf-whistles as Carrie comes downstairs. "I always knew you wanted in my pants." he says teasingly, taking a bite out of his Big Belly BBQ special.
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde looks over at Jason at his explanation. "We really need to take some time to sit down and talk about all of that," Kitty tells him. "I know there was a lot there that took some time to trust me with. But now that you have? There's probably more we need to go into. We both have people who know things and... well, we should take some time to talk all that out, yeah?"

Kitty looks up as she hears feet approaching the stairs. "There you are. Don't want all the fries to be gone before you're back," Kitty says. She leans over and gives Jason a little bump with her shoulder. "No more women in your pants," she tells him.
Carrie Kelley Carrie Kelley gives a faint snort at that joke only to shake her head. "Terrible. Simply terrible. If you don't hit him Kitty, I can," she offers with a broad grin. Although it looks as if it was handled anyway. "Thanks for having me over though, seriously." She snags a burger as well, and considers. "I should probably get back to my place pretty soon. I've got a few projects I've been half-assing to prepare for tonight and now that it's over..." she shrugs. No more avoiding things. With a smirk she adds, "You two going to be okay without me chaperoning?"
Jason Todd "Yes, Kitty, you're the only one allowed in my pants." Jason says with a smirk, before he hears Carrie's comment. "Should I bring you an extra pillow to cover your head to hide the noises we're making upstairs?" there's a chuff of a laugh at that.
Kitty Pryde Kitty Pryde tells Carrie, "It was great having you there. And earlier today was a lot of fun too. We're going to have to get together again." She turns to look at Jason and says in a playful tone, "Do you want to have sex, like, ever again?" She reaches behind Jason to give him a little swat on his derriere. "We'll be fine, yes. But are you ok to get home Carrie? You're welcome to crash here if not, I'm sure," Kitty offers. She gets her soda and takes a long sip from it letting out a sigh. The burn of carbonation. So good.
Carrie Kelley Carrie Kelley flips off Jason. With love of course. To Kitty she nods though, "Yeah I'll be fine. I can take the car back, and pick up mine too. I'm sure Jason's got his bike around here. He loves that thing." Standing again she grins at the pair. "Yeah, definitely. It'd be great to hang out again. I'm not going to be a stranger, just... got to unwind after tonight. Crowds that large aren't something I've dealt with much." With that she gathers up her stuff, shoes and all, and starts out. "You guys be good. Or at least good at it if not."
Jason Todd "Text when you get home." Jason says, and smirks at Carrie, before sitting down to finish his meal and side-eyes Kitty. "Really, you'd do that?"
