Jennifer Walters The law firm of Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg, & Holliway is becoming known in some circles for their Superhero Division, as it is more commonly known, which caters to the needs of enhanced individuals, mutants, aliens, and even vigilantes. That it is headed up by She-Hulk, a former Avenger, doesn't hurt matters either.

It's easy enough to get an appointment, and the firm deals with everything from small individual matters like a will, up to working for large corporations run by superheroes.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie has set up a meeting to meet with Ms. Walters, and shows up on time, in a suit actually, finger pulling at his collar now and again. He trys to stop as he is shown into the office.
Jennifer Walters Jennifer is big and green at the moment as she often is for meetings with heroes in the office, even if in court she usually is in her more normal human guise. Her skirt suit fits her impeccably, looking stylish and if the cut is conservative in how much skin is shown, it still shows off the tremendous figure of She-Hulk.

She isn't aware of the new client she's meeting being a hero, but then if he asked for her by name there's a good chance, so Jennifer doesn't bother changing, which would require a change of clothes. She walks out of her office to meet him, smiling to her assistant as she offers Samuel her hand. "Hello, Jennifer Walters. Nice to meet you, Mister Guthrie. Would you like to come in? Can I get you coffee or tea or something?" she asks.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie looks to her, and says "Yes, and Ah think Ah am good for now. I hope not to take to much of your time, but Ah needed some information on some things, and Ah believe you would be the one to be able to answer them.
Jennifer Walters She-Hulk leads Samuel into her office, motioning him to a seat in front of the desk. Her own chair is sized for her larger frame as she sits down behind the desk, the door to the office closed for his privacy. "Sure, what is it that you're needing?" she asks him once they are both seated. Jennifer takes out a pad of paper and a pen to make some notes if needed. There's also a computer on the desk though off to the side where it won't be in the way of talking to someone.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie will rub the back of his neck for a moment, and says "Well first, may Ah ask, is there a type of confidentuality when speaking to you, Ah mean is what I talk about her private, and um it is not involving criminal activity.
Jennifer Walters She-Hulk nods to Samuel and says, "There is. An attorney-client privilege exists while consulting about potentially hiring an attorney. So anything you say about past acts would be covered while it is part of such a consultation. Should we decide not to enter into representation, if you continued saying things after it was no longer part of the consultation that would not be covered. But if it gets to that point I'll make the delineation clear," she tells him.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie hmms and nods his head a bit to this and says "Ok, well I would like to consult with you, about what type of legal needs would be needed fo a superhero group that wanted to be public, where people could come talk to them and such
Jennifer Walters "Well, there are all sorts of things to consider," Jennifer tells him. "First is a case of liability. There is always the potential to be sued for things that happen around superheroes. If you're working for hire, you probably want that liability assumed by your client. You also should look into insurance, I'd advise. This is also one reason that a lot of heroes keep secret identities," she says, "Just to avoid the lawsuit being served. Beyond that, there's possibility of breaking laws and being charged, of course." She continues to go on, familiar with this kind of situation and able to outline the things that such a group would need to be careful of, legally.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Ah am curious about what things could be set up for liability and such. Ah am thinking more freelance somewhat like Avengers or Justice League, but with a majority of Mutant members, Trying to bring it so the first thing that comes to mine with mutant is not the brotherhood of evil mutants
Jennifer Walters Jennifer considers this and says, "Well, you might consider engaging with a PR firm to help handle your public image, if so. I've a few friends who are mutants, and it's horrible the things you have to deal with," She-Hulk tells him, shaking her head in understanding.

"How much a government accepts your actions really depends on the location, its laws, and the officials involved," Jennifer says. "Sometimes even a clearly good act can draw negativity from the public or from government. But really you're talking about liability from civil suits, which means insurance. And then making sure you're aware of the laws to avoid breaking them."
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie nods a bit to her, and says "Well Ah appreciate your time, Ah am still looking into things but I have always heard good things about you from Dr. McCoy, so Ah thought Ah would at least get some info. Thank you.
Jennifer Walters She-Hulk gives Samuel some information. "If you do decide to go ahead and need legal representation, or even want to retain us to dig into more details while planning or deciding, here's our information, rates and the like. And some estimates to give you an idea of what events of different types have run for various groups in the past," she says. "Though as stated, those are estimates and each situation can vary greatly." She rises after passing the packet over to Samuel.
Samuel Guthrie Samuel Guthrie nods and will take the info and thank her again for the info, and makes sure to get her card.
