Kian     Despite the invitation from Koriand'r, Kian has been more than a little hesitant to actually approach the Tower.  Not that he finds the Tower forbidding or ominous or anything.  It's a big shiny 'T', that's nothing to be afraid of.
So it's not the building itself that causes him to circle the island twice far above.
Whatever it is, he seems to have made a decision, and spirals down for a landing, as far from the pool as possible and...
...and, well, now what?  He's accustomed to mental guideposts telling him where to go, or who's home, or if the occupants are even in the mood for visitors.  And of course, Terran buildings don't use Akiar mindport technology.  So he just stands there, with no idea where to go or what to do.
Colette Kian's arrival is greeted by a peculiar sound coming from inside the building, a faint wailing like some giant avian mother calling its fledglings back to the nest. He is also greeted by something moving; it's not immediately familiar to him, but his knowledge of Earth is sufficient to suggest it's some kind of machine, perhaps a robot. While it is a rather boxy contraption and hardly android in shape something rather eye-like is now pointing towards him, and several other openings in what must be its front give it a vaguely face-like appearance.

As far as those Titans currently inside the tower are concerned, these events are easier to interpret. Firstly, the intruder alarm is going off. Someone unidentified has arrived on the roof; video images of Kian are shown on every screen. The defense turret of course won't open fire, too many fliers turn up that way and you don't really want to risk angering a visiting kryptonian by getting their clothes dirty.
Tim Drake Tim Drake does head up to the top. The young man, coming up not from the elevator, but from a window one floor down, and up his zip line to put him at another angle. The young man looks over to the new person "Hello, and you are?" He will ask.
Kian     At the camera, Kian goes, "/Kya/!" and stumbles back a step.  And at the appearance of a young man in a costume appearing up over the edge of the building, he goes, "/Kya/!" again and instinctively moves away from him.  Multiple different directions lead to the inevitable: landing on his backside on the rooftop, wings sprawls out behind him.
"/h'Kian -- Kori sha'h... nnnh!  c'Rhys'yw/!" he stammers, then shakes his head clear, slowly getting to his feet.  "English.  Yes.  My name is Kian.  I met someone named Kori... Korian'dyr?" he explains, getting the name not quite right but hopefully close enough.  "She said I should come here."  Anyone listening who might have known the little birdman when he was last around might notice his accent is thicker than it used to be.
Colette The stairs seem to be out of fashion. Stardust puts in an appearance, floating up from the other side of the tower than Tim had ascended, making no use of zip lines or grapples. She rises up above the tower for an overhead view, then descends in that eerily unnatural way that people who's flight is non-aerodynamic have a tendency to use. She comes to ground close to the pair, and starts circling and peering closely at... Tim. It's almost as if she's mistaken him for the mystery intruder.

Tilting her head to one side, Stardust greets Tim with a simple "Ah, the /mark 3/ Robin. " She keeps circling him, smirking slightly, then turns her head to the winged visitor. "Kya, Kian," she greets, before turning her attention back to Tim. "Been a while. What... that Doctor Light business? I keep hearing you've been visiting but never seem to run into you. I assume you've been avoiding me until I learn what all that jargon you like to bark over the comms actually means. Fair enough." She gives him a wink, then stops circling and turns back to Kian. "Heya bird. Haven't seen you in a while either. I'm all out of peeps, sorry. How's life?"
Tim Drake Tim Drake crosses his arms listening to the bird and then the other "Red Robin, Robin is the other guy, it is his name now." He tells Colette. He looks over to Kian, and says "Seems you have a few friends here visiting or is there something you need help with?" He asks, not making it sound accusing but curious.
Kian     "Colette?"  Kian blinks in genuine surprise.  "I have not seen you since... nnh."  He stops, and swallows hard, and then bows low to her, wings spread wide.  "I must apologize.  I abandoned you and your friends," he says quietly, then straightens up.  I... I could not deal with the demands of this world any longer, and had to get away.  I think I am ready to try to rejoin this world."  He bites his lower lip.  "If this world will have me, that is."
He turns and bows, less deeply, to Red Robin.  "I am here to be useful," he says simply.
Colette "Yeah yeah, Red Robin," Stardust agrees with a smirk. "I remember. Night Robin, Jerk Robin, Red Robin and Robin Robin. That's the right order isn't it? So that makes you mark three. Someone needs to buy Batman a book about birds that has more than one page. It's confusing. If Vorpal hadn't explained it to me one day with chaos magic stick figures, I'd never have figured it out. "

Stardust rests a hand lightly and momentarily on Kian's shoulder. "You had a lot to think about Birdy, it's okay. You didn't abandon anyone, you just weren't ready yet. So. Do you get the idea that violence is not insane when its purpose is to stop the violence of those who are insane? Oh... and please, call me Stardust in front of people who might not know what my real name is, if you don't mind. Red Robin here already knows so it's cool, but I don't like everyone to. " She nods her head with a finality that says that conversation is done. "You came to the right place. Robin, Vorpal, Brick and I are based here. Uh, at least part time." She half turns to give Tim a much subtler nod - just an assurance this one's okay, though it's already obvious she and Kian know each other.
Tim Drake Tim Drake smirks a bit at the names, but nods his head in return to her as she gives Kian the ok. He relaxes a bit and says "So, your friends of Stardust and Kori puts you in pretty good company. They could use a bit of back up here in the tower." He says.
Kian     As always, physical contact brings on mental contact, and Colette gets a whirl of sensations from Kian before he can calm his mind, too quickly to make sense out of any of them, and then the birdman is mentally quiet.  "No," he says, choosing his words with care, "no, I can't accept that violence is not insane.  But I *can* accept that it is sometimes necessary and can be applied minimally and with reason.  I suppose that will have to do?" he asks.
He turns back to Red Robin -- if Colette's hand is still on his shoulder, she will 'hear' the thought, (Why do none of the robins here have wings?) -- and nods his head.  "I have only met Kori once.  I have known Co... uh, Stardust from before, and Vorpal, and Brick."
Colette     If Stardust picks up on the sensory whirl from Kian, she doesn't react to it. She is however very used to stray mental traffic. What's one more voice? "Fighting fire with fire then?" she asks. The phrase might not be familiar to Kian, but it's a simple enough parallel. "And Robin too, she reminds Kian. "He's actually the leader of this group. When he's not busy being kidnapped, going off to discover himself, or sulking. You got a place to stay, Kian? I don't even know if you like to live indoors. But we can give you a room if you need one."

Stardust takes a few steps away from Kian, an apparently random bit of pacing which brings her closer to Tim, standing almost beside him. Or maybe it's not entirely random, because suddenly there's more obviously a united front here. A simple message - We are the Titans. "You know, Mark Three. Kian here doesn't approve of violence," she explains to Tim. "His people consider it a mental illness. But when he's sure his Goddess would approve, he's willing to help where it's needed. Back when Darkseid invaded, he helped Vorp, me and Supergirl out with a parademon horde. As well as the whole flying thing, he's got like... lightning powers. I wasn't entirely clear on that. We've been trying to persuade him to join the cause for a while." This speech is given while facing Kian, but finally she turns to Tim with a grin. "And as I recall, he quite likes pizza." Obviously in Colette's eyes, that seals the deal.
Tim Drake Tim Drake chuckles softly, and says "You know he maybe right about the violence thing, but then there are times when it is the only thing that will work to stop others. He will add and says "And someone who does not care for violence maybe a good influence on Robin. " He will nod a bit more to the powers and the comment about parademons. "Parademon are a nasty lot, and if you helped in that fight, I have to thank you. If your looking for a home, I could not suggest a better place than here with the titans.
Kian     "Yes, I think I am ready for a... a... a...."  Kian trails off in some confusion.  "Well," he finally says, "a more permanent place to stay.  It cannot be a home as I understand it.  My needs are simple, but may I ask just two things?  I will need a room from which I can get out to the sky, and it will also need to have a certain amount of space."  He spreads and re-folds his wings.  "You are doing me a favor I know, but a room without those two features is a room I could not *be* in, much less stay."
Colette "Several hundred Parademons in fact, a small army. We kicked their asses." Stardust pauses a moment. "Okay, to be fair we did have some help. There were some other aliens, and..." She blinks a couple of times. "...someone else. There were birds." she ends, a momentary look of confusion crossing her face before it quickly passes and the thought is dismissed. Unlooked-for aid from immensely powerful magicians who prefer to remain unobserved tends to have that kind of effect on people's memories.

Stardust looks at Kian thoughtfully. "Access to the sky is easy. We have big windows, and several of us fly. I can't remember the last time I actually used the door for my room." Not that she uses her room very much - only about half the Titans actually live at the tower these days. "As for space... hmm. The biggest spaces are the danger room, the lobby, the hangar and the gym. We kind of need those. But I'm sure we can work something out. Maybe the hanger to start off with, that barely gets used. So, what do you say? Want the tour, or should we jump straight to the pizza?"
Kian     Kian brightens a little.  "Can we do pizza while touring?" he asks -- Colette definitely remembers the little birdman's tastes well.
