Damian Wayne It is night at Gotham as Damian sneaks through the window into the empty, dark room as quietly as one would with his training. The scene of the room is bloody, and disheveled as there was an obvious struggle here though it was long over. Pulling out some gloves from his utility belt he turns his view to a different spectrum looking around the room quietly. Damian knows that the room was once a ladies named Jessica though she was dead now, and from the folder Damian 'aquired' from GCPD it says that the location of the man was unknown. He is here collecting samples in a quiet though percise way to take back to the cave for later analysis particularly intrested in what he sees as dirt on the floor.

So that is what he is currently doing as the rest of the building was full of people, and the room was roped off and technically no-one was supposed to be here it would take him much longer then usual. Still slowly, but surely that is what he does without making a sound searching the small home.
Tim Drake Tim Drake has been doing a bit of checking on attacks on women of late. He has his reasons with an attack on one seeming to be pointing to a Robin, and him more than the more stabby one has him on a bit more of an alert. He has heard of this scene, and got here just in time to see someone entering the window. He taps his mask, and a small drone will fly over to the window scanning the room. Once he sees who it is, he will move to sit on the window sill clearing his throat softly, ready to dodge if his brother decides to throw something his way.
Damian Wayne Damian broods at the drone, and thinks about who he knows who uses something like that quickly coming to the sole conclusion. He doesn't speak or aknowledge Tim as he keeps investigating, quietly just continuing to do what he came here to do. Pick up something look it over, though Tim might reconize it though the print out is just a list of chemicals finally he looks over at Tim he doesn't say anything just gives him that look he would know well of broody greeting then turn back to his readings.

Finally after a moment of looking at the readings he turn, and walks towards Tim, though he isn't armed with anything but a device for scanning, he would until either Tim said to stop, or was close enough to hand over the scanner. He doesn't explain what the readings mean, but on it are a few chemicals that could lead to things like paint, or make-up, but that is all he gives you expecting you to know or figure it out he waits quietly for what you think about this discovery.
Tim Drake Tim Drake does let him get close, and takes the scanner looking it over, and hmmms a bit to this "So, thinking someone is trying to put this on the clown? If so would be a bit sloppy not enough smiles and gags. Don't think it would be Harley, not quite her style." He hmmms, and will move from the window sill and starts to look around the room, he does not touch anything for now, just walking through the attack. He says "Maybe a kidnapping made to make the victim look like he is on the run for murder?"
Vic Sage Question has been following multiple leads lately. Both in the case that brought him to Gotham, and in others. He is aware that some of the Batfamily have been on the recent spat of crimes on women. This being the most recent. But this is in the same way one is aware that the stars come out at night. It is a simple fact. An inevitability. WHICH of them however is a different matter all together. His guise as The Question is too notable, too recognizable with the recent events at the Watchtower. This calls for a different sort of mask, a disguise. One that will make civilians leave him be and avoid him, and yet will blend in with the city in a way that does not call attention. He knows there is a risk of running into Red Robin, but still this disguise is the best fit.

It is almost like putting on a well worn suit. Lenny the washed up boxer makes his way through the city using its transit system, and then on foot. Eventually the old slugger makes his way up inside a tenament building mentioned in recent papers and police chatter. He reaches the floor and then the door in the hall. His footsteps heavy and lumbered. There is crimescene tape and a seal on the door. It is of no matter though. There is a soft scratch at the door, tearing tape and papper, followed by a metalic scritching as he begins to work a lockpick...
Damian Wayne Damian shakes his head at Tim, he did not believe it was Harley either nor did he believe it was a setup. He stopped thinking about this for a bit before looking like he was about to explain his idea though before any words exit he stops, and gives a hard look to Tim jumping back to disapear amuoung the shadows. Right now it could be anyone including the police so he would just hide it out incase as he scales up and hides in one of the corners of the ceiling ready to leap when needed. The room was dark because there was no power to it, so nothing was on, so while they may have some sort of light he knew that there would be darkness inside this room at least.

He looks over towards where Tim was just incase. He doubted he was still there, but he could be rash and for now Damian would rather observe. He didn't say it to him, or give any orders as when the door opens it is just common instinct for the Bat fam to disapear.
Tim Drake Tim Drake has moved as well. He has also set his mask lenses expecting a momentary flash of light from a flash light or some such from the man outside the door. He takes his spot in the kitchen, near a window there if a quick egress is needed. His little drone flying up to the light fixture and landing there upside down to be used a remote camera. As long as Robin does not seem to be about to attack who ever comes through the door right off the bat he waits.
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz finishes his work with the lockpick as the deadbolt gives a final clack as it slides back. Sure he could be more stealthy, but if there is a bat in there its best not to surprise them. Not that Batman would ever be surprised. If its a bad guy in there, well the door would erupt in holes and lead and that would be a dead giveaway now wouldn't it. Still he is on the alert.

The door is pushed inward. His small penlight shines briefly then goes out. 'Lenny' does not walk straight in, rather he takes one small half-step into the doorway and stops. He takes a deep breath in through his nose and closes his eyes.

... dust. To be expected in an old building.
...the copper scent of blood. Again expected.
...spray paint and latex. Interesting.
...cordite. Faint but someone has fired a gun here.
...sweat and leather. Damn.

Lenny opens his eyes and steps further into the room. As he does he reaches behind and swings the door shut behind him. He does his best to not let the sense of presence he is feeling show in his body language. He simply turns and stands there for a while letting his eyes adjust.
Damian Wayne Damian didn't make a movement, not even a blink watching the man from his roost quietly waiting for any wrong move. It wasn't a uniform, but that didn't mean not a cop as he watched quietly feeling a little bit lucky it wasn't someone to clean the room. He stares at the man as he enters looking for any sign, though his posture seems to be cautious it doesn't seem to be alerted yet so he gives him a moment to show his intentions. Damian knew people often did things when they did not think they were being watched, and that would tell him more. As he smells the room Damian frowns of all the detection he could be smelled and he didn't like that though the chances of some random person being able to smell another were low.

Damian remembered about his time alone the snake that looked like nothing all small and dull that Damian had let pass, of course it had struck him the posion taking him down for a few days while before his body overcame it. Coming back to reality he looks at Lenny, no.. do not underestimate. So Damian spent this time making up plans of attack, though mostly with the idea of detaining him, but assumed that he knew that Damian was there even though he technically didn't. Still he didn't attack though watch him waiting to see out of the options which one he decides to go with.
Tim Drake Tim Drake will move his hand over the air behind the counter, in a motion that looks like typing. A message sent to Robin "Lenny Lefkowitz, low level thug ex boxer. Encountered him in civis. He picked a fight with a vampire being an ass, and got his ass beat, but the vampire fell down screaming too. Was odd. " He will move to get at a better spot to react as he adds on "Your scene, your call." Actually giving the younger man lead.
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz 's eyes now adjusted to the dark he steps forward into the middle of the room looking around. He sighs and again strikes up his penlight. Just too dark here to catch details. He knows he is being watched now. He can just feel the eyes on him. Not how many or from whom, but he knows he is not alone. Presence sense is something one picks up in this line of work. Especially after being trained by Dragon, and tested relentlessly by Shiva who never held back not even once. Expect the unexpected. Feel it coming before it happens and you just might survive long enough to be somebody's problem. Thats what she said and it still holds true.

Lenny turns his light around on the floor near his own feet and then systematically begins panning it left and right taking in every detail of what it reveals. This place does not feel the same as others.
Damian Wayne If Damian could frown more he would as he picked out a few key words from Tim's message. If he fought vampires it was not good though the strange result at least ment that they had a chance so it might be better to stay, but Damian was not yet convinced this was the person yet as it made no sense for him to be here, or if he did return to be so cautious once he was in his own home.. Damian notes he didn't try the lights, and that only shown he was equiped for the dark, or knew the power was off. Finally he decided it was too dangerous not to move so with two letters 'GH' which Tim would know as go high. Then he moves to take down this man that was making him nervious keeping in mind the exits just incase.

He uses a different strategy this time though as he wanted to know how good this person was, so right before he leaps his direction he makes a small suttle scrach on the wall. Normally this would be nothing, but a very light noise right before he attacks. He would spring from his part in the wall, while it may look like he is coming to attack he actually lands with a short roll throwing two what look to be balls on string at him. One would go for the legs, and the other the waist he watches the man react. Damian knows what is coming so he doesn't press the attack waiting instead to react to he next motion pulling out some 'Birdarangs' from his utility belt instead.
Tim Drake Tim Drake does follow the other's lead. Knowing the man is a boxer he is pretty sure he is pretty hard headed, so instead of just a kick or something, he goes for something more akin to a wrestling bulldog. Using the younger man's attacks as a pivot to try to put the larger man on the ground, and more easily under their control. Once he has hit the man down or not, Tim moves from arms reach and his staff comes to hand extending as it does.
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz goes down like a sack of potatoes. He does manage to shift his body in a way that any injuries would be minimized to mere bruising, but he keeps his fighting acumen limited to what 'Lenny' would know.

Lenny lets out a surprised grunt as he is tackled from two fronts and at two fulcrums. The penlight goes spinning off into the room twirling wildly in the air and landing with a skittering roll as it winds up under... something... and its illumination becomes limited to a scant few inches along the floorline. "What in the hell!" he exclaims struggling to free himself.
Damian Wayne Damian looks at the man now wrapped up, and tackled and sighs to himself quietly as perhaps he did think too much of this person though he had no complaints about a quick takedown. He raises from the crouched position to hover over you the darkness coving the specifics of which Bat it was though the eyes could be seen glaring down at you. He stares quietly at you for a long momemt before he asks his question in a harsh gravely voice much different and deeper then his own. "Why are you here!"

The man did not fit not like the boxer, no Lenny was Lenny being tied up on the ground right now confirmed that. This Lenny being here didn't fit, he certainly wasn't a police officer. Could he of done it, maybe though for him to break into the crime scene not to grab something quickly.. it was wierd. So he would give him this chance though he had another idea as he looked up to the window. He glanced over to Tim, and looked at the window and then the tied up man. It was a brief glance so he hope he got it, but if this man didn't speak he wanted the other Robin to be ready to escilate this quickly.
Tim Drake Tim Drake nods his head a bit to this and his hand holding the leg will be swapped and as so, a lasso of rope will be lightly placed over held foot. He keeps silent and lifts the leg a bit to put pressure and also hide the motion of putting the loop around it. He is actually trying to get along with his little brother and while he figures he maybe feeding the kids ego, he does feel a little bad about an explosion not to long ago.
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz freezes his movements stopping all struggling. He turns his head and cranes looking at the both of your silluettes in the dark room. He thinks .oO((Well thats that then. Red Robin is here.)) Then, with slow deliberation he moves to a more comfortable position. The entire series of movements are slow, deliberate, and paced so that it does not instigate another attack by the two individuals standing over him. "Timmothy, if you don't mind letting go of my leg so that I may stand. I will explain." He then looks over at Damian, "Hold your venom, Son of the Demon. Though grandson would be a more accurate title. I will not allow you to hoist me out the window." he says calmly.
Damian Wayne The face does not break, but Damian frowns as not many know especially random boxers that get jumped in the middle of the night in a crime scene. So there was only one thing to do he slowly walked forward quietly glaring at the man he quietly says.. "We will see.." and sends Tim the signal with a thumbs-up emoticon. If this was some random person they couldn't hang them out the window exactly like they said so it would start to make sense what was going on here. The other side of it was if he wasn't then they could still pull off that they have no idea who he is talking about, so as far as Damian sees it he had to tell Tim to push the button.

Of course Damian would watch carefully as each motion would help give away who exactly they were or at least what this Lenny knew which was too much already. Worst comes to worst, and the man gets dragged outside they would be able to answer some questions for real they have not reached to point to worry yet though they needed information quickly.
Tim Drake Tim Drake changes the plan just a bit at this. Someone who knows who they are putting them out the window would give them to much freedom. He is pretty sure if it not Bruce or dick with some test, from the way they referred to Damian. He instead steps back, while launching the grapple into the apartment roof, hoping more to get the mystery man more in a pinata position in the room rather than a dirty rug out the window. He does stare at the man, trying a bit of mental communication, that seeing as none of them are psychics nothing really happens.
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz lets out a slow exhasperated sigh as he begins to be hoisted. "You boys are very rude. I am here for the same *grunts* reason you are." As soon as he is off the floor he bends forward in a practiced move, reccognizable by the both of you as something taught to you by Batman. Bending fully at the waist till he is almost touching his leg with his forehead he whips back, his arm free and sweeping past the chord at his leg as it is cut by a short knife he had previously hidden on his person. He jackknifes in the air and lands crouched on both feet in a movement too graceful to be accomplished by a clumsy washed up boxer. He then straightens and jumps back just enough to give him some space between himself and the caped duo.

He holds up his hands, the knife having vanished back into a pocket. "Hold off, boys. I'm on your side." he says keeping his guard up.
Damian Wayne Damian watches Tim hook the man up, though only giving Tim a very cold hard look. He didn't say anything he didn't have to before he turns to look at Lenny now hanging upside down adapting to the situation despite Tim's changing of his plan. The clock was ticking as noise brought trouble and they were making a lot of noise he already deployed his jammer to block phone calls though didn't want to leave that on for long just incase. As the man frees himself Damian shakes his head though listens to what they have to say. He glares at Lenny, "I don't have time to play these games, I work alone."

With that he pushes his way past him to the window looking back once to look at Tim once more with that disapointed look though doesn't say anything. Though he does stop there for a moment, "I will look at it.. When you figure out whatever it is isn't part of this." ready to launch off again though still in the window for now.
Tim Drake Tim Drake looks to Damian for a moment, but is more concerned with "Lenny" for now "Ok, who are you, you move close to some folks we know, but your also willing to let someone pound on you. Your the one who had the kid plant the bug on me, I take it." He will cross his arms and says "So, the one checking in on me or the one trying to frame me?"
Vic Sage Lenny Lefkowitz smiles, "I have been investigating that case, yes. Among others. My name is not important, though if you must call me something... some refer to me as 'The Question'. At least that is what it says on my Justice League identicard now that I have one." he says reaching towards his beltbuckle. "Don't over-react. I am simply dropping my disguise..." he says as he triggers something in it and is momentarily swallowed in a cloud of billowing smoke that seems to move up and down over his entire body. His clothing changes color, his hair, and even his complexion slightly. He raises his hands to his face and presses them against it as if molding clay for a moment and soon his featureless face is revealed. He reaches behind himself and under his jacket and pulls out a folded fedora which he places atop of his head.
Damian Wayne Damian speaks quietly from the window, "The move should of given it away, there are only a handfull of people who know it, less that would be at a crime scene. Batman wouldn't waste time with these tricks, and would of known where to look from experience, and the rest are female.. Other then him of course." he looks to Tim, and then back. "He could of also escaped from the loop if engaged though it was narrowed down to two people so how would of told us this as well without.. One needing to explain."

He sighs after talking so much explaining how it had to be the question to Tim he turns and disapears out the window without a word of goodbye, just one moment there, and the next he is gone into the night again. He would let them talk out the rest, as he explained clearly why so maybe next time Tim would hit the button though he wondered if that boy could ever follow diretions.. Then remembers he is three years older then Damian is and sighs.
Tim Drake Tim Drake makes a hand motion like he would so give the kid a slap, but just shakes his head a moment to this and says "Well Question, you care to tell me more about this whole investigating me instead of going around behind my back? Maybe work together a bit to find out who did this instead of wasting your time investigating me?
Vic Sage Question looks at Red Robin for a moment then says, "I still have not eliminated you as a suspect. Not completely, though nearly. You know as well as I do, letting a suspect know too much about an investigation, especially if the suspect is familiar with criminology. Letting you know you were being followed, changed your behavior patterns but not in a manner that would indicate guilt. No, instead you've made yourself look even more guilty in some ways. Not something a person would do when hounded by guilt. I've talked with Batman more recently, discuss it with him if you wish to know more about your case. The whole matter is confounding. If you are being framed, why haven't they made another move?"
Tim Drake Tim Drake hmms and says "Well, my first two theories would be I have been a bit more all over the place, doing some things in both New York, and Bloodhaven, so trying to make sure I was not out doing something would be more difficult, and if it has anything to do with my romantic life, well that is mostly non existent currently may have something to do with it.
Vic Sage Question nods, "Consider the implications there, Red. This is not the best place for discussing confidential matters such as this. There may be ears... but I will say this. Whoever it is, they would have to know of your connection to the woman, and as Red Robin. That is a short list. Longer than most like us would prefer but still... I have not cleared your current paramour, though from what I've seen there is no reason for jealousy for an already dead relationship. There is something we are not seeing here. I need more information... and I cannot trust you completely yet enough to give you instructions on how to shake loose more threads. I am waiting for something... a bit of information... that should definitively put the matter of your guilt to rest. At least for me... and for Batman." he tilts his head in a way to convey that even Batman had lingering questions in the matter.
Tim Drake Tim Drake shakes his head and says "You may have doubts, but he knows me as well as I know him, and I do not see any doubts there." He will walk towards the window as the small drone flies back to him "When you find a place and time your willing to talk more openly let me know. and you may want to do something about the DNA angel he motions to where the man was on the ground launches his grapple to head out the window but actually gives the man a moment to reply.
Vic Sage Question smiles, a motion of his head conveying the expression. "Already taken care of. My gas and method of diguise alters things and I didn't bleed. It wont be an issue." he says turning to move towards the door. "This crime scene has been compramised already. Not counting the police at least four other individuals were here besides us after the crime took place." he says and opens the door to leave.
Tim Drake Tim Drake zips away into the night and hmms softly to himself in thought but does not put tracers on anyone, and stops a block or two away to make sure he has none on him.
Vic Sage Question heads out, returning to the city he now calls home. There are new places to explore, and clues to follow. Truths to uncover by scouring the grime covered wounded beast called Gotham City. Question will be here for a while longer. Much longer than he originally hoped, but this City needs him more than his home. Then there is the matter of his new job. Gotham is much closer it than far away Hub City....

Time for some coffee. Yes, and a conversation with the waitress at Mercutio's. She was rather pretty after all.
