Jillian Holtzmann Outside of Reggies Electronics on this non-descript Gotham side-street the white and red Cadilac rests, the caddie that dorns the now worldwide-known logos of the Ghostbusters. After saving New York a good 20 years ago from a massive paranormal incident, the team has been a consistent figure in outbreaks in the spectral flavor. So they're still a well known group, even today, 20 years since a giant Marshmallow Man was blown up over streets of the Midtown Manhattan.

As of right now, the front door to the electronics store opens and out comes a push-cart loaded with old fashioned tech. All kinds of stuff from computers to tvs to... other kinds of computers. And behind it, a blonde haired woman in a grey trenchcoat emerges pushing said cart.

"Yeah, thanks again, Reg! You're the breast!" She shouts. "I mean best! Your wife is a lovely woman!" She says back into the store.

While pushing the cart toward the Ecto-1's rear, Holtz mutters more under her breath. "Big woman, huge... massive. How does she get out of bed in the morning."

Keys jingling out of her pocket, Holtzmann goes to open the rear door on the Caddie.
Vorn Bjorn often made a habit of visiting local compitions agaist his own Electronic services...and by local he means anywhere the hyperloop can go within 2 hours! So he finds himself in gotham walking down the street. And stops in front of Reggies electronics.
The massive icelandic man, dressed to the nines, is however distracted by the blonde woman walking...towards The Ghost riders van??!?!?!

He stops and stares a moment in disbeleif. Oh he would LOVE to get a hand on some of that gear!
Zachary Lightwing A little spark of electricity travels along a lamp post nearby, and then a small vaguely house-cat shaped apparition ... apparates from the base of the fixture. Its stunning green eyes, clearly cat eyes and much more solid than the rest of its vaguely feline shape. When it approaches Jillian's cart, its form wavers, and then it zzzaps up to one of the computers and emerges from it right after, leaving no apparent harm to it. The strange feline sits there, clearly translucent, staring at her, and then looking at the car.

Upon realizing who the car belongs to, he immediately says, "Oh, shoot."

His voice is... childish, and echoy and distant. Ghostly, you might say.

"Are you a Ghostbuster? That's cool as hell!"
Jillian Holtzmann Holtz pops the back door open and then moves the cart of purchased 'loot' up to it. She starts to offload things, but drops a small hand calculate from the 90s. "Vintage..." Holtz quips with a little strange laugh as she crouches to pick it up.

When she stands up again, holding the graphing calculator she spies the sudden appearance of the ghost and her eyes go wide behind her yellow-tinted glasses. "Hooooo there, Fancy Feast Ghost!" She says back at the little ghostly thing, not yet aware of Bjorn's presence as a pedestrian on the sidewalk, as those are quite common.

Holtz dips into the back of the Ecto-1 and grabs a device... a PKE Meter. She quickly flips it on and aims at the electronics haul that the cat-spirit was hiding in. The little limbs on the PKE Meter start flashing wildly and rising up and down, Holtz starts to grin.

"I haven't seen a cat ghost before... this would make Erin flip!"
Vorn Bjorn takes a double take when the ghostly cat appears. He blinks once, than twice and tilts his head. Being an alien make strange occurances...not scary, but still quite surprising when you do bump into something new!

The 7ft man deep voice booms out "Never seen semi-tranparent cat before....are you really a ghost?" he asks, as the creature now serves as quite the reasonble distraction
Zachary Lightwing "Oh wow!"

Zachary, as he has not yet introduced himself, steps forward across the computers and perches quite expertly on the edge of the cart. He appears to be weightless. He leeeeeans in and tries to get a better look at the PKE meter much the same way as a normal cat would do. He even reaches out with a foreleg, an amorphous little paw trying to touch it. "Haha, it's flipping out!" he says, his excitement very clear in his voice. "What does that detect? Is it your ghost detector?" But then he realizes he's garnered more attention than he anticipated, and turns to address Bjorn.

"Uhhh. Nnno?" he answers, uncertainly. Readings would indicate that yes, this is, indeed, a ghost, or something close to it.

"I'm not really a cat, either. This form's just a coincidence," he adds, unhelpfully and with an aloof tone that suggests he won't be elaborating before he gets distracted. He hops from the cart and into the back of the Ecto-1, seeking out more of these ghost-related toys to get a look at.
Jillian Holtzmann Holtz looks up for a moment toward the super tall Bjorn and she flashes him a big grin. "Far out, huh?" She asks, not phased by Bjorn's 7ft in height even in the slightest. "It talks too." She says, before looking back to Zachcat.

She watches it jump into the back of the Caddie and she follows it with the PKE Meter. "Free roaming, class... three. Talking makes it hard to classify, rare in ghosts." She was kind of talking to herself. "Ah! I know! Its a Class Z for ZOH-M-Gee! that thing is cute!"

Inside the Ecto-1 there are currently two proton packs, but they're of different design. One is the classic Prime Proton Pack that Doctor Spangler created 20 years ago and the other is Jill's own design, the CMES Proton Pack which is smaller, less powerful but more accurate than the Prime Pack.

"Hey, don't go sliming things in there, Ghostly Garfield."
Vorn "Bjorn think it, is a he" Bjorn says. He can't help but walk closer to the van and peek inside at Zachary when he tries to find some toys to play with "Alright, so you are not cat, and not ghost... than what ARE you anyways?" he wonders of the creature

But than he looks back to Holtz when she begins trying to classify Zachary "Huh, you really know your..." pauses "animasl? Spookes? Cryptids?" he wasn't sure how to refer to this situation, he just took a guess at it

He looks back inside, clearly curiouse if there was going to be slime in there or not
Zachary Lightwing Zachary appears content to sniff at the Proton Packs, but as they are designed for weakening ghosts so that they may be captured, he is not really excited to try to touch them. He prowls around in the back of the vehicle until he's satisfied, and then sits down in a spot where he may stare up out at Bjorn and Jillian. The feline appears to have a long ghostly tail, a cross between a cat tail and a plume of smoke. It curls and flicks idly... and sparks with latent electricity with one of its curls.

"I'm not telling you what I am," he tells Bjorn, "That wouldn't be very fun for me. Right?" With that cagey answer aside, he tells Jillian, "I do not shed ectoplasm like some forsaken echo of mortal life. Look, I just wanted your autograph, but you're starting to weird me out, and there's all of these questions..." He looks away, playing up his uncomfortable attitude. It's clearly not entirely genuine and that he just doesn't want to tell them personal details.

Catty, you could say.

"... I'm cute?" he realizes Jillian said, "That's a new one."
Jillian Holtzmann "He." Jillian said back to Bjorn, still reading her PKE Meter that she had modified for her own personal use. It had an all new readout on the front. A screen that looks like she jammed an iPhone into an old device from the 80s. "Right."

Holtz listened to the catty cat's words and she flashed a grin. "An autograph, really?" She said then, lowering the PKE device for now. "Do you even have anything on you that I'd be capable of signing?" She inquired, laughing a little. "You're a ghostly cat now, but you have the ability to change forms? Fascinating. Self shape manipulation..."

Holtz pulled a notepad out of her overalls she was wearing beneath her jacket, she unhooked her pen from the notepad and started writing something down.
Vorn Bjorn raises a brow "Well someone is catty." he says. Was that supposed to be a joke? But still he chuckles "Well, it not really fun for you or us. Bjorn not going to go haywire trying to figure out what you are Sir."

And than he glances at Jillian as she begins getting a notepad. He wondered if she would keep trying to figure out the strange electrifying being.
Zachary Lightwing "Har. Har." Zachary replies, sticking out his tongue and confirming that he can emote some. And that he isn't moving his mouth to speak. It's just a sound coming vaguely from the core of his body. Bjorn would get this look for several solid seconds.

"Uhh." ... "No," he answers Jillian, suddenly disappointed that it hadn't occured to him that carrying an autograph around wouldn't be a simple thing. His ghostly white ears, glowing with their internal light, wilt in a very expressive show of that disappointment. It fades as she starts trying to assess what he can do, and one of his eyes half-lid as he takes on a skeptical expression. "Sssssoooooo..."

Awkward.

"... oh, right. What's all the computer stuff for?" he asks, perking right back up now that he's thought of a different topic.
Vorn Bjorn stares back, unblinkingly. It was definintly arkward. But than he looks to Jillian "Aye, Bjorn is wondering same thing as the cat here... what you need all this for?" he wonders
Jillian Holtzmann Jillian continued to scratch at her notepad with her pen and then she stopped for a minute. "Bjorn?" She asked looking at him. "You own that electronics store somewhere around here?" She asked further. "I was going to stop by it before head back... for..." She motioned to the parts on the cart beside them behind the car.

Holtz regarded the spirit then and she asked it bluntly. "Would you be willing to come back to the HQ with me and be run through a series of non-invasive... a little invasive... tests?" She asked of the ghostly cat.

Her yellow glasses covered eyes looked to the spare parts. "Oh, that?" She asked. "I'm building a robot." She gave them both a big and happy smile showing off her pearly white teeth. "A ghost hunting robot." She added. Whispering then she nodded all proudly. "I'm going to call him Ghostbot Three Thousand."
Zachary Lightwing "Eeeeeeh..."

Zachary sounds very uncomfortable with the idea of tests. He visibly struggles with the question. "... sure," he finally decides, having weighed the options and found that it was worth checking out where a Ghostbuster hangs out. "Just be careful not to destabilize me. I can fry all of this stuff you've made or bought if you're not careful, or even put you in the hospital. I've got enough charge in me to do that."

"Maybe I can help you think of a better name for the ghost robot, too," he adds.
Jillian Holtzmann Holtz gave a nod of her head then at the ghost felina's approval and she grinned. "Wicked." She said then before putting her notepad away into her pocket. "This'll be great. I promise. And I swear we won't destablizze you."

She started to put the stuff that she'd bought away into the back of the Ecto. "See... we do sort've live off of money from ghost destabilzations, but thats for ghosts that we're called to remove from properties because they're being a problem." She set a tv down inside the car with a grunt. "You seem to be more of the Casper variety of haunts, which is good. For you. Bad for our bank accounts, because you're not... you know, attached to some wealthy person's hip, making them poop thmselves and call us to come save the day."

She grinned then and set some keyboards down inside the car, followed by some old pc towers that were loaded with exposed parts.

"We'll take care of you though. This is all in the name of science." She started to fold the cart down so she could put that in the car too. "Hey. maybe we'll get you featured in a Cat Fancy article too." She said with a big dumb grin.
Zachary Lightwing The look that Zachary gives when he's reminded of the needs of humanity to pay for their lodging and so on is one of quiet realization. He stays in the back of the Ecto-1 as she speaks to him, making sure to nod slowly to show that he's paying attention. When the TV is placed near him, he just walks right into the screen, the screen humming as he sits in it as a flat image. He doesn't seem to have much else to say, and the television soon goes silent and dark, though he's probably still in there and will emerge when they reach her HQ.
