Cyberdragon Having flown for several hours sometimes ate near the speed of sound over night Cyberdragon has been searching DC for the Atlantian Embassy. Hoping that he will be expected, he's not entirely sure of how she should approach, but a Radar hit on him makes him alter his form so he can absorb most of the Radio waves to appear to be a small bird as he starts to drop from the sky to get under the normal radar.

Still having gotten information on where the Embassy is the Dragon slowly wings down dropping his speed as he gets closer and closer until finally he will land a few hundred feet away at a slow lazy glide. LAst thing he desires is to be confused for an attacker as he does begin to approach the embassy on foot. No surprise it is very close to the Ocean. Most likely half above it half with in it no doubt.

Still the red and black Bio-mechanical dragon moves quickly wanting to avoid too much attention.
Tempest     Tempest isn't often at the Embassy to be honest, he's an Ambassador to the United Nations not by choice and isn't much of a diplomat. The Atlantean Embassy itself is highly militaristic, Atlantean technology hidden behind a venear of peace but no less capable of protecting any Atlanteans that might need to come for whatever reason. Not that there's a lot of those either. The guards in place are Atlantean wearing battle armor that is fully enclosed to allow them to breathe on the surface, the water in the masks along with the polarizing effect keeping their features hidden from casual perusal.

There is some traffic but not a lot, most businesses and countries don't really have a lot of direct contact with Atlantis but since Ambassadors can't even survive in Atlantis there are a number of them that have offices at the Atlantean embassy as well and it's their employees and attache's that make up most of the people coming to and from the Embassy at any given time.

Tempest is currently at the entrance to the Embassy, speaking with an older woman who is no doubt an Ambassador from one country or another but it does appear that their meeting is ending since Tempest is bowing politely to the woman before they shake hands and she heads off to do more Ambassadorial things. Once she is stepping away though one of the armed and armored guards approaches the costumed teenager and speaks to him briefly.

"Don't do anything unless we're attacked. We cannot be seen as the aggressors here no matter what." Tempest tells the guard. "It may be nothing but be alert. Just in case."
Cyberdragon The Dragons wings fold up against his back as his tail moves behind him maintaining a relaxed approaching the embassy he will stop roughtly ten feet away as his tail moves around his legs as he bows his head holding out his hands showing he is unarmed save for the claws on his up turned hands, the blade on his tail. "I am Cyberdragon I come in peace. I had spoke with King Arthur Curry and he said he would send word of my arrival here requesting your assistance in an important matter. Though I did fly here with all due speed from metropolis I may have arrived before he has informed you." He says and he does not move from the pose, his tail is wrapped aroudn his legs in such away that it would take a bit of effort for him to get out of it if he were to be aggressive.
Tempest     "It's possible that Arthur did send word but I haven't received any." Tempest says conversationally, studying the rather unique appearance of the 'dragon'. "Then again, I don't work here very often." He smiles a touch at the comment, violet eyes openly studying the larger figure but he doesn't seem overly concerned at the moment. "What is it you think we can do for you or what assistance do you think we can offer?" He sounds half curious, half doubtful. "It's not like Arthur to just offer blanket aid to someone we are not familiar with."
Cyberdragon Looking around he says, "May I approach, I would prefer not to have to speek too loudly for others to hear." he says honestly. But he will hold his position if desired. "It is a matter of some importance." He says. The Dragon is not overly concerned with speaking as is, he just doesn't want to have to shout his business to the world, for if what he fears will come there could be eyes and hears in the city already.
Tempest     "Of course." Tempest says amiably enough, offering a beckoning gesture to the dragon. "My office will do for the time being. It'll be the third time I've ever stepped into it." He doesn't even sound like he's joking or offering any sort of humor. Turning his back on the dragon without hesitation he gestures to the guards to allow Cyberdragon to pass unmolested and then leads towards his office, assuming that Cyberdragon takes Tempest up on the offer.

The Embassy is rather mundane in appearances at this level, human, probably intentionally designed so as to not put guests on edge with alien architecture. There are pairs of guards interspersed throughout the building and at every corridor or intersection. It doesn't take long before Tempest leads to a large office that looks pretty much like every CEO's office anywhere. Just with blacked out windows and subdued lighting rather than flourescent glow everywhere. Once the door is shut Tempest says, "You can speak freely. There are no listening devices here."
Cyberdragon As he bows and will allow his tail to un coil slowly as he will approach and follow him inside. His foot falls are very much like metal on the pavement as he follows Tempst and says. "Thank you sir." and he inhales swallowing as he will gain entry into the office as he says. "This will take a bit of time but from the begining and the situatuion I am in, I have been on earth on one form or another for somewhere in the area of twenty thousand years. Some eighteen thousand years ago, there was a tyrant and conqueror, His name was Zad. He said All history begins with me, and went about killing every learned man, destroyed every tablet, every cave drawn, anything that wasn't of him."

"Some tribes banded together, to preserve their history and this collection, began a place called. The Archive. The Archive has been moved and relocated. But the surviving learned men, banded together and began collecting knowledge and tales from many other kingdoms. This was the foundation of what was called The Archive. Knowledge from all over Africa, the middle east, Parts of Asia, and Europe have been gathered in this repository. Including knowledge from Atlantis from times before the great cataclysms, which sank Atlantis and Lemuria beneath the waves."

"Recently a ship that was destined to the Archive was found, Among in 150 golden urns. Two of which contain secrets such as Greek fire's formula, and a poison that when inhaled mimics what people call spontaneous combustion. Among other deadly secrets that are not intended to be revealed until the people of the world no long need weapons for war."

They also found a Gem, The Archival Diamond of which I was the guardian of. It holds the means for locating the archive with the proper maps used, as well as a Key to unlock the archive it's self."

"I attempted to contact the Director to speak with him of the danger he holds, but he refused to speak with me. I was hoping someone here could contact him and help me arrange a meeting so I can retrieve these items. The Gem most importantly. I there are people in the world who know of the Archive Immortals, and some of them won't hesitate to destroy it to make sure their secret exsistance is kept that way. That Gem is a danger to everyone around it the fact that it mentioned the Archive will confirm it's genuine nature. Only a select few ever knew of the Archive's exsistance, fewer still knew it's location."
Tempest     Tempest listens without giving anything away, stoic is his nature it seems in a lot of ways. He moves to lean comfortably against the edge of his desk, half sitting rather than moving to a chair or anything like that. "You do realize that we have no power over any foreign agency yes? If anything all Arthur would demand is that our knowledge be returned to us. I don't know what 'Director' you speak of either. There's an awful lot of directors of a very many things in this world." He considers, "I understand why this is of great importance to you but without more information..." He gestures with one hand as he speaks and then shrugs slightly. "There's a very real possibility that what you ask is beyond our help without causing a diplomatic incident."
Cyberdragon "I attempted to Contact the Director Mr Alberta from Stark Towers in New York. With Tony Stark out of contact, the Director hung up on me. I am not asking for anything more that help speaking with the director. I have no intention of stealing anything, but I know trouble is coming. The Smithsoinian will be attacked by those who want the gem. I will attempt to explain to him and prove my self by revealing the contents of any one of the urns he has at random." The Dragon smiles as he is asking for very very little. "In exchange, I can not be sure entirely of exactly where it is due to passage of time of where a sunken city is off the cost of Africa. It was supposedly burried in a mudslide. and might still be there. Preserved."

As he things and responds, "Yes he mentioned the intent to have atlantis knowledge returned. The Urns do not contain atlantian Knowledge, The Archive does. And that is why it has to remain hidden. Every country in Africa, the Mediteranian, Middle east, parts of Asia, Europe, Atlanians will all start fighting over it. The world will self destruct if the archive is revealed."
Tempest     "So this Director is the Director of the Smithsonian?" Tempest asks just to verify before he continues, "You do realize you are asking us to directly interfere with an organization that is not under the purview of the Atlantean government. Anything we did overtly would tie us to these weapons, ancient weapons, and as most know Atlantis is one of the oldest nations on the planet. It's a disaster waiting to happen, we would be blamed for this knowledge." He shakes his head a bit, "If you really need to find these urns, and this gem, you're better off contacting them in person."

Tempest then looks at Cyberdragon, "For Arthur to agree to anything in regards to this, you will need to allow us to recover our knowledge from this Archive. Even if we did arrange any sort of contact, which may not even be possible since we hold no sway over the Institute, there is also one thing that makes me question all of this." He pauses, "Where is your proof of any of this being true? This sounds very much like a wild story that has no basis in fact. I also wonder how such a thing as this 'Archive' could exist without our knowledge of it. Even if it does exist, I know Arthur won't just let our knowledge be separated from us. So you have to ask yourself... is our help really the help you want?"
Cyberdragon AS he says, "Regardless the world will come to discover the Archive exsists. A few areas in the world which were used as places to store urns destined for the Archive are close to being found. Some of them may even have urns. I have no fear for the archive being infiltrated. It has many defenses open must go through, no invader has ever survived The River." Still the Dragon sighs. and says, "If you want I can write down several Poems and stories of atlantis before it sank. If you have history from before the Cataclysum, it will match up with the orginal texts." he says As he thinks and sighs shaking his head and leaning back.

"Perhaps you are right, perhaps I shouldn't have come here. The Archive's greatest value comes from being intact. Where all can understand the history of each other." he says and clearly the dragon is extremely depressed at this, he had had hope that the atlantians as old as they were would understand the need and true value. Clearly the world will be many thousands if not tens of thousands of years before it is ready to receive the Archive.
Tempest     "You've already opened pandora's box." Tempest notes, folding his arms across his chest. "It is a violent world, and we well know what happens when our technology and our knowledge is not under our control. By informing Arthur of this Archive, by claiming it holds our knowledge, you have already incited curiosity as to what it might contain." He looks down a few moments, thoughtful. "There is power in knowledge. Power that must be controlled, or contained, because there will always be opportunistic individuals who will seek to use it for their own gain. Humanity cannot be trusted with power, just look at what they did when they first cracked the atom. The destruction and lives lost was immense, they poisoned the Earth and the Oceans with nuclear fallout just in their attempts to see how much damage they could do. It is for this reason I belive that Arthur believes we must not allow our knowledge to remain outside of our control. He simply does not trust the World with it."

"I would not trust any defenses to hold in this day and age. There are to many things that people can do. Kryptonians. Martians. Atlanteans. Amazons. Gods. Monsters. Humans. If I were you..." Tempest says simply, "I would give up on trying to protect it on your own."
Cyberdragon "PErhaps that is true. Finding those who could cross the river will be hard. Indeed, and I am sure that one day it will be discovered and exposed. Even if I had not come forward to expose it. Imagine what would happen if I remained secret and silent. People who have ill intent, a desire to do harm. Imagine them attempting and succeeding to gain entrance. All without anyone knowing. The Alien artifacts, the magical relics. "

Standing up as he says. "I will do what I have to, and I will do what I must to protect the Archive, and the world. If that means I must search for new guardians, I will, If I must destroy it to protect the world from destruction. So be it."
Tempest     "The world is different now than it was but no less violent. If anything, it is moreso with the advent of the meta-human, the evolution of the mutant. The arrival of powerful aliens." Tempest frowns, "It pains me to say it, but, destroying it may be the safest option for everyone. As for the Smithsonian... you would have better luck speaking to one of it's benefactors. Find someone who you trust who donates a large amount of money to the institute. Maybe check the Wayne Foundation. Sounds like something they might do, and they might be able to assist you without diplomatic incident. As for these weapons... Well. I have no real advice. Everyone you speak to about this increases the opportunity for the knowledge to fall into the wrong hands. I wish I could help you but if I know Arthur, he's probably already considering how to take back our knowledge. Or destroy it. So that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. As for me... I will help protect it if I can but I can't go making demands of the Smithsonian."
Cyberdragon as he turns to Leave. "I understand, It's why the Archive has always been hidden. I hope he understands it will be my duty to protect the Archive. Though I will bare him no ill will doing so. Only my duty. If he truely wants to help protect the knowledge there in from abuse. Then please consider speaking to him, about finding an atlantian who is willing to serve and help me as a guardian. I am not willing to simply give up with out a fight."

Cyber knows that he is no longer able to protect the archive, and while the phsyical information my be destroyed. a full copy resides with in him. He can not replace the artifacts stolen, but he does have the written word in memory. "Perhaps once this issue with the ARchival Diamond is over, I could speak to others for help find guardians."
