Synopsis: Kenan seeks to learn from Captain America
Cast of Characters: Super-Man, Captain America

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan has realized he is reluctant to use his powers in training against SHIELD people, even when required. As Natasha had implied, he does not trust himself. He needs to practice agains someone he knows is good enough on a basic...even instinctive...level. Even in Communist China, he has Heard of Captain America...and how the Captain has faces many powerful foes and survived. If there is one person here Kenan would be able to test himself against without holding back it would be him. That is why he is here, to retrain his reflexes not to shy away from using his powers when facing allies.

Captain America has posed:
Steve Rogers is waiting in the training room. He is wearing a basic work out gear of a white tshirt with a single blue star on it on the upper right side and a pair of navy blue sweatpants. There is some sparing equipment near him as well as protective gear. He is kneeling down tying his shoes at the moment as he waits for Kenan to enter.

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan is wearing a Red martial arts Gi with black trim, he enters and bows, "I acknowledge from the start that your skill is beyond mine. I was barely able to hold my own against Miss May or Miss Romanov fighting defensively. Once they started using weaponry against me, I surrendered because the only way I could continue to match them would be to draw on my powers. I know I will have to use my powers to face you...my powers are my weapon. Did you wish to test my skill without powers first, or take up your shield and test what I can do with my powers?" He is wondering if he can overcome he reluctance to use his powrs if Steve remains unarmed.

Captain America has posed:
"If you are trained in the use of your powers, lets see your powers." Steve goes to put on the protective head gear and sparring gloves. "First rule, protect yourself at all times. Got it?" He pinches the mouth guard and slips it into his mouth and taps his gloves together. "I'm ready."

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan says, "My first power is Invulnerability, I can not be normally harmed physically save by the most powerful of forces." He does not add that he still needs to breathe, technically that is not physical harm. He moves his energy to his stomach, bows to Captain America, and attacks. He is relatively slow and clumsy.

Captain America has posed:
Steve side steps out of the way and shakes his head. "If you can keep up with May and Widow, you can do better than that." He moves around the mat keeping an eye on Kenan. "Do it again."

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan explains, "I am much better on defense than on offense, I was able to defend...I did not get off any good attacks. However..." He launches into a series of fast, strong blows that leave him wide open, he is confident he will not be hurt.

Captain America has posed:
Steve brings his hands up to block and move with the incoming punches. As the man leaves himself open, Steve doesn't hit him as he has read his file. He slips in and hip tosses him trying to land him hard on his back and possibly knock the wind out of him for a moment or two.

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan is tossed, and takes the fall skillfully, there is apparently some truth to his claim he is better in defense. He bows to acknowledge the fall and says, "My second power is strength." He does not feel the need to mention that he in not as invulnerable when using his strength...he is still highly resistant to physical harm. In this case (not wanting to wreck the area) he ges for the "thunderclap", striking his hands together with such force that it will knock over and deafen most opponents.

Captain America has posed:
Steve is hit by the force and is thrown back. He uses the force to flip backwards and land on his feet in a crouch. "Impressive," he says standing back up. He runs his gloved hand over his face and nods. The headgear Steve is wearing protected his ears from the deafening of the clap. "Still, what I want to see is you using your abilities. That means in attack. You can't just sit there and expect the opponent to do all the work. Sometimes, you are going to have to walk through Hell yourself."

Super-Man has posed:
Kenan attacks indirectly, given his strength includes equally strong flesh and bones, he can not hurt himself with an attack. However, he also hows someon with Cap's skill could turn his own strength against him on a direct attack. Therefore, he pulls the floor mat out from under Cap and swinds it at him like a gladiator would swin a net.

Captain America has posed:
As the mat begins to get pulled out, Steve rolls backwards letting the mat out from under him. As it is swung high, Steve attacks low. He slides like a baseball player into home plate trying to catch Kenan's ankles and trip into the ground face first.

Super-Man has posed:
A requirement of super strength is the ability to ground nearly immovably, without that ability you could not stop a car or lift up a building. Kenan feels the blow and is slightly moved by it...but it is much like hitting the Hulk. It can be effective, just not this time because of how he is braced.
